To Whom It May Concern: We reached out driectly to [redacted] to confirm the details of the situationWe were able to determine that there was an error made on our part in the processing of the original resolution offeredWe immediately rectified it by sending her the appropriate credit able to be used on our ecommerce site since she is not close to one of our storesWe also, sent an additional amount because of the inconvenience and offered to upgrade her shipping because of the inconvenience she experiencedShe was provided with direct contact information of our Customer Service Manager should she encounter any issues

To the Revdex.com and [redacted] , [redacted] placed an order on the agent tried to appease [redacted] by refunding her for the item through our order management systemShe was promised this was resolvedThe problem was that the refund did not process though to the merchant bankWhich caused her to have to keep following up with us to let us know she never received her fundsNow that I have received this complaint I have issued a full refund for this order to [redacted] in the amount of $We hope that this is a satisfactory resolution for her and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused her
