Trinity Relocation Group

I was quoted a price by phone when I called to inquire for my upcoming move.
When they call to finalized everything the price had gone up by $2,500..

Feb 22, 20 was quoted a price, on X-XX-XX the price had gone up by $2,500.. I called several times to get and explanation and even sent a certified letter but never received a word back. Very poor CSR, They used and out of state movers again w/o any explanation. The mover that they used damaged beyond repair several of my pieces, again this was reported to them but no one contacted me back, it was as if I never existed once I paid them.
I need your HELP please.

Trinity Relocation Group guys are extremely professional, skilled, polite and skilled at what they do. They showed up on time, worked fast but gentle with all items needing to be moved, and did I mention how polite and considerate these guys are? Not your typical rude customer service outfit, this company is perfect. A great model for how a business should be run. I cannot recommend them enough. Thanks Mike and thanks to your whole crew!

Right from the start, I got a really good sense from Trinity Relocation Group as a highly customer oriented company and was also pleased with their estimates, which were cheaper than some of the other options I explored. Movers showed up on time and packed my furniture safely to ensure it wouldn't be damaged. Everyone was pleasant to work with and had a smile on their face the entire time.

Joseph and his team consistently communicated with me leading up to the move, and there were no surprises the day of, either. Everything arrived in pristine condition - not a single scratch on any piece of furniture - we couldn't believe it! I cannot even imagine where we would have been without Trinity Relocation Group.

I had two movers and they came within the time window and moved everything from my 1 bedroom in an hour. My items were picked up and dropped off brilliantly without any scratches, damages, everything was handled with care. They were very organized and efficient. Not to mention, very sweet and respectful. Highly recommend them!

For both the packing day and the moving day, the Trinity Relocation Group's team were prompt, professional, and friendly. They packed everything with no fuss. They broke not a single item. They didn't complain about a single thing. They made move so carefree. I recommend them to all.

PROS: I found the customer service department to be excellent. I worked with Tracy and Lisa, who took the time to explain the steps of my move and the status of my delivery. They were extremely patient with me during a time when I was probably high maintenance. They were also very helpful on the day of my delivery when the moving crew tried to fine me an elevator fee, which is covered for you through Trinity's policy. The movers that were used through Trinity as a broker were very professional, courteous, and efficient. When my delivery was all said and done, there were no missing boxes/ furniture. I had a lot of glassware (that I had packed with bubble wrap) and expected that there would be some damage. Everything came completely unharmed.

CONS: While I was so impressed when booking with them, especially since they are supposedly the #1 moving company, I felt that there was miscommunication regarding the expected delivery window. From pick-up date to delivery, the total wait time was 13 days for a ~500 mile move. On booking, I was told it would be much less. I think it is important to be weary of this; if prompt delivery is a priority to you, this mode of delivery may not be the best option. It was also not made clear to me upon booking that this company is a broker they hire local movers. Moving Depot was who they booked for me, and they did not give me much notice before arriving on pick-up or delivery. For example, I did not even get 24 hours notice before delivery. This was not Trinity's fault, but it is important to note that you will be dependent on another company that Trinity arranges for you.

ASIDES: While Trinity is very up front about any possible charges, know that the long-carry fee (more than 75 ft. from truck to delivery) is very common, so expect that you will be paying 75$ more based on the crew's discretion. I was also charged an extra $400 from my original estimate based on "items being bulkier than expected." From my research, it seems that it is usually more accurate for weight-based charges rather than volume-sized, but this is up for debate.

Prompt, Reasonable, and Professional. We had a flight of steps down from the apartment and then up to their truck and at our new place a tiny gate and another flight of steps. They got everything done quickly and efficiently. I'll be definitely keeping them in mind for any future moves. Jimmy also stayed on top of all my emails and scheduled my move with only one day notice from me.

We scheduled our move, they gave me everything I needed and we were set to go. The mover's team who arrived to our house was professional and efficient. It was great move overall. I recommend the whole movers to all the people out there.

Movers did an amazing job today with the move, they handled everything carefully. They helped us set everything where we wanted, even when we made a mistake and asked them to move a very heavy piece of furniture to another spot in our home. Thanks guys!

Crew were very pleasant and accommodating. They moved my 2-bed apartment across town in about 3.5 hours including driving. So nice to do business with Trinity Relocation Group. Happily, and highly recommended!

I have had heard many horror stories about moving companies that would take their sweet time just to overcharge you. Luckily, that was not the case with Trinity Relocation Group. They got us in and out in just the right amount of time and also helped us to unload. I can't say enough about this moving company. I hope I don't have to move for a long time but if I do I know who I'm calling.

I didn't have much furniture, mostly boxes. They finished the entire move in less than 3 hours. Their crew picked up our stuff and delivered on time. They loaded and unloaded everything safely. They made my move easy.

Moving with Trinity Relocation Group was stress free, relaxing in every manner and very
comforting. The delivery guy stayed in contact with me through out my move and there

Trinity Relocation Group helped me have an easy moving experience from the phone call until the drop off. They were close and wrapped all of my goods. These guys are better than other moving companies I've used in the past. Would recommend to a friend.

Used these guys for a move last weekend. The movers arrived on time and they had a 3 hour minimum for my move which was more than adequate. The movers were prompt and polite. They wrapped and unwrapped everything carefully and nicely. I can't thank these guys enough! Highly recommended!

Do not hire this company unless you don't mind paying for a middle man.
My sister thought she was hiring a moving company and not a moving broker.
The initial quote was for $1700 to move a bedroom, living room and necessary boxes.
A few large items, sofa and love seat, were double added and when those items were removed and some smaller items were added, the rate increased to $1900.
THE DAY OF THE MOVE, my sister was told that since another company was doing the move, the total move would now be $3900, $2000 more! Yes, my sister signed the contract stating that she agreed to the final price, but there wasn't another option because the moving crew would've left without packing and loading the truck. We couldn't cancel because there wasn't any time to look for another company.
I AM COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

All three movers were attentive, very careful, courteous, and had no problems whatsoever putting booties on as we don't wear shoes in the house. We were afraid that all the furniture and boxes would not fit in the storage unit but these guys made it happen. It is an excellent company and I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

Gary and his team were amazing! They did a great job. They were on time and were very careful with my stuff. The foreman, was very accommodating and even went out of his way to help with me a few extra things. I highly recommend using Trinity Relocation Group.

Excellent service from setting up the move to unloading. Mike was very professional and explained the fees and service clearly. Foreman and crew were fast, efficient and thorough. They carefully handled all of my belongings and made sure that my furniture, boxes and other items were all handled with the utmost care. Great moving company! Great service!
