Two Mean and a Truck in Rocky Hill CT were excellent to work withThe office staff were thorough and the movers came on time, were polite, efficient and careful with our belongingsWe liked them so well that we will be using them again soon

My mother had had a positive experience with the Colorado Springs branch which is owned by the same person as the Pueblo branch so I felt confident that my move would go well The good: when there was an accident and one of the homes was damaged by the truck, they were courteous and dealt the with insurance claim with little hassle to us
The bad: I had originally spoken with CO springs branch and declined any storage covers I called the Pueblo office the day of the move to ensure that they would be bringing all that was needed to pad or protect the items during transit and I was assured that they would have that on the truck I left the old home to mark the spots for the furniture to be placed in the new home When my mattress arrived, the expensive anti-dust mite, anti-allergen cover recommended by our allergist was shredded on one side and the mattress underneath had splinters and torn threads on one side I was told that I would have had to order a special mattress carrying cover for that to have been protected and insured in the move They had also had my husband sign a waiver since they did not carry one of those on the truck I was told that I could get a new cover for cheap at Walmart and when I spoke to the office I was told that since the waiver was signed, they could no do an insurance claim What would have made me satisfied is some offer from the company to assist even partially in buying a new one The mattress is a $and the cover is over $ I can live with a slightly damaged mattress but the cover will have to be replaced I blame poor communication from this company for this incident The workers are pleasant but hopefully other customers will know to clarify and reclarify when asking their policies (I checked and this particular one regarding mattress carrry is not listed on their email sent out to review the move guidelines)

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK were available on short notice, at a reasonable price, in my local area, to perform my moveThe reservation staff was easy to reach, friendly an attentiveThe movers were very polite, professional, and efficient at handling my belongings, and worked as carefully as if they owned everything themselves! Would definitely use them again and recommend to others***

I am sorry about the length of time your move took. We do our best to give as accurate of an estimate as we can. I know that 3-hours of time was wasted waiting for you to bring us out the key to the storage. That time could have been better
utilized to place everything in storage. As for your items left in the house, as you found out we do not carry special tools to disassemble exercise pieces and as the men were waiting they spoke with the only representitive there which was your girlfriend. She confirmed the address to the storage and the guys departed expecting you guys to meet them at the storage unit.
As for the move that took place on Saturday we did not bill you for that time.
I am here to work with you as much as I can as I stated in our conversations but had the guys or the office knew the exercise items were ready to be moved we would have gone back and grabbed them. Not letting us know until the next week, there is very little we could have done. If you can get access to the home we are more than willing to help get those items out

We have viewed the customer complaint and have made attempts to reach the customer by phoneWe have left messages and customer did return call but we have not been able to reach the customer to discuss her concerns with her.The broken desk in question was discarded by our movers at the request of
the customer and that is why it was not returned to the office for repair and why a damage claim form was not issuedWe are willing to discuss the desk concern to make sure there was no misunderstanding.Regarding the arrival time and time concern we will need to discuss with customer once we are able to talk to her.We have discussed with our movers regarding the inappropriate language as well as the concern with one of them on his cell phone during the move timeThis also will be discussed with our customer once we are able to connect with her .We are willing and open to discuss with our customer all of the concerns that have been noted and look for quick resolution to this issue

1. my request of compensation is NOT based on the $net loss occurred to me solely due to this accidentI believe I made it clear to all the three people I talked to from Two Men and A TruckThat's between me and the home buyer and it was not based on repair cost alone.
Repair by TMAAT is not applicable in this caseWe only have the choice to compensate based on repair cost estimate
The difference is which estimate to base onI believe it should be a fair market estimate as I presented to TMAAT and also in my initial complaint to Revdex.comAll email detail available if needed to prove the neutrality of it. That's why I insist on my request of $covering the floor damage as well as drywall and other smaller damages, bringing this case to a close

another state and was not present during the move. She had also repeatedly

Overcharged me, forced me to pay a third party to complete my move & hook up/assemble appliances/beds & broke numerous items that can't be replaced
I booked these folks April, men & trucks When I booked the move, I stressed to them I had $1,to spend and not a penny more I moved from a sqfthouse to a sqft house about miles apart from one another The men repeatedly REFUSED to use a dolly opting instead to each carry or boxes at a time They strolled rather than walked They stopped often to gossip about the member of their team that wasn't in the room I am a military widow & I know how to pack Everything that would fit in a box was in a taped box & the top was OVERLY clearly labeled as to what room it belongs in & whether or not it was fragile I had every taped box stacked in the dining room so they didn't even have to wander from room to room to get them End of the day what should have taken hours took What should have been an

Was interested in taking out SLWA warranty, but wanted to do my homework firstI called and ask which plumbing companies they used and was told they could not give out that informationHow can I make a good judgement call as to taking out this warranty without being able to find out if SLWA has a good working relation with these plumbing companiesI don't know what SLWA is hiding but suspect it to be a scamI call our utility company and they were puzzled as to why SLWA would not give out this infoSLWA, you lost another potential customer

them of their trucking charterIf the company was smart they wouldn't have overbilled me in the 1st place, they should be smart and fully refund me as a loud statement of their apology.Now it's a matter of consumer education and will be a matter of record for all to see long into the future

I live in *** ** I paid for this service for years the first time using it, I'm told there would be a plumber that would come and unclog my sewer come to find out he is traveling from *** *** ** that is over hours away, he came in two daysand wasn't setup to unclog itso instead of taking his recommendationsservice line warranties sent him back home to find no one was even in their Coverage area that could perform the workgetting the run around for another days for them to tell me thisNow it's been a week and I'm stuck with a bill for to drain my sewer outside my house, plus it's not even unclogged yetI have an month pregnant wife and three kids under six, and have had sewage backed up in my house for a weekwe have been calling at least once a day on this

I enrolled in the sewer and water warrantyI gave MY NAME and MY ADDRESSMy policy was created in my EX_HUSBANDS NAME and sent to HIS ADDRESSWhere they got his name and address, I have no ideaI call them to make a complaint and get this straightened out, and what does this company do, THEY SEND OUT ANOTHER POLICY TO MY EX-HUSBAND WITH HIS NAME AND ADDRESS ON ITI am furiousand just try to call them, on hold for minutes then got disconnectedOn hold another minutes and gave up

This is by far the best moving company I've ever seen and I've move several times with other local companies They have the nicest trucks and the most polite employees

*** *** Two Men and a truck has not made any allowance for us for our wasted time and there staff not being experienced The move should of only taken hours based on their estimate The damaged furniture should of been repaired since they dropped in the drive They are still charging us the estimated price They have not taken any money off the actual time it should of taken We wasted six hours of our time for the entire family Plus the pizza bill and the use of our tools and we ended up having to put beds together and bring in some furniture I feel they should adjust the price based on the six hours it should of taken

I have been a customer for over yearsI use auto bill pay through my bank which sends them a check every month that reaches them before the 10th of the month
Every month I receive a Late / Final notice in the mailThe first time it happened I called them right away and was told to forget it, that they had received my paymentThe next month the same thing happened againI called again and was told the same thing After many more months of this I became angry and concernedIf they were this incompetent in their billing practices, what will happen if I ever need to file a claim?
About a week ago I received another Late / Final noticeI checked the bill pay from my bank and discovered that they had received this payment over month ago and had not cashed the checkI called them and told them what had been happening and also told them that if I received another notice that I would be cancelling their serviceI was told that they would tell their billing department not to send me any more notices

We purchased home flood insurance from service lines of americaMy basement flooded and the company has been out over seven times to look at my pipes below my houseAfter several floods in my basement they finally came over my house seven times to look at my pipesAfter about six months they finally sent a plumbing company over to fix the pipes underneath my front yardThey finally came and duh up my front yard on July 8th They left my yard with a five foot by foot moind of dirtThey were supposed to be out a week later to finish the pipes but have never came back outI have been in contact with service line and they keep telling me they are waiting for approval from the city to start work againAfter calling the city to figure out what the hold up was, they informed me that service lines of america never contacted them regarding workAfter reaching out to both plumbing companie and service lines of America I had no choice but to reach out to the better business burea
