I sent the items back regular mail. The cost was under $20 and I was not about to spend more on shipping them to him. I am sure he received them as they never came back to me and mail is 99% reliable. This is not about the money as I could care less about the $20. It is a matter of principles and he has no ethics. Read reviews of his company online. He is a lying sack of you know what as far as I am concerned. His continued scamming actions will result in bad juju for him I am quite sure. Karma is a b...ch. Oh well I guess I will live with it as it is. The ball is in his court

we do not have any unanswered complaints from the consumer. We have a 60 days return policy.  The consumer may return the item to us at: SGD[redacted] we will then refund them when we get the item back. thanks.

AS CONSUMER PREVIOUSLY INDICATED HER ADDRESS WAS CORRECT, WE ALREAY INSTRUCTED OUR POST OFFICE TO SEND IT BACK TO HER, AS THE ADDRESS SHE STATED WAS CORRECT.  IT IS ENROUTE BACK TO HER, AS OF TODAY, FEB *, 2016.

[This is the common complaint I see you, generate a label but never send the products- this was made on June **, 2017, it's been 39 days my address is 20 miles away from you, we both are in New York City.  [redacted] is saying they have created the label but they have NOT received the items. This was supposedly mailed on the [redacted] of May. I am calling the number by clicking on the telephone number listed per supergooddeals.com website. I have also emailed them with no response. This company billed my credit card and I have not received the items yet. They still have not contacted me. I emailed them my phone number and email address. I want a refund and they can keep the products that they have not sent.

Once again, he is lying and I won't see my money back. This has been their history, check them out online. He has the product back in his hands and has had it for more than a month. NOTE: here are some helpful tips, which may help her so that she does not have to do a return:First, if your device is not reaching 100% and seems to be stuck on a lower % of charge, try unplugging your phone or ipad or ipod from the cable and then plugging it back in. When you see the little lightning icon in the top right, that means that it is charging again. Sometimes simply re-setting it like instantly fixes the problem.Second, make sure you are not plugging into the usb port of a computer, the newer phones require more power, that can usually only be supplied by a wall or car charger. If they are not getting enough power, they most often will display a message that the item is not certified and may not work correctly.  Obviously there is an issue with the package being mailed. It is not on my part since the address is correct, the mailbox is labeled and I have never had an issue getting my mail and/or packages. All I want at this time is a complete refund!!! I no longer want the package (seeing it has been sent back to the business) twice and want my money back.
