Trinity Relocation Group Reviews (%countItem)

In New York City it's never an easy journey. However, we moved with Trinity Relocation Group after we interviewed and received a few quotes. The day of the move was one of the coldest days of the year that was not ideal for moving. The group came to our house that day and transferred us safely and securely and thank you again for working so hard and making our move.

I received great help from Alex and John! Both of them and the other staff members were great, very respectful and kind. Pretty unusual for the moving business. I have had issues with other companies. I got to know the guys at peach through all the charity work they all do around town. Next time we move, they will be our first moving company that we contact and want to hire. Thanks again for the great work, take care and see you next time!

Trinity Relocation Group was responsible for packing and delivering my belongings. I wanted to unpack. I value my belongings and took pictures of everything to ensure they arrived in the same condition and they absolutely did! The communication with the salesman was excellent. I will recommend you guys to call them.

I'm happy with the move. I've used them twice and they're professional and the price at first it was expensive but for the second moves the price was better. The movers themselves are always hard working and responsible. I am going to use them again because of the friendly behavior and great services.

worst company I ever used

promise delivery June 10th it is now July 6th and no delivery or date yet!
Their customer service said it is no longer their problem and gave me the number of
who they brokered it to.
This company has NO integrity or credibility!
They promise one price then upcharge at pickup.
This company promises everything and delivers nothing

Trinity Relocation Group was awesome with the reservation process and all the planning details and noted all my requests was away prompt and helpful getting back to me with questions. My movers were both fantastic and excellent. They worked super hard and very efficient!, very respectful, great communication, preparation and execution on moving day. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

We had a bad experience with this company which appears to be all sales and no service. Very professional sales department that made me feel as though we would be taken care of and this was not the cheapest bid we received for out of state moving (thinking we might get better service not going with the lowest bid). Once it came time for moving day, however, the service that Trinity had brokered for our move; "The Moving Depot" showed up with a truck full of another customer's things (all the way from Chicago, a 6+hr drive away). There was no attempt at communication from Trinity or the brokered moving company and in spite of my desperate attempts to get a hold of somebody, nobody was available for >24hrs. During that whole time, the management at the Moving Depot had fed the moving crew a lie about "another truck on the way" several times which was obviously not the case and the crew ended up wasting several days of time due to the lack of honest communication. In all fairness the actual movers did a fine job moving our things, the issue was with the lack of communication from management. When I finally did get a hold of somebody within Trinity Relocation, they blew off my concerns and said that they had done their job in the allotted time; which was true, but in my opinion did not make up for the poor communication and customer service. They initially offered a small credit however subsequently stated that I would have to sign a non-disclosure form to receive this which seemed like very poor business ethics so I declined. All in all, the lack of customer service and responsiveness to my concerns was very disappointing. I recommend looking elsewhere for your moving needs. If you use them, be aware that the default insurance only pays for replacement of $0.80/lb which would not go very far in the event of lost or damaged items. I was told that this was standard coverage which may be the case but makes me very nervous and my only frame of reference is the much more robust insurance you would receive if moving yourself with a company like U-haul.

I had a lot more fun moving than I thought I would. We got stuck in traffic but they didn't complain once, while we waited. the movers did dome next-level arrangements of my boxes in the closet. It was a great experience, and as a woman, I never once felt uncomfortable. I highly recommend from my side.

Trinity Relocation Group team was exceptional in every way possible. There is a reason we keep turning to them - they are smart, professional, incredibly efficient and careful with our possessions. .There were no mistakes. No item was broken or lost. I have a great experience with them.

I just moved to Richardson, TX and my furniture was moved through Trinity Relocation Group. I am writing this reviews as a small gesture for what they have done with me. They made sure safety of my products. When they packed my showpieces lamps and every glass item. It showed they are really professional. I have to move again after 3 months and I am going to book them again.

The movers were the most amazing patient and helpful movers. They even put back together a previous broken mirror. I would recommend them to anyone moving, big or small job. Everything was wrapping up beautifully, and they put together everything quickly.

This is the third time writing this review. This review site is terrible as if you "preview before publish" at the end you lose everything you have done. This site appears to be as bad at the service from Trinity Relocation Group.

First they are brokers. They will hire the cheapest, and I mean bottom of the barrel, moving company to handle your move. I do not want to sound mean or whatever but the movers that showed up to deliver my goods looked like druggies that more than likely did not finish high school. The company that Trinity Relocation hired was called Maryland Moving. This is my experience:

1.) my bins were stacked 10 high. The poor bottom bins were crushed, cracked, and not re-usable. While 99% of the items inside survived, it was a scary sight to see and showed their lack of common sense.
2.) my brand new Big Fish 108 fishing kayak ($1800) now has a massive hole all the way through it. No idea how in the world you destroy a high density polyethylene kayak but they managed to find a way. The ONE item I wanted the most to arrive intact.....
3.) my folding trailer ($300) I use to haul the huge kayak above is now also broken. I am limited on space so I purchased the Harbor Freight folding kayak so I can fold it up when not in use. The folding mechanism is totaled and now it can no long be stood up and rolled around. The turn signals are also destroyed.
4.) the el-cheapo kayak ($225) I also moved is damaged. It got so scruffed up that I am quite sure it will not track well (steer) in the water and will have to be patched and sanded down.
5.) my dream bed...a fancy sleigh bed ($400) also looks like it got in a fight with the Hulk....and lost. No idea how you punch a hole through a solid wood bed frame but they again found a way.

I can only attach two pics to this review so I will show the bed and kayak as they were the ones that broke my heart the most.

So I know you want to ask me if they were ensured. Of course Maryland Moving was ensured......at $0.60 per pound. So not my $1800 kayak only gets me $75. I will even be lucky to get this because neither Trinity Relocation or Maryland Moving will not call me back and return my calls.

DO NOT use this group. Save your money and your items and pack stuff yourself. Yes it is hard work, but drop-outs are not going to care about your lifelong items like you will. They will be squeezed, stacked, bumped, thrown around and destroyed. Get a UHaul or portable storage like POD or PackRat. You will be thankful upon getting your items at your destination. My $2,725 items damaged will yield me $0-200 in refund. Again....if I ever can even speak to someone again. This actually appears to be a *** since they will not return your call.

I was really nervous about moving in the middle of Covid-19, but Trinity Relocation Group were professionals. They showed up on time, with gloves and masks. I was really impressed with how quickly and carefully they worked - wrapping each item, loading things and strapping my furniture carefully to the truck. I can't say enough good things about the guys we worked with. We'll definitely use them again!

We did a local move with Trinity Relocation Group and they were terrific! I was able to get a good estimate over a few back and forth emails which was great during this really busy moving season. The movers showed up on time and were very friendly, efficient and overall dos a great job with our move. I don't want to move again ever, but if I do, I would use Trinity Relocation Group again no doubt.

My boss hired Trinity Relocation Group to move our 1500sqft. office and from start to finish it could not have been a better experience! Their team arrived right on time and was super friendly, efficient, and quick. They finished in less time than they originally quoted us so it ended up being way cheaper than my boss originally expected. Even setting up the appointment, getting the estimate, and asking questions prior to our move date was easy and a good experience. Would highly recommend!

Had a good experience with a move from LA to lower FL last month. Luckily my team leader, Mike, was amazing and had the team working so fast and efficiently. All 4 of my movers were all so nice and great. The move went faster than expected and I packed pretty well so the estimate was literally dollars away from the original. You should absolutely hire them.

Trinity Relocation Group was fantastic. The manager & move estimator, was very friendly and professional. The movers did a spectacular and careful job with all of my belongings, carefully packing my paintings the art is my one investment. Highly recommended!

Went with this company because they said they could do it cheaper than the local company. We were later told the local company under estimated the move & that they would (as in Trinity) will redo the estimate. We were selling our house & needed to stage it so we had a 10 X 15-storage unit. They had my wife go with her camera from room to room in the house & used the local mover's estimate for our storage unit. This was the reason I wanted a local carrier so their agent could put eyes on each room. The movers show up 2 hours late & are unaware of our storage unit so the guy was agitated & unprepared for it. They told my wife that everything in storage had to be in boxes & anything in totes had to be place in boxes. We were not advised that because we never had our verification call from Trinity as to what was expected. My wife had to go to u Haul & buy boxes while they were packing up the house. The move was well into the evening & they meet my wife at the storage unit & the head mover decides he wants to convince my wife into leaving some things as it would take us over our estimated limit...mind you they were never told of the storage unit. We gave them the go ahead to load everything up as *** of Trinity said we will settle up on the other end. These guys were tired & wanting to get out of there to go eat & head back to Chicago from Des Moines. We went over our limit & they left things in our storage & at our home. I had relocated to Pennsylvania prior to the move while my wife sold the house. I had to fly out to Iowa & have a hitch installed on her Moreno, rent a u haul trailer to move the things they left resulting in extra gasoline to pull the trailer, the tollways, plus traveling the turnpike through 3 states. It was a great inconvenience having to take time off from work to do this after paying them just shy of $10,000! *** told us to put in a case & that they would email my wife of the results & it's been weeks since they responded. No one is answering their phones or returning calls. You know you smell something rotten when they start using industry jargon all of a sudden when you call them out. I'm not in the habit of moving from the same place twice when it could have been done in one move. For the record Dillon was nice but dropped the ball, *** has no customer skills service or patience, & omitted to tell the movers of the storage. *** is over-worked & under loved by her beloved company. We spent over $900 in u Haul boxes. Long short, brokers claim to be your advocate but I felt we were wronged in every which way & I will stick with local movers. Oh, when it came time for our move from the holding warehouse in Chicago to Pennsylvania a different mover was provided & was not notified of the storage unit drop off either. They were going to deliver it to our temporary lodging. Just cannot seem to win for loosing. However the second team that delivered our things were fan-tab-u-lous & out of Brooklyn.

Can't say enough about these guys. Great service provided with quick response. The representative was great in arranging a pick up at my friend's house who wanted to get rid of some furniture to do her floors. . I highly recommend these movers to everyone who is moving and in need of trustworthy movers. They are the best movers.

The staff was very professional and took great care of our belongings. I was impressed with how quickly they moved our belongings out of our second story apartment. I would certainly recommend them in the future.
