item has been shipped, [redacted].   shows a couple of scans by the post office. We have put in a complaint with [redacted] and if the package shows no movment within 3 business days, by Wednesday, June [redacted] we can replace it for the buyer. We are happy to help.

We are actually very perplexed why the buyer would put in a complaint with Revdex.com dated 7/*/2015, as the buyer had previously contacted us, sent us the tracking number for the package which we did not receive, but was apparently delivered somewhere in our zip code and we refunded him as a good will...

gesture, as he clearly had returned it.The buyer was sent his refund:Payment Sent (Unique Transaction ID # [redacted]We are happy to have helped.

we cannot refund the buyer until we get the item back.  It is the buyer's responsibility to get it back to us.

never do business from them again. I do believe they run a fraudulent company and need to be investigated.  Thank you for looking into this. I'm sure with all of my diligence and everyone else's is why this was resolved. At this time, my complaint, ID [redacted] regarding SuperGoodDeals.com, Inc. has been resolved.
