This customer placed a BOPIS order on We state on our website that the Buy Online Puck Up In Store option takes 2-business days to be deliveredThis customer came into the store on the same day to pick upThe associate told them they could purchase the item in store and that the order would be cancelledThe associate was not aware the order had already began to process and could not be cancelledSo the associate who helped this customer had misinformed the customerThe customer went to [redacted] immediately and disputed the charge because when they called our customer service they were told that we could not cancel the order and that the customer would be refunded once the package was returned to our warehouseThis is our policyThe customer did not want to wait to they filed a charge backOnce we confirmed with the store the package was being sent back we refunded the customer in full at 12:30pm on

I think it's a lame excuse because I used the exact same shipping address to purchase some clothes at the other on-line stores such as *** *** *** *** etc., and I had absolutely no trouble at allBesides, this is so annoying to have a phone call verification processIt makes me to feel like I'm begging for the company's permission to buy its productThis is definitely an inappropriate customer service policyI'm requesting UNIQLO USA to let me have a right to choose, use, and update my personal profiles such as credit card, billing address, shipping address from my on-line store account without any limits as same as the other American on-line stores.

Our company policy is that once an innerwear item is worn it cannot be returned. For this particular customer's case we have gone ahead to refund her $When this customer contacted us at our call center, the customer was requesting to return the worn innerwear itemsOur agent advised
that we could not guarantee a refund if the items were returned to our warehouse, because they had been wornThe confusion regarding the sizing chart was not clear from our side. We looked into the issue and we see how our sizing chart can be misleadingThe Women's Size Chart that first pops up under the WOMEN WIRELESS BRA does show that the bust size range of size "S" is 33-3/inchesHowever, the second sizing chart beneath is the sizing chart specific to the bra sizes, has the bust (body size) for a small "S" is listed as 35-inchesAdditionally, it includes the approximate size of cup for reference. Currently with the way our EC site is built it is difficult for us to separate the sizing charts by only item by item so we show it for the entire gender categoryThis is a point that we understand and will work to improve in the future. Thank you for bringing this to our attention

I was so please with the items I received, but one was too large I wanted to return the item using the shipping label and the $charge I have written emails and called twice ( they are in MANILLA) never got the shipping label I will return by *** and with any luck will get a credit to my account NEVER EVER will I purchase something from this junk-company I am surprised that they are allowed to work in the USA

The response is completely wrong I was not just charged On 12/ ** my credit card was charged twice and also for a total charge on 12/** for I am on vacation so am unable to send the actual statement but can do so on my return on sunday MY order *** for included a dress for , shorts for 9.90, shorts 9.90, crew for 19.90, parka for , chino pants and finally the "free" item I was charged as well as tax Total items = and with tax for a total of I was charged plus tax for the free item, not the If you look at the order , if you add the items without the free item, it should be , plus tax ( ) for a correct charge of Again, my card was charged on 12/**/+ Uniqlo owes me , not This is so absolutely ridiculous I am only carrying on so people could see this long train on their *** page
