SERVICE LINE WARRANTY HONORED THEIR END OF THE CONTRACT END OF THIS JULY WHEN OUR FINISHED BASEMENT FLOODED.....WE HAD A SECOND FLOODING ISSUE THE FIRST PART OF AUGUST....THEY REFUSED TO COME OUT AND HONOR THEIR CONTRACT...CONTACTED HOME OFFICE AND REP STATED SHE WOULD "MAKE A DEAL" WITH ME...IF WE INSTALLED A BACK FLOW THEN THEY WOULD COME OUT BUT UNTIL THEN THEY WOULD NOT...NO WHERE IN THE CONTRACT DOES INSTALLING A BACK FLOW COME INTO QUESTIONTHEY CAME OUT THE FIRST TIME WITHOUT A BACK FLOW BUT REFUSED TO COME OUT THE SECOND TIME....PLUMBER USED ALSO HAD A BAD ATTITUDE..HIS NAME WAS JOHN FROM ** *** (I THINK)....HE SAID HE WASNT GOING TO COME OUT AND CHECK OUT THE 2ND SITUATION

In the years I have been in this business, I have not experienced anything like Mt*** and his outrageous exagerations and lied First of all, his bank denied the charge It had nothing to do with us Mr*** was told exactly where the home was in the Kiahuna
subdivision In my discussion woth with *** he explained that he had been to Poipu times, and he knew exactly where the Kiahuna subdivision was We do not give out the exact address of the home until payment for security reasons for our owners We book weeks yearly, and have never had an issue with this Mr *** booked the home just a few weeks before travel on the busiest summer week Its a beautiful br home with an upstairs ocean view At that time it was the only br left in the area I heard from *** ** the owner, that Mr*** was frustrated because he found out later that part of his group did not show up, so he felt like later that he might have been able to book a smaller unit closer to the beach A path right through Poipu kai would have easily taken him to Brenneckes and Poipu Beach, just a few blocks away Of course I found out later from mr *** that he actually knew where the Kiahuna Plantation was since he had been to Poipu times and considered himself an expert in Poipu The whole area is considered Poipu by just about everyone, so his saying that I should have called it Koloa is just palin silly and is just grasping for straws *** ** did take my *** for a tour of the home, but she stated that he never complained or showed any signs of dissatisfaction Mr *** has lied or exagerated about everything pertaining to this booking He took a picture of a cockroach that found in the garage and placed it on a table in the garage Every owner on Kauai states that extra's like bicycles, golf equipment, boogie boards, etc are not guaranteed, since they are taken and sometimes left by guests I originally offered a very generous $refund on Mr *** first call since there was not a second golf club set and second bike Those are the only two things he complained about originally, alomg with stating that he thought the beach was a little closer I was taken back when he said he wanted 100% refundedI had never seen this in years of being in the business He proceeded to tell me that if I did not refund the whole thing, that he would write bad reviews all over the internet I have not ever seen making such an enormous deal out of minor things in all of the years doing this It was the worst case of bribery that I had seen, and this should not be rewarded He later found the bug in the garage and tried to make it seem like the home was not a good place I have never had one single complaint about the home or its location in all of the years booking it We always want to do right for out clients, and offered an extremely generous $refund, for the garage amenities, but Mr *** would not except I talked to the owner about the issues of the home and she told me that the client never mentioned one thing about anything being wrong, not wre the things correct that he had mentioned

We have had properties External Sewer and External water lines covered by Columbia Service Partners for many years We went to recently file a few claims for sewer issues When we call *** number, it comes up with the Columbia Service Partners inbox voicemail, and when you hit the correct option(s), we are being forwarded to other companies who have no idea who we are, any of our info, and/or why we are calling
We actively pay our monthly statements each month, and are not getting the service we need, and have no information as to why
We would like to continue to have our properties covered and to be able to file claims correctly and to know how and who to contact when this happensWe want to know what’s going on and how we continue to have these things covered that we are paying for

I am rejecting this response because: Our brand new desk was broken in half. They advertise that they are bonded and insured. In order to 'fix' this desk, they would have to purchase new main parts of the desk. They would need a new top and side. It is
reasonable for us to expect a new desk to replace the broken one. This is asinine and advertisement on the part of the company. This is our last attempt before going through the legal process, which I'm fairly confident, will be more expensive for the company. I'm so over trying to deal with their unprofessional practices and would not recommend them to anyone. Actually, people need to be warned of this company

Angel and David did a great job moving my daughter's items from Pawcatuck, CT to her new aptin Manchester, CTBoth were professional and courteous I would definitely recommend Two Mean And A Truck

To whom it may concern; We apologize for not being able to move the bed frame to the spot it was intended to go Our crews are instructed to make our customers aware of any abrisks to the property being moved or the surroundings before taking any
chances. In this case they followed company policy and advised that a release of liability would need to be signed and your husband refused to do so. In that situation our crews are advised not to proceed. It's also apparent that there was some miscommunication in terms of our follow up. We will disagree on who bears responsibility for that miscommunication, so rather than argue a point about what was said or not said, we will accept that we should have done better We also pride ourselves on being able to handle any type of moving challenge, so it's very disappointing to hear that someone else was easily able to get the piece upstairs I'm interested to know what they were able to figure out that we could not, but in any case, we will pick up the additional charge of $75.00 if you are able to provide a receipt to verify the charges and let us know who our competition is. Please advise if this is acceptable. You can email, scan or fax the receipt directly to our office. Once we verify the charges we will process a check immediately

I have not spoken to anyone regarding the damages specifically I received an email from Abby stating the person in charge of the damages department was out for the week and would contact me when he returnedNo one contacted meI never had a conversation with anyone regarding damages. I am not sure if this business' response to me is for me or a different complaint First, I do not do drugs, so drug paraphernailia is impossibleThis is obviously for someone else's complaint, or this business is in the habit of lyingNo furniture had to be cleaned off, and the movers were not subjected to unsanitary conditions The movers were subjected to lots of boxes, furniture and last minute packing by myself I did not spend a good amount of time in a room with a friend I was alone during this move I was packingAnd I was up and down the stairs taking things to my car I was quoted a certain amount for the move and that is what I budgeted for When the bill was twice what I was quoted, I was not able to pay the full amount I called my Aunt who helped me pay for the moversThis business was paid in full.I would be happy to listen to our recorded phone calls Furniture (bed frames, book shelves, sofas, armoire, night stand) did not have preexisting damageThe furniture is only years old. I paid a great deal of money to this business to move my apartment I was quoted a certain amountI was under quoted and then charged a higher amount After all of that, I will now have to replace furniture

Unloading at new house, one mover picked up the dining room table by the top after they were instructed that the top would come off When the top came off, the base fell to the floorIt created gouges and scratches on the table top and also broke one of the pins that lets the table swivel and expand

11/28/-we finally heard back from *** Men and a Truck damage manager We texted him photos of the damage which he said he would forward to *** *** at *** Painting They came and picked up table
12/8/- we texted Men and a Truck to see when we were going to get the table back *** sai

Some of the claims Ms*** is making towards our company are serious in nature and are not taken lightly. We do however feel that some of these claims are a bit exaggerated and are intended to portray our company very negatively. I would like to go over the complaint statement and
respond in detail: We did provide relocation services for Ms*** on Friday November 25th, 2016. *** was the first move of the day and we typically have arrival windows between the hours of 8-a.mfor first customers. Upon looking at the Bill of Lading from the move it appears our crew arrived at ***’s pick up address at 9:a.m., which would be a half-hour later than expected, so we deeply apologize for this. We would like to blame our tardiness due to our crew being “over-stuffed” from Thanksgiving the night before, but we are true professionals and will acknowledge our mistake“Movers smelled like marijuana, movers hit a parked car in my neighborhood and drove away from the scene of the accident”: These are serious accusations and they need to be addressed promptly! Our company has a firm commitment to its employees and to the public to provide a safe work environment. Accordingly, the Company operates a drug and alcohol free workplace. We have mandatory pre-employment drug testing and random testing in place for all our employees and we take our Drug Testing policy very seriously. All we can say about the movers who performed ***’s move is: although they are no longer employed with us, both passed our drug testing policy at the time. It is true our Driver-Supervisor did some minor damage to a neighbor’s car while backing down the street with our 26’ moving truck. What is not true is that our crew performed a “hit and run” and left the scene of an accident. Management was notified immediately and dispatched out to the scene to help assist the neighbor and his car. We conducted a thorough investigation onsite and followed proper accident protocol for the neighbor and his car. Once management arrived on scene we instructed the moving crew to proceed with ***’s move so there wouldn’t be any more delays“A large portion of my furniture was damaged during the move. I contacted the company several times to seek reimbursement for this move”: Licensed, professional movers like us must comply with the Illinois Commerce Commission standards for moving within Illinois. All regulations for moving can be found at www.icc.illinois.gov Please read the following two sections of these regulations as it pertains to moves within Illinois: A.) Carrier Liability B.) Claims According to law, movers are not liable for the full value of your property unless you pay an additional charge for that protection. Mover’s rates are based on cents per pound, per article. Please take a look at the “Mover’s liability” portion on the Bill of Lading from the move day (yellow copy). You will notice the entire shipment of house-hold goods are released at cents per pound, per article Claims must be filed with the mover in writing within days of the date of delivery. Movers must acknowledge written claims within days and act on them (that is, pay, settle, or deny a claim) within days. *** reported the damages a few days after the move on 11/28/16. We sent a damage claim form this same day and encouraged her to return ASAP so we could have the claim in writing. We received the form back on 12/05/with a list of items potentially damagedWe set up a damage inspection on 12/21/to acknowledge these written claims and we legally have until 04/04/(days) to act on themDesired Outcome/Settlement We provided a full relocation service for *** on 11/25/using our trucks, equipment, fuel, labor, etc. This is why we will not be able to reimburse the full amount of $803.25. We are only legally obligated to get an accurate weight of the damaged items and settle at cents per pound, per article. Out of the spirit of customer service we offer to have these items picked up and repaired by a professional vendor. Our Manager immediately dealt with the situation involving the neighbor’s car and this had no effect on ***’s move. We are still within our days to act on the damages so we need to know if *** would like the items repaired or weighed? We are not perfect but we also know we are not a “poorly ran company or unprofessional.” We will repair or settle all damages from the move and offer an additional 15% discount to *** for any inconvenience during this process*** ***-GM

Two Men And A Truck Scottsdale are by far the best movers in the valley Extremely professional, knowledgeable and very courteous! I had a wonderful moving experience using them Moving can be a stressful endeavor and the staff and crew made the process enjoyable if moving could ever be an enjoyable experience!

Based on the contents given from the customer, this job was estimated for a 6-hour job. Upon our crews arrival, a walk-through was performed. The customer had added more furniture and additional boxes, requesting everything be moved. We presented a new estimate (Revision to
Estimate) to the customer, and explained due to the additional furniture/boxes, this job may take more time, and increasing the cost. At 9:am, the customer signed the Revision to Estimate, and understood the necessary time and cost involved in completing this move. Our manager performed a MIP call (move in progress call) to the customer, and explained to the customer that we would accommodate any needs they had. Our manager offered to have the crew make trips for them, to ensure everything was moved as requested. The customer was pleased that we were able to accommodate them. As the day progressed, the customer notified the crew that they had to be out of the old residence by a certain time, and the new homeowners were going to be moving in. Due to this, our men were instructed to move some of the items out of the home, and place them in the driveway. This was a decision made by the customer, as we did not have a say so in this. The customer then declined to have our crew make a second trip, and instead rented a truck on their own. After the move was completed, we completed a follow up post call to the customer, in which they complained about the entire move and overall cost. The customer claimed the move took too long, costing them more money than anticipated. We completed this move as requested by the customer, agreeing to move additional items and to do whatever it took to accommodate them. We are in no position to offer any types of discounts or credits, as we performed the move as instructed. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: They have their version, I have mine They did offer, and I did accept some refund on the situation, that is correct The person that I booked the move with, not available to speak with on the day of the move, and did not call me back despite two messages the day of the move I will never used them again, and I will warn anyone that asks, about their DECEPTIVE practice of quoting one price and then charging another It was handled very badly by them, in my opinion
