The buyer's post office marked this undeliverable as addressed and it was returned.  We are sending it out again, as the address they provided to Revdex.com matches the address they gave us, so this was evidently a mistake by her local post office, perhaps a subsitute mail carrier was working that...

The consumer HAS received their item, their mail carrier scanned it in as delivered, when they put it directly into their mailbox.    We are happy to have helped resolve their problem.   if the consumer feels that the item was stolen out of their mailbox after it was delivered, the buyer may contact their insurance company to report the theft from their home and should also contact the postmaster, as mail theft from a mailbox is a felony.  [redacted]
