Unique Card Services

Review: I placed an order on august 1st for two items and I have only received one of the items. I have called several times and they first told me it was on back order and would be back in stock on august 26. I was not told when I placed the order over the phone on the 1st that it was out of stock.I waited till the 27th and when I spoke to someone they said it would be shipping in the next couple days. on the 30th I called and was told they would contact the vendor because it could have been shipped and they didnt enter a tracking number, I was told someone would let me know the next day what the vendor said. I never heard back and when I contacted them today I was told that it was out of stock and would not be avaliable till the 8th of september. I got off the phone and contacted the vendor myself and was told that there was not an order from this company and that in fact they had the product in stock and would ship it as soon as unique card services placed their order. I called unique card services back and spoke with the same woman that I had earlier and when I told her what I was told by the vendor she got very hostile raised her voice and told me that was not true when I asked to speak with her supervisor I was placed on hold and she got back on the line and told me that her supervisor was on a call but she was shown the email from the vendor stating it was out of stock so I asked she forward the email to myself and again she got loud and said she could not I told her I would wait to speak with a manager and was placed on hold for a hour and a half. I hung up and have called back several times and cannot get through.Desired Settlement: I want my item that I ordered and paid for.
