Z OK obviously every single review asks for the company to cancel the account so I'm assuming this company is trash it's a scam of some sort and everyone should always read the fine print. That's the lesson here I know I sure did and I won't be buying anything from this company, you guys suck, and are criminals!

Yes I signed up for a credit card well they make you think its a credit card and its an online store with nothing worth buying it was unique card service they have charged me 4 time 19.99 and once 29.99 how do I turn them in and shut that sight down on the reviews im not the only person this has happened too they will not give my money back they keep laughing and hanging up its only 3 girls you talk to so its out of their house this is wrong to do to people

This is a response to the complaint received. Firstly, we have issued a refund for all monies that were billed, which we consider to be closed and settled. Secondly, in response to fraud due to the consumer thinking it was a major credit card, we have listed on several placed within the website that explains exactly what the card is and where it can be used. I have pasted a few of the lines that are on the website and also in the Terms and Conditions.

If the consumer would have read through everything, which she claimed to do by clicking the check box that asks whether the Terms and Conditions have been read, she would know what she signed up for. Very clear what the product is and where it can be utilized if the consumer would have taken the time to read.

I had a charge taken from my account weeks ago and never dealt with this vendor. Weeks later I received a suspicious call from the vendor and a VERY rude woman saying im calling to confirm your card is legit? She prompted me to call my bank, verify, and as the bank answered, she berated me saying the woman is talking, and I didn’t even know what to say or why I was really calling except to confirm my card that again they CHARGED weeks ago and only got a call yesterday? I assumed the woman would speak from the vendor when she called my bank and im on the line during this three way call, again, no real explanation of what is going on or what exactly am I telling my bank? keep in mind my money was taken weeks ago, no product, and I only got a call yesterday confirming my card legitimacy and never dealt with this vendor. after they have TAKEN MY MONEY FOR WEEKS AND NO PRODUCT. I then spoke to my bank rep and said I apologize that I have a rude rep on the phone-the rep from the vendor INSTANTLY cut me off, talked and shouted over me, said she is canceling my order and hung up on my bank and I. I then emailed customer service and the response back was that DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE CALL YOUR ACCOUNT IS CANCELED AND YOUR ORDER and I never got my refund or reason why they canceled my order! It is the SHADIEST THING EVER and worse yet they have my social security information. I am also due money for the membership fee I never even used! THIS NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED THIS BUSINESS AS THEY HAVE MY DEBIT CARD INFO AND SOCIAL AND this is the shadiest thing that has ever happened to me and how embarrassing this rep from this vendor hung up the phone on my bank and I as she shouted, meanwhile no foul language was exchanged or anything on my end and the call had no right to be disconnected as the rep kept talking over me and just said your order is canceled and hung up the phone. This is the shadiest business plus it was so emabrassing on the phone with my bank and I when this rep hung up and worse yet the email to customer service was just as bad condoning this reps behavior when all I wanted was my product!

This is something we will look in to further and take any necessary actions. We do not collect any social security information on any of our websites and are more than happy to work with Mr *** and law enforcement to help figure out who may have completed the application. Unique services says you guaranteed credit however when I clicked to make a purchase it still ask for my debit card info it also says to cancel I could call or go online I called of course there closed on weekends but there is no place on line to cancel the membership

I applied for a visa credit card line and after applying it was a credit line For a bogus shopping outlet they are charging me for. It was a complete scam

I applied for a line of credit and was approved for two different amounts. I chose the lowest amount available. I was informed that the line of credit was for an online shop myuniqueoutlet.com so I went ahead and placed an order. my checking account was charged $20 and some change for a down payment. I have not received any information on when the product I ordered will be shipped. I sent an email to the company asking them and they couldn't give me a simple answer. just telling me to call a phone number. I simply want what I ordered and paid for. my account with the company still shows my order as shipment pending. but the down payment is paid.

Can I leave 0 stars? So misleading! Leads you to believe you’ve been approved for a $1000 credit card, then AFTER being approved they let you know that the credit line only works on 1 shopping website that has literally 15 items on it. When I called to cancel, the woman was by far the rudest customer representative I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with.

This vendor stole my personal information including a credit card and illegally billed me for
their bogus "credit card" service for 4 months.
When I called them to complain, they told me no refund would happen and further they would
continue billing me!
Now I am going to the police and my attorney to sort it out with this criminals.

This company advertises as though they are a credit card company that you would be receiving a card to be used. One you apply for the card, thinking you are applying for a credit card. They apparently begin charging you and flooding your inbox with spam emails for "the outlet store". It is an online outlet store not a credit card at all! When I found out what was going on I called the company and asked for refunds and they refused to pay back nearly $100 they withdrew from my account under false pretenses.

She called customer service May 19, 2020 to cancel and was issued a refund for the last charge of $19.95, which follows our terms and conditions. *** also stated she thought it was a major credit card but everything on the website states it is a credit line which can only be used in our online store and the terms specifically state it is not a Visa or Mastercard.
