Hello,The email you have attached is the one I sent after getting the letter from my bank that you refuse to refund me my money for the hoverboard that never came. Your response you have written here actually was never sent to me either. Please ask JR to see the whole conversation him and I had over the whole month of December regarding the missing hoverboard. When we received our order you had sent there was only one box containing one hoverboard. This hoverboard was in its original box inside a brown shipping box only big enough for one hoverboard. Around the outside of the box there was a ton of packing tape stuck to it as if you had attached the other one to it like that but unfortunately for us that box was missing. WE reported this to you immeditately via email due to you not ever answering your phone. Your email responses are less than timely as well. JR and I spoke several times regarding this matter and he was aware I asked my bank for a refund due to not ever getting the second board. I am not sure why now you refuse to refund me my money for the missing board. This is unethical and not very good business practice for you! I would like my $refunded!
