I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Uniqlo's response misstates almost all of the facts. I did not contact their eCommerce customer service, I emailed the only email address for customer service on their website, [redacted], with the description: "Whenever, Wherever" Nowhere does it indicate that this is just for eCommerce support only and there is no other way to contact any type of support.It took them a little over a month to respond, not 5 days as quotes in their response. I can provide evidence of this as I've documented everything. There is also no reason for them to have trouble locating my customer transaction or receipt, as an electronic receipt was issued for my purchase that was emailed to me. My original email to their customer support was me forwarding their electronic receipt which contained all required information to identify the transaction.Yes their team has been in communication with me throughout, but their communications were meaningless. Some of their emails indicated that a refund could not be issued until they received my return item at their warehouse, which makes no sense as I was not returning anything and was not mailing anything back to them. Yes, Uniqlo did ultimately refund me for the entire purchase, but I find their misstatement of the facts insulting. I can provide evidence of everything stated above on request.Regards,[redacted]

We have confirmed that issue was resolved on 4/*/2016 with a full refund credited back to the original form of payment.

Customer's refund was already placed last 11/**. As per policy and procedure - since the fund has been cleared on our end, he needs to  coordinate with his bank for the refund. In an event that it is still not reflecting on his end, he needs to file a dispute on his bank. We have 2 separate Refund Request placed for the customer under the reference numbers [redacted] and [redacted].He may send us a copy of his bank statements specifying the refund of $0 as he is claiming for us to forward it to the finance team

To Whom It May Concern:
   We reached out driectly to [redacted] to confirm the details of the situation. We were able to determine that there was an error made on our part in the processing of the original resolution offered. We immediately rectified it by sending her the appropriate credit able to be used on our ecommerce site since she is not close to one of our stores. We also, sent an additional amount because of the inconvenience and offered to upgrade her shipping because of the inconvenience she experienced. She was provided with direct contact information of our Customer Service Manager should she encounter any issues.

I returned an item to Uniqlo - location [redacted].
If you return an item without the receipt, they give you a store credit - fine.
However, upon signing the return form - they ask you to WRITE your DRIVER's LICENSE # and the EXPIRATION DATE on the return form near your signature & phone#!!! I return an item without a receipt 2 years ago and they did not request us to write our Driver's License # down then. Inconsistent ID practices.
Is the request to ask for Driver's License (written) ILLEGAL? any store employee can get access to this information and start application for an fraudulent ID using MY personal and private information!
To be clear, I love this store and their products BUT their RETURN policy has some CONTROVERSIAL & possibly ILLEGAL & DANGEROUS practices!

 They are just giving you a "we will reply soon" email.  I look forward to their future resolution.  I spent 1h40m on the line with them today, during which I wrote you the complaint.  They've told me that they will be refunding me, but I cannot consider that accurate until I actually get it in writing from them -- this is the 3rd time they claim to have processed a refund/re-shipment, but each time I've followed up, they advise that it was not done in their system... so lets see.
