This customer was over charged at the Union Square store 11/**/Instead of going back to the store to get his refund he contacted our E-Commerece customer service to request a refundThe agent assisting Jason submitted lead form to our accounting departmentthis took about days to process
as we get many leads everydayThe accounting team could not locate the customers transaction based on the information givenWe then had to contact the store to try to get the receipt information so we could process the refund remotelyOnce we were able to locate the transaction he refund was processedJason was refunded this morning, 12/**/2016, he has been notifiedBoth the store and the E-Commerce team have been in communication with Jason throughout

The order was canceledThey are keep repeating to say that they cannot deliver the product to the shipping agency addressI think it's a lame excuse because I used the exact same shipping address to purchase some clothes at the other on-line stores such as *** *** *** *** etc., and I had absolutely no trouble at allBesides, this is so annoying to have a phone call verification processIt makes me to feel like I'm begging for the company's permission to buy its productThis is definitely an inappropriate customer service policyI'm requesting UNIQLO USA to let me have a right to choose, use, and update my personal profiles such as credit card, billing address, shipping address from my on-line store account without any limits as same as the other American on-line stores.

I never used Uniqlo's website to purchase items, I never subscribed to their email advertising, and yet, I receive multiple emails daily for their company I have tried to unsubscribe multiple times with no result I have tried to contact their customer service, whose email reply said I would be unsubscribed within two weeks It has been about month, and I am still flooded with emails CEASE AND DESIST!

We sincerely apologize for the excessive delay and inconvenience we have caused the customerOne of our corporate coordinators will be reaching out to the customer via email with a prepaid label and directions on how to proceed to receive a refund for the returned item

UNIQLO Refund Policy, we were able to inform the complainant that the refund will reflect on his Financial Records within to business days from 11/**

On 2/*/17 attempted to place an order through [redacted]. The authorization was not accepted and the authorization should have dropped off in 72 hours by [redacted]. When the customer contacted Uniqlo customer service about the funds still pending the agent submitted a lead to our accounting department and...

the authorization was manually voided on 2/*/17. Uniqlo has never collected any funds for this attempted order.

Thank you for forwarding the customers concern of his recent return transaction to our attention.
After extensive research and communication with the...

customer and our accounting team, we have made the decision to send the customer a check for the full value of his return. The check will be delivered to the customer by 7/**.
We have determined that the error for the delay in this transaction is related to the debit-card used for the purchase, in which our systems were not able to issue a refund back to the debit card as we are able to with credit-cards.
We have alerted the customer to this error, and gained his agreement to process a check to be mailed to him.

The company did not contact me at all and no customer service could provide proper information on where the package was. I never entered an address. When I chose the option of [redacted] to pay it accepted the information from there which contained a complete address. Still today I have no email update from Uniqlo regarding the package. I have since received notification from [redacted] that I have been refunded. I have not received any correspondence from Uniqlo. So a package being sent to me is a lie and incorrect and further is an example of poor customer service and personale being miss informed and not providing me with proper information. The above statement is false from the company.
