I am very sorry that Mr*** was unhappy with his stay at *** **'s home It is a beautiful br home and we have never received a complaint until now We don't send the address of the home until payment for secuirty reasons Mr *** knows where the Kiahuna subdivision is in his own words when I talked to him Mr *** was very upset the first time I talked to him after he arrived about there only being one golf set and bicycle I reminded him, which we always tell out guests, that bicycles, beach chairs and boogie boeards etc, are not guaranteed, since they come and go so much I offered him $anyway Eventually I offered an extremely generous $refund, but even that was not good enough He then started to search for things he could find wrong with the home, and told me that he would write bad reviews if we did not refund his whole stay The reason we gave Mr*** our P.O Box was that we did not know why he was asking for it, and we felt this man from the things he was saying was possibly unstable We take pride in the fact that we go way out of our way for our clients

The response from this company is laughable, considering they were criminally fraudulent, and emptied by bank account--with unauthorized charges of $1,500+ over the $I signed for I am still pursuing this matter both criminally and civilly with both Camp Pendleton PMO and Oceanside Police Dept I have obtained an attorney, as there are punitive damages as a result of the attack on me I went to my doctor on Thursday---to check my pregnancy due to the stress this company caused and my pain and suffering If there is nothing further the Revdex.com can do, I will be continuing this legally

I had heard great things about Two Men And A Truck's moving service from a friend who had used them for his move so I used them when I moved into my new home They were AWESOME! The weather was horrible (snow and ice) the day I moved but they came anyway They were very careful with my items and did not damage one thing They were also extremely careful at my brand new house and didn't damage one wall or any woodwork at all The gentlemen who performed the move were friendly and respectful I highly recommend Two Men And A Truck! If I ever have to move again, they will be the only moving company I will call!

The customer has submitted this complaint for the incorrect franchise location. But, I am able to provide the following statement from the franchise that performed the move:We've been working together with the customer and have offered her a settlement on her damaged items and poor service.The
settlement amount was offered on Wednesday morning the 4th just before noon as promised. To reach a final settlement amount - we put together the full settlement she was entitled to based on her valuation selection the day of the move - and then added an additional $*** to the total

On Sunday evening July first I contacted SLWA to check what I thought may be a sewer leak on my front lawnThey told me I had to contact the city of Arlington first to make sure the issue was not on their sideI did not understand this (leak was up on my lawn) but I did so anywayCity of Arlington came out PM and told us everything was fine on their side and they felt it was a water line break not a sewer lineWe contacted SLWA again to relay this information they said they would have someone out the next dayWhen the plumber arrived the following day he looked at the area in question and said it was a water line break but he could not fix it due to the fact that he was called out on a sewer line breakAgain we contacted SLWA and were told they would send someone else outTuesday another plumber arrives and refuses to fix the line as my sprinkler system is not up to code he saysThe sprinkler system is not even hooked into the water line anywhere I explainedHe still refused to fix it and we had a way conversation with Heather at SLWAI finally told them I would have a sprinkler company come and look at the issue so we could proceedI just wanted to get the waterline fixedThe Plumber gave me the name of a company they useI contacted them immediately and was told that they could not get out there until SaturdayWe are almost a week now with a broken waterlineSaturday arrives and the sprinkler company comes out that the plumber recommended and tells me that this is ridiculous that the sprinkler is not even connected to the main line and should have nothing to do with them fixing the water line breakI told them we never used it anyway and had a portable sprinklerThe sprinkler company gave me the name of a plumber that THEY use and he came out looked at it and said the same thingSo now I have a paid invoice for from TNT plumbing to prove that the sprinkler system was dry and not in anyway connected to the main line.Called SLWA back again and asked to speak with a supervisorI was told that the supervisor refused to speak with me until the CSR wrote everything down that was wrong! Write it down???? They had it all in front of them on the computerFinally mins later and numerous hold times I spoke with a supervisor who said he would send an email to Heather whom we dealt with in the way call and that he would get someone out thereHe asked if we needed it immediately and I told him we could wait until after the weekendWhat difference did it make at this point we were at days nowMonday came and I heard nothing at allMy wife called SLWA was told they would get back to her, no one calledI called SLWA from work and was told that they would send this whole email to Heather and she would call me back shortlyNever calledFinally my wife spoke with *** who contacted the companyThe company contacted my wife and said they would get everything taken care of Tuesday the 10thMy wife had to miss work for this setting us back even further when I was on vacation all of the previous weekIt is now Tuesday the 10th days, dollars lighter for a plumber to tell us what we already knew, a lost days wages for my wife, numerous phone calls and wasted time and I still have a water line leak in my front yardThey finally came out on Tuesday the 10th and it took them about an hour to fix itThe company that came was efficient and quick stars for that but no stars as to how this whole thing has been handledThis should never have occurred and most frustrating of all was not getting promised call backsCommunicating goes a long way to making things right with the customerWhat this tells me is that the company really does not care about the customer as much as they proclaim toI think its time to look into another warranty company although I'm not really hopeful any will be better but this whole experience has really soured me on this one

Although unfortunate, a few items were damaged during this move. We have taken full responsibility for all claims. Some items have been repaired, while others are still in process in the assigned vendor. Any contents that were damaged beyond repair, were cash settled at current
fair market value. Our valuation is non-negotiable, and we are sorry that Mr*** does not agree with this. All items will be returned to the customer once completed

Not getting any answers of outstanding Issues with my Account I Email Service Line Warranties many times, took the time to send two Letters to get some answers, not once did anyone for the Company got back to mei SPOKE TO MANY ASSOCIATES in the Company with no results, I was following up on my issue about weeks ago, and was told my account was cancelled, with no reason given, no phone call nothingThe claim I had an outstanding balanceI signed up for Recurring Payment with my Visa card the funds weretaken out To have the service continue I made two payments, of $to my Visa on 4/and again 4/30/in order to have the issues cleard upIts now May 12th and I just check my AACCOUNT IN SERVICE LINE WARRANTIES, and it still show I have a outstanding balance of $

This past month, it became painfully obvious to me that the firm Service Line Warranties of America (SLWOA) is completely incompetent at best and possibly a fraud and a scam at worst!
I purchased a contract from SLWOA in February, which was to cover problems I might encounter with my sanitation sewer line or my water supply line On Friday, 8/31/2018, I went down into my basement and discovered that the sewer line had become clogged and backed up into the floor drain in my laundry area At about 8:am, I contacted SLWOA to file a claim The rep verified my contract and stated that she would contact a plumber who would contact with me within 3-hours to schedule service to resolve the problemAfter waiting about hours with no contact from anyone, I again called SLWOA Told them that I had not yet heard from their plumber The rep said he would leave a detailed message with the assigned plumber and direct them to contact me promptly I asked the rep for the name of the firm that was supposed to contact me After terminating that call, I decided to do an internet search of the plumbing firm because I didn’t recognize the nameThat search revealed that the assigned firm was located in Westerville, OH (north of Columbus, OH) which, according to the navigation app on my iPhone, is miles from where I live in Northern KYI immediately recontacted SLWOA and demanded a local plumber be assigned They said they had only one other firm assigned to service my area and would transfer my case to them I asked for that firm’s name and phone number which turned out to be a company in Westchester, OH (about miles from me) Upon terminating this call, I contacted this second plumbing firm to verify that they provide service in the Northern KY area I was told that they do and they also confirmed they had a service request from SLWOA for me However, they informed me that the earliest they could get to me was the following Tuesday afternoon (days later!)Again, I called SLWOA and advised them that their plumber could not provide service for at least days Told them this was unacceptable and demanded they contract with another plumber who could provide service in a much more timely manner They claimed they would refer the issue to another department within their organization to negotiate service from another plumbing firmWith a day holiday weekend upon us, it became obvious that my problem was not going to be solved via the service contract I purchased from SLWOA I therefore contacted a local plumber who arrived within the hour and resolved the problem at my expenseAs of 9/4/at about 9:am (hours after the initial claim), NO-ONE from SLWOA or any plumber associated with them had initiated any contact with me Therefore I again called SLWOA to advise that I had arranged for service from a local plumber at my expense and stated that I expected to be reimbursed for those charges At that point, I was transfered to another representative (Alex - a female) who identified herself as being with HomeServe USA and explained that HomeServe USA had acquired SLWOA sometime during the last yearAfter describing my experience, she directed me to submit a reimbursement request to there web site along with a copy of the paid invoiceLater that day (9/4/2018), I prepared a very detailed email to describe my experience with SLWOA In that email I demanded to be reimbursed for the expenses I had incurred due to their failure to fulfill there obligation under the contract I had purchased from themI also included a copy of the invoice from the local plumber as requested by Alex at HomeServeUpon submitting the email claim for reimbursement, I received an auto-reply email acknowledgment that my claim and invoice had been received and a decision would be forthcoming within daysBy 9/28/2018, I had still heard nothing from anyone at SLWOA so I again called to inquire on the status of my claim The service rep looked at my account and advised that it indicated that my claim had been approved on 9/17/I explained that it is now days later and I had not received the reimbursement check The rep said she would have someone call me back to let me know when to expect to receive my check And of course, no-one called backOn 10/8/2018, I finally received a check in the mail to reimburse me for the expenses I had incurred as a result of SLWOA’s failure to fulfill their contract obligationsTo recap, I spent days dealing with SLWOA trying to get them to provide the service called for by the Service Contract I purchased from them They never did provide the service! And they never even once initiated any contact with me during that entire time Based on my experience, I would recommed that everyone refrain from doing business with this company

Customer received $in the form of a refund to their credit card. The customer had a mirror get damaged and we took the mirror into a Glass and Mirror company to be repaired professionally

We moved the Lawrence family out of storage on 9/29/2016. There was damage to the top of the armoire. It was picked up and taken to be repaired on 10/20/2016. It was picked up from the vendor and delivered on 11/21/but customer was not satisfied with repair. The armoire
was picked up on 11/22/and taken to a different vendor per their request. The item was picked up from that vendor and delivered back to them on 12/19/2016. The piece was inspected prior to delivery by several supervisors and managers and found that the top was repaired accordingly. The damage was addressed according to our terms and conditions
