There is no way I am accepting anything other than my 100% refund in the amount of $900.34The bus that we booked never showed upI had a trip booked for that day in which my organization was taking students to visit Rutgers UniversityThe students, myself and my chaperones stood outside in the cold for more than hours waiting on this bus that supposedly was in Harlem and making its way to Brooklyn to pick us upthe company claims that I gave them a Harlem address to pick us up at in which I did notbut even If I did I spoke to US Coachways that morning and anthony in dispatch assured us that the bus was in route to Brooklynand it NEVER SHOWED UP AND THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL AMOUNT FOR A BUS THAT NEVER SHOWED UP MEANING US COACHWAYS BASICALLY CHARGED ME $FOR A BUS/SERVICE THAT I NEVER USED BECAUSE IT NEVER ARRIVED AT OUR BROOKLYN LOCATIONOther issues that were caused due to US Coachway bus never showing up are:Because the students were dropped off by parents and in our care for the day we had to make alternate plans and take them to another event that cost me $for tickets along with approximately $in transporationI also want that back from US CoachwaysThis has affected my organizations reputation amongst our financial supporters---We raised money for this trip by fundraising online as well as amongst family, friends and colleaguesFolks as well as we were awarded a small grant to cover costs for this trip and the NON PROFIT that awarded us the grant and the friends and family that donated money did so to support kids that were visiting a University they ddid not donate money to us so that we could just GIVE US COACHWAYS EXTRA MONEY IN THEIR BANK ACCOUNT!I am now in debt for the $plus the $plus the $(approximate cost) because of US Coachways negligence

The business has offered insufficient remedies ($395) for well over $1,in damagesIn addition, I was contacted by a representative from US Coachways who tried belittling and hard balling me into accepting a minimal offerThis company is not only negligent, they are also unprofessionalUS Coachways was contracted for two passenger buses a full weekend overnight trip with buses to be parked at location specified in contractInstead, US Coachways subcontracted two one-way transfers with passenger buses (smaller than we ordered, from a company that offers nothing larger than passengers)The result of two one-way transfers is that the second bus company was using these buses to complete other charters during time that they were being paid for by me, on which one of the buses got a flat tire and resulted in an exorbitant delay to my charter and my tripIt's one thing to subcontract a company, but it's another to knowingly subcontract a company for less services than I was billed forIn addition to the monetary damages incurred I am also seeking the fare difference between the charter I paid for and the charter I received, the numerous other issues and complaints detailed in my original complaint, as well as compensation for the blatant disrespect of myself and my time that I have experienced from US Coachways in the form of a 50% fare refund ($3,942)This amount is sufficient to cover services rendered while also compensating damages and losses experienced.

late refund was a mere oversightI received my full refund within days of the contactI am satisfied with the outcome, and I appreciate *** ***'s attention to my issue.

US Coachways has spoken with the consumer yesterday via phone and have the correct addressThe check has been mailed yesterday

US Coachways has reviewed the consumers complaint and has declined a request for any refund The consumer has agreed to all associated costs that had been charged and agreed to the provisions of the agreement regarding cleanup fees

I am a paying customer for this charter bus as my MINOR daughter went on this trip, so as her advocate I have every right to complain not only about the poor condition of the bus that took her but as well as the poor customer service provided by this company!! I got on this bus when it came to pick up our group, as did many parents and adults who were putting their child or other loved ones on the bus!! If verbally abusive is what you call customers who demand answers without cursing then call it what you like For days our Pastor and Youth Leader tried to get this bus replaced to no avail because as you know, they were at a conference from 8am-11pm most nights with little time to go back and forth following up with representatives who did absolutely nothing to resolve the problem As of today when our group returned on the same pathetic bus, the air was still not working properly, the brake and parking lights had not been repaired, and the only attempt to resolve the cracked window was to place another window over it - not replace or repair it, the crack is still visible from the inside just not the outside now!! The resolution desired was a replacement bus that met our contract Now that you have missed the opportunity to do what we desired we fully expect a large refund!

I have reviewed the consumers complaint US Coachways cannot guarantee the assignment of any specific vehicleThe consumer had originally booked a passenger coach and wanted to change her date and her vehicle to a smaller size in which USC was not able to accommodate at the time the request
was madeThe client had requested to changer her date from off-peak season to a peak date which resulted in an increase in price

US Coachways has reviewed the consumers complaint and rejects any demand for refund.The consumer was cancelled by US Coachways due to default of payment by the consumerPer the provisions of the agreement the consumer is responsible for over $in fees resulting from cancellationUS

Good evening
I understand that parents have the right to lodge a complaint on behalf of a minor however this is not the caseThe consumer who purchased this charter was not a minor and at no point in time has contacted US Coachways to file a formal complaint.
US Coachways has no knowledge of this person and ask the Revdex.com to kindly direct the consumer that complaints should be filed by the person who has entered into contract and paid US Coachways directly, in this case it was not a minor and we have no way of identifying that this individuals who is complainingUS Coachways kindly request that this case be closed as the complainant is not the contracting party therefore any offer of a refund or customer service related issues should not be negotiated with this person
