we offer a days return policy on everything we sell. If a buyer returns and item to us for any reason, we offer a no questions asked full refund of the amount that they paid to us. In this case, we have not received anything back from the buyer as of today. We

I no longer need or want these items. I've had to wait so long to get any response that I ordered my lost (Yes they were lost as far as I am concerned. Like I stated previously, I wrote to the company several times regarding this issue and haven't gotten a reply or an update in weeks. They deliberately ignored my requests, at least three) items through another company so I am afraid those items will now be redundant. How do they say it? You snooze, you lose.

They are lying, I didn't receive my items in order to return them. I still want my money returned. If they won't credit my account then they need to resend my purchase. Period. Once I receive it, I'll be happy to return it since it is completely redundant. I am not willing to allow this company to take my money with nothing in return. They may not be to blame for losing my purchase but they are responsible for customer satisfaction. Honestly, this is not the way to run a business. I want my money back and I am no longer willing to negotiate. They had the opportunity but they ruined it by ignoring my very reasonable requests. I have tried several of the remedies given and none of them solved the problem. Some of the cables do not charge at all and some of them at a lesser percentage than 100%. I have already spent $40+ with another company purchasing cables and chargers so I am not willing to take another chance on this suppliers products. I would like a full refund. In the interest of goodwill, I have sent the customer a refund check today for $+ $for return postage, a copy of which appears below (attached) Although she stated she mailed it back, we did not receive it back Please change the status of this case to resolved and update our file accordingly
