For my move I needed a lot of antiques handled and my move was cross country so it goes without saying that I was concerned about how everything would be treated. When I called to get a quote they assured me that they'd handled plenty of delicate furniture before and that their movers would take good care of me. They were right. They did an excellent job. Everything was handled with such care and arrived to me in Georgia without a scratch on it. I'm so happy. Thank you Trinity for all of your help.

Company played bait-n-switch games and refuses to issue my refund unless I sign a form saying I will not negatively review them online. BLACKMAIL!
I contacted and then hired this moving company on May 21st and gave them a deposit of $915. They refused to give me a final payment amount, saying it "depended on the weight" of my belongings. They never came to my house to view my belonging, but rather estimated the weight based on a lits of items I gave them over the phone and asked me to estimate what contents I would be moving. When my packing was finalized, I called to amend the amount of my belongings and even though I was moving less than I thought, they refused to lower the price based on the actual pieces. They never mentioned to me that there was a minimum amount, but led me to believe it was purely based on weight (IE: if I moved less, I would pay less.) The customer service was terrible- I could not get any answers on the phone and was continually passed off to another person (IE: told things like "the manager you need to speak with is in a meeting and will call you back". I never heard back.) After being stuck with no answers and realizing they were trying to delay the process, I decided to cancel. According to their contract "From 72 hours after placing the reservation, up to 48 hours prior to the client's first available pickup date, any cancellation request will result in 50% refund. Any cancellation request received within 48 hours of a customer's first available pickup date will result in forfeiture of their down payment." I cancelled the day before the 48hr deadline by phone and via email to the company. I was contacted by a partner in the business, *** who apologized for the poor service and said he would honor the contract and issue me the 50% refund. They send me a form that required my signature in order to collect my refund. The form stated that am only entitled to receive my refund if I agree that I will not post any negative reviews of this company online. I refused to sign and asked that the form be amended to drop the paragraph about negative reviews. A month went by and no refund. I called to inquire and they reiterated that unless I sign the agreement stating I will not post any negative reviews, I will not receive my refund. Additionally, though it was not in question until a month later, they changed their story to say that I did not cancel within the time frame to be due a refund (I have documentation to prove I did.) This company's bait-and-switch and then shell game customer service practices are as bad as it gets.

Desired Outcome

AT a minimum, I would settle for the 50% refund as per the contract. Ideally, they would issue me a full refund based on my horrible experience with the company and because they provided me NO service because it's the right thing to do.

trinity Relocation Group has reached out to customer and informed her that we are absolutely willing to refund 50 percent of her deposit as per her contract. Trinity does require a document to be signed releasing the movers from the job and releasing the funds back to the customer. Trinity has resent the customer the document and adjusted it as requested.

I do not consider this matter closed as they still have not refunded any of my deposit. I supplied them with a signed copy of their form over two weeks ago. This company should not be allowed to exist with hundreds of complaints about their business practices online. Where is the accountability?

If you're moving long distance and want a great experience I recommend Trinity Relocation Group. They are dependable and very reasonable to work with. I have now used them twice and will keep using them. They are always professional and courteous. They have also always protected my furniture and treated it with care. I am happy to give this company 5 stars. They have earned it both times.

We moved a fairly large home about 2 states away. We packed everything ourselves but needed a moving company to do everything else. We hired Trinity Relocation Group and they did a fabulous job. They got everything to our new home on time. They were quick and efficient. Everything was wrapped and cared for. They were very careful not to damage our things. I would highly recommend using this company.

A friend recommended this company and I was a little worried about using a moving company I had never heard of before because that meant trusting my strangers with all of my belongings but I knew as soon as I called Trinity Relocation Group that I was in good hands. Sure enough their movers arrived on time and took care of everything. They couldn't have been more professional or more careful with my things. If you're looking for a company to use when relocating I would recommend them. They take care of things safely.

Trinity Relocation Group has and still is active in assisting the customer. This job was contracted out to another moving carrier(Express Van Lines). Trinity Relocation Group was never in possession of the customers items meaning the claim must be made directly through the carrier that moved the items. The customer did not purchase additional moving insurance and is covered with standard valuation protection up to $10,000 based on 0.60 cents per lb. per article. Trinity provided the customer the contact for CSI(csipros.com) which is the carriers arbitration and claims company. I have attached a copy of the customers contract with Trinity Relocation Group. Please review the claims section of the signed contact.

I believe in their services. I am sure that I can always count on them Moving from North Carolina to Alabama was so awesome because Trinity Relocation Group crew was in charge. They were available to ensure smooth and reliable relocations. They were so much considerate and did take positively most of the suggestion. They were also kind enough to offer extra relocation services. By the time they were leaving, I was a happy man.

Presented with another opportunity, I would seek the services of Trinity Relocation Group without thinking twice about it. Thank you so much for not letting me down when I believed so much in you. Your team not only ensured that the relocations were safe but also ensured that every property arrived in good condition. The unwavering carefulness with which you handled my things leaves a lot to admired. You will always be my moving company of choice. I prefer you over other movers. I have yet to actually RECEIVE my things after getting them picked up 14 days ago. I was moving fewer than 200 miles so they clearly just put me on the back burner and my "1-5 day" estimate is going on 14 days. Additionally, I had to move some of my things for the movers because they only brought 1 mover and his friend who had never even folded a box (he literally had to be instructed how to fold a box).

Customer service said "they'd get back to me" and they rarely would. I dont even know WHERE my stuff has been for the past two weeks. They dont communicate at all. To say I will not be using Trinity again would be being polite. I cant in any faith support this company at all. They clearly dont care about people. You cant expect people to live out of a suitcase for TWO WEEKS. This is completely unacceptable.

They then (without prompt) say they wont charge me less for this ridiculous wait. So still full price for absolutely *** poor moving.

Having hired out many movers, I thought I knew everything about moving companies. I imagined I knew what to expect from every relocation company. It turned out differently when I hired Trinity Relocation Group Moving Company. Instead of the average moving services that everyone would have expected, I received awesome and amazing relocations. They were perfect in carrying out every bit of the relocations. I interacted closely with their crew during the move and I loved every bit of it.

I am glad that I tried them out and not any other moving company. They did more than I paid them to do. I sought the services of an expert and what I obtained was extraordinary relocation. All the people involved in the delivery of services were good enough, and they moved me with lots of ease. There were no delays or any interruption. You did services worth talking about, thank you. It will always be Trinity Relocation Group handling my relocations. They were cool enough with me the last time I sought their services. The charges were cost effective, and the moving crew was friendly. If they moved me with that much perfection, then they can do it to you and any other person.

Movers did not delivery my road bike and Trinity has not found it or compensated me for missing bike.
I used Trinity Relocation to coordinate my move from California to Florida. Pick up in CA was 3/24 and delivery in FL was 4/27. Movers delivered 99% of my items, with the exception of my $3500 Giant TCR 1 Composite road bike. The bike was crossed off of the inventory/delivery list. Driver said it was left in Las Vegas to ship separately. No one asked my permission to do this. I expected it delivered on the truck with the rest of my items. It is now 6/20 and I still have no idea where my bike is. Trinity cannot tell me where it is and has stopped helping me find it or get compensated for it. The bike is either lost or stolen.

Desired Outcome

I would like Trinity to either locate and delivery my bike or reimburse me the cost of my bike that I entrusted to them when I decided to work with them on my cross country move.

Trinity Relocation Group contracted this move to another company to perform this relocation. Trinity Relocation Group was never in possession of customers items and all claims must be made directly through the carrier and their insurance policy. Our records show that the customer did not purchase additional insurance coverage, so the customer is covered with standard valuation protection up to $10,000 based on 0.60 cents per lb. per article. Trinity Relocation has advocated for the customer and will continue to do so. We have provided the customer the contact number for Mike at the carriers office #XXX-XXX-XXXX. Trinity previously credited the customer $100 courtesy credit and will offer the customer an additional $150 credit for the negative experience. Additionally, I have attached the customers contract with Trinity for review.

I understand that Trinity contracted my move with a third party (Fast Movers LV), however, that third party went out of business immediately after my move and has expired insurance. So I'm stuck. I believe had Trinity been more responsible and done their due diligence, they would never have contracted with Fast Movers LV. The phone number provided for Fast Movers LV in Trinity's response is now owned by a disgruntled former employee who is of no assistance and in fact hostile towards my requests for more information regarding what happened with my bike. I spoke to three different insurance providers when trying to file a claim with Fast Movers LV, all of whom said Fast Movers LV insurance was not sufficient or expired. The basis of my complaint against Trinity Relocation is that they partnered with a company that was going out of business and whom it would be impossible to get in contact with if something like a bike was stolen. I find Trinity Relocation's business decision to be negligent. Their response is that I need to work with Fast Movers LV or their insurance provider. I would love to do that. I have been trying to do that for three months. But they are out of business and have no insurance so I am not able to do that.

Please provide Trinity Relocation Group with the estimated weight of the missing item. As stated previously, your move was covered with standard cargo insurance at 60 cents per pound per article. The credit that Trinity relocation Group has already offered to the customer would more than cover the amount that the customer would receive back from an insurance claim for this item.

I still think Trinity Relocation should have done more to help me at the time when I first brought this to their attention back in April. As a broker, they represent me in the transaction and I do not feel well represented. I will again emphasize the fact that my personal belongings were lost or stolen during the course of this transaction and that has never been resolved. But it is clear to me now that, unfortunately, I will never see my road bike again. And no one will accept responsibility. Trinity has offered a total compensation of $250 and I will close this complaint with Revdex.com if they honor that in a timely manner.

After the moving services, I felt like moving again. They had been so wonderful, contrary to what I expected. Unlike the other moving crews, Trinity Relocation Group was keen on time. They assured me that the relocation would be done within three days, and it was so. They kept their word, and I am happy for that. It was indeed a perfect relocation. There is no doubt for that. The crew in charge of the relocation was an exceptional one. From the beginning to the end, they were able to move me in a peaceful way. I love their coordination. It was so evident that they were highly experienced. Next time, I will hire you out without thinking twice about anything.

Trinity Relocation Group does nothing to help a customer after they hire a moving company on the customers behalf. Trinity dies not allow the customer to have any say about the subcontractor so you are stuck. The company Trinity hired for my move was completely unprofessional and refused to provide any receipts after I repeatedly pleaded for receipts. The truck the movers showed up to my home in Billings, Montana was covered in street gang graffiti and did not have a ramp to gently load my valuables into the cargo bay. Instead the movers had to balance in a rickety step ladder to lift my belongings into and out of the truck that also left a huge oil spill in my driveway
Trinity had vowed to hire 4 movers and only 2 showed up. When I asked the mover where the other 2 helpers were he told me they had put an ad on craigslist but nobody responded to the ad yet I was stuck paying for 4 movers. When I contacted Trinity to complain the staff at Trinity was very rude and confrontational. Trinity did nothing to help me when I reported to them that the mover they hired required direct deposit payments in his firm's bank accounts but then he later told me he could not find my deposits. Again no receipts even after I requested receipts for my 8700.00 move. Trinity was no help after they received their payments and I had to fight the movers they hired in my own. Five weeks later I finally received my belongings back but it was not easy. The movers were not friendly and unhelpful. There was no standard of customer service and the mover told me you didn't Hitler me Trinity hired me so go complain to them. Again I was ignored by Trinity after I made a series of calls and sent emails and texts. I strongly encourage the Revdex.com to investigate Trinity In hope of sparing other innocent customers the grief and anxiety I suffered at the hands of Trinity and its unprofessional subcontractor which I only now see has a long list of consumer complaints against that firm. I would not recommend Trinity to anyone. pick a different company no matter what the cost.

After further looking into this I also wanted to note that in your original contract with Trinity Relocation Group you asked for 30 days of free storage after pickup. That was on your signed estimate, as you never gave us a delivery address because at your time of booking you did not yet have a move in location. The reason you did not receive your items for 5 weeks was due to the requested storage. Trinity was never made aware of you changing your mind on the request for storage therefore we held the contract and kept your items in storage for the agreed upon 30 days. I used not to love moving - at least before meeting Trinity Relocation Group. Every moving time meant trouble, discouragement, and exhaustion. I expected it to be the same with Trinity Relocation Group crew but things turned out a different way. For one, the move was great and smooth. There wasn't any confusion incidences or inconvenience. Instead, everything was sorted out according to plans. Thank you so much for that.

Staff of Trinity Relocation Group was very helpful , quickly came gave us an estimate and also gave us some advice about how to make our move easier. The day of the move was rather long , their expertise was obvious in the way that they carefully wrapped and protected all the furniture. They even helped us pack a lot of stuff.
