This company advertises as though they are a credit card company that you would be receiving a card to be used. One you apply for the card, thinking you are applying for a credit card. They apparently begin charging you and flooding your inbox with spam emails for "the outlet store". It is an online outlet store not a credit card at all! When I found out what was going on I called the company and asked for refunds and they refused to pay back nearly $100 they withdrew from my account under false pretenses.

This is in response to Case ID for ***. *** applied for an account January 31, 2020. She called customer service May 19, 2020 to cancel and was issued a refund for the last charge of $19.95, which follows our terms and conditions. *** also stated she thought it was a major credit card but everything on the website states it is a credit line which can only be used in our online store and the terms specifically state it is not a Visa or Mastercard. I have included the referenced language from our terms and website to demonstrate everything is being disclosed properly.Website:My merchandise credit line can be used exclusively at *** Terms:UNIQUE CARD SERVICES™ SHOPPING CARDS ARE NOT A VISA®, MASTERCARD®, OR OTHER CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.In good faith, we have issued the refund for any additional amounts that were billed and consider this case closed. I keep receiving declined emails from this merchant taking out 29.00 and then 19.99 .... I tried to email the company, to cancel membership, it was return back yo me. I was unable to get an accurate email or customer support information. I do not know my account info, nor how to login to the site. I just need for them to stop sending me payments, and cancel my account.

I was fraudulently charged $29.95 for no reason. I purchased a computer driver update from a company called TweakBit, TweakBit charged me $29.95 which was expected. This unknown company called UCSCARDS charged me the same amount. I don't know who they are and I never solicited any goods or services from them the money was somehow unbeknownst to me simply debited from my checking account. I'm planning on contacting my bank on Monday morning to dispute the transaction. But I also wanted to file a complaint with the Revdex.com for good measure. I don't know what your organization can do about this but I want my money back, if you can assist me I'd appreciate it. Sincerely yours:

This name my unique outlet say it give u credit card then after u pay it tells u oh u have credit only at my store.It should said that at first.they are misrepresenting big time. I found the house a little shack. If u go to change credit card u see w I mean to u.

No monies were collected by the company.In reference to misrepresenting the purpose of the credit line, we have the following language on all of the website pages:I authorize Unique Card Services to charge my credit/debit card immediately for the initial application fee of $29.95 and every (30) days thereafter $19.95 in which I maintain my membership. The charge will appear as Unique Card Services. My merchandise credit line can be used exclusively atwww.myuniqueoutlet.com. I may cancel my membership at any time by calling 1-888-805-7648 or [email protected] list what the fee is for the service, where it can be utilized and how to cancel. Not only is this on all of the pages to our website, it is also listed in our Terms and Conditions and the confirmation email that was sent out at the time of purchase. I keep getting an attempted charge from this company probably twice a month for $29.95
Luckily they are trying to charge an old card of mine that no longer exists so it is just being denied. Even after I got a new car just to be safe they tried the old old card again with no luck. This company seems to have quite a few complaints about the same thing. It seems like this is an underground way for cyber criminals to try to get cards under other peoples names and there’s almost no way To contact them especially right now during the coronavirus times. I cannot find a way to contact them and tell them to stop trying to charge my card because whoever is trying to do it is clearly committing fraud and probably doing it to other people.
All in all it seems like somebody has my old card information and is trying to use it on this site and other people might have gotten scammed as well but are actually getting charged and have to complain to the Revdex.com in order to get their money back.

Not only did she sign up for our paid service on 2/9/20 but she also signed up for our free product on 3/3/20. She then attempted to place an order for products right after signing up for the second product. We received an email from *** requesting cancellation, which we completed right away and also opted-out the information we had in our system.
