[You sent the wrong product. When I notified you of that fact, you told me that you were too busy to make sure everyone had the correct or desired order, you were just concerned about getting me a hoverboard. Because of your terrible communication and customer service, I am scared to send it back. You offered me a silicone cover to make up for the color of hoverboard and you still sent the wrong color. Of course this issue is not resolved!

 Yes it was delivered on Dec ** which it broke on Dec ** your company was contacted on Dec ** I did not receive a response from your company till Jan * I then had to contact your company again on January * asking what is going on on January ** your coming any sent me a return label which that same day I sent it back to your company and it is now Feb * and I still do not have a hoverboard. Maybe you should of read all the facts before responding it was delivered on Dec ** that is not the issue. Again the issue is it broke I returned it and still do not have my daughters gift.
