Total ripoff, I paid to see my criminal history so I could obtain records needed for a job. Once you pay the $23 for the report and then the $3 for the PDF copy they ask you to pay another $22 for the criminal history part by upgrading to premium. If they advertised $50 for the report I would have never paid to begin with. Shady business, worried I gave them my credit card number.
