I have asked you numerous times to refund me my money, as I no longer want the product. People have reported horror stories of their kids being jerked off your hoverboards, throwing them into ladders. There is also a lawsuit where your hoverboard caused someone's house to catch fire. Before my item shipped out, I asked you several times to refund me my money because the processing window had exceeded 5 days, which is the maximum amount of days. You disregarded and bypassed my request and shipped the item anyway. I contacted [redacted] while the item was still in the processing stage and had them to refuse to pick up the package from your place of business. Per [redacted], you told them that was a mistake on the customer's behalf and forced them to take the package. I contacted them again as I began to see movement with the item's shipment progress. I made another request to have the item rerouted to the seller instead of being delivered to me. The item is set to be delivered back to Trifecta in New York, NY on Friday, December [redacted]. I do NOT want a hoverboard from you all, as I have expressed several times. I want my money back. How could you blatantly ignore a customer's request and do what you want anyway??? This is terrible, terrible business ethics. I expect to receive my refund when the item is delivered back to your place of business tomorrow. There should not be a restocking fee, being that the item was never delivered to me and that I had requested to no longer receive the item well before your company even received the item in its possession. You expressed to me that the delays stemmed from not having enough stock, and that you were waiting from everyone's items to be imported from China. How dare you sell something that you do not have. Moreover, how dare you force me to accept a product that I no longer want. I WANT MY REFUND.

During the holidays, we had a container which came in delayed a week. Due to the busy holiday season and high demand, we our fulfillment of orders was backlogged for a week. This obviously caused much distress to our customers. However, we were able to fulfill nearly all orders that came in within two weeks of every order. If a customer requested a refund within 24-48 hours of the order, we cancelled and refunded the order in full. If it were after 24-48 hours, the order was already pending fulfillment so we offered the customer a refund once we received the package back after denying it from [redacted]. We already offered this full refund to dozens of customers once we received back the package.Respectfully,The Trifecta Team

They did respond regarding how to resolve the issue and it did not work. After that I emailed several more times to request the return. Now they have had the return for over a week and I have not been refunded. The return was received by [redacted] on 1/**/17 @ 10:49 am. I have emailed several more times and also messaged on Facebook and left a message by phone, but have not recieved a response. I have also saw several blogs that other customers are having the same experience. I just want my refund, I don't like doing business with a company that you cannot speak to someone, it's very shady business.
