The Revdex.com 0pt;">W Seventh St, Suite Cincinnati Ohio 45202- RE: Complaint ID [redacted] April 8, We received [redacted] complaint regarding the time in which it took to post her tax return and the level of customer service received RushCard logs all customer contact and activity associated with financial cards I have reviewed [redacted] account and I am showing the direct deposit in question was received with a pay date of 3/11/for her tax returnWe requested additional documentation from [redacted] in order to validate her account and her deposit due to the large amount of the depositRushCard has a load limit of $9,for tax refunds, as explained in the cardholder agreementWe may accept larger deposits once proper verification is received and validated I am showing [redacted] did send documents into us on the 10th and 11th of MarchRushCard did go through multiple avenues in attempt to validate the social security card that was sent by [redacted] Unfortunately, the document could not be validated and we did request that [redacted] apply for a new card and send in the verification letter showing that she had applied for a new social security cardThis was completed by [redacted] and the new documents were sent into RushCard on the 17th of March [redacted] tax refund was posted to the account on 3/19/once documents were validatedI sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused [redacted] We appreciate [redacted] feedback These types of issues go directly against our mission of access and inclusion for everyone and we look to be clearer and avoid similar problems for all of our customers Regards, [redacted] Escalation Agent

rushcard, (Doesn't deserve capitalization) is definitely the most horrible prepaid debit card company that I have ever in my life did business with This horrible company win people over with the "get your paycheck days faster" offer, but it is definitely NOT worth it I've been at the mall shopping and 1,000's of miles away people are online ordering whatever they choose, paying for it with my card information, and these i
s(rushcard) take 90+ days to investigate and decide if they're going to give me my money back But they really messed up near the end of last year when they held my paychecks that had been direct deposited my employer as usual I lost my home, my car, everything except my child and my mind, I lost because of rushcard I've hired a lawyer and I urge any one that has been through what I've been through to do the same, this company literally ruined my entire life and I'm just getting back on my feet

The Revdex.com W Seventh St Suite Cincinnati Ohio 45202- August 1, RE: Case [redacted] We received Mr [redacted] ’s complaint regarding access to his funds and the level of customer service received due to his card being blocked RushCard logs all customer contact and activity associated with financial cards Mr [redacted] ’s card was blocked by our Risk team as a precautionary measure based on unsuccessful verification attempts on Mr [redacted] ’s behalfPer process and procedure we have asked Mr [redacted] to provide us verification documentation (valid State issued ID/Driver’s License, SS card, and proof of address – dated within the last days)As of 8-4-2014, we have yet to receive any documentation from Mr [redacted] that will allow our Risk team to review and make a determination on whether to unblock his cardWe understand the reservations and inconvenience this may cause but this is not only to protect the identity of our customers but also the integrity of Rushcard as a businessAs soon as we receive the documentation requested and required we will be able to validate the documentation and get Mr [redacted] ’s card unblocked We appreciate Mr [redacted] ’s feedback and his membership with us here at Rushcard We will continue to provide clearer and detailed information to avoid these types of issues in the future Regards, [redacted] CS – Audit/Compliance Analyst

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint Regards, [redacted] My money is still unaccounted for I've provided a copy of the reciept and they are still saying they don't see my universal reload I did on my card on October 12, In response to contacting rush card they've told me to contact green dot which I have no account to because I'm an rush card memberI again let them know that green dot handles the uploads to rush card and I still haven't heard anything from them about my $it's just unaccounted for and there is nothing they are trying to do to give me my money back and the previous balanceI've gave them a copy of my reciept and everything but they haven't did anything to give me my money back

Unacceptable! What does that do for my late fees, dents on my credit and the fact thst I am still, a month later not able to access my account and Ive had to go and reverse my direct deposit and change banks? In years this banking company has not helped their consumers, why are they still making excuses? The customer service is oversees and teads a script repeating same I am sorry phraseI want vompansation and a formal appology! Revdex.com W Seventh Street, Suite Cincinnati, Ohio RE: Case [redacted] March 11, We received Ms [redacted] ’s complaint regarding access to her funds and the level of customer service received RushCard logs all customer contact and activity associated with financial cards During tax season here at Rushcard we experience an enormous amount of fraudulent and suspicious activityTax refund deposits are heavily scrutinized and in some cases we may ask for verification documentation to post deposits We show we received a federal tax refund deposit for Ms [redacted] on 2/19/with an effective date of 2/24/ We requested additional documentation to validate her account and the tax refundsThe validation process must be completed prior to any funds being releasedWe acknowledge the delay in posting the deposit, typically there’s a 2-business dayUpon receiving all necessary documentation to validate Ms [redacted] ’s account and tax refund our corporate staff was able to post and release Ms [redacted] ’s tax refund on 3/5/We sincerely apologize for the delay and any inconvenience it may have caused Ms [redacted] We appreciate Ms [redacted] ’s feedbackThese types of issues go directly against our mission of access and inclusion for everyone and we look to be clearer to avoid similar problems for all of our customers Regards, [redacted] CS – Audit/Compliance Analyst
