Allow me to supply the Revdex.com with the full provisions of US Coachways terms and conditions in which the consumer is stating.   Contract changes must be received in writing and must be approved by your project manager. All changes must be submitted to U.S. Coachways, Inc. at least seven (7) business days prior to Charter departure date. No change or modification of this confirmation shall be valid unless approved by U.S. Coachways, Inc. Changes may increase your charter rate. There is no charge for the first contract change. The 2nd change to your itinerary will result in a $75 fee. Any additional changes will result in a $150.00 fee per change.   “Changes may increase your charter rate”   Once again the consumer made changes to the itinerary and US Coachways imposed a free for this change. The “Free” change the consumer keeps referring to is the fees that US Coachways applies for processing which is waived.   US Coachways does not have a limitless fleet that we were able to offer the consumer a smaller bus as they had requested. Nor in our contract do we state we will be able to accommodate any such change requested; it has to be approved by management in which this case it was not.

US Coachways has reviewed this complaint and offer the consumer a refund of $238.14

US Coachways has offered the client a $200.00 refund in which the consumer had not replied or accepted.

The consumer has not provided you with an accurate and clear picture of what transpired. The consumer in fact logged onto the company website and made a reservation through our E-Procurment center. We have supplied you with the...

consumers recorded IP address. The consumer has been sent to collections to recoupe money as per the terms and conditions in which the consumer agreed to.  
If the consumer chooses to settle this we are open to discussions.

I am a paying customer for this charter bus as my MINOR daughter went on this trip, so as her advocate I have every right to complain not only about the poor condition of the bus that took her but as well as the poor customer service provided by this company!!  I got on this bus when it came to pick up our group, as did many parents and adults who were putting their child or other loved ones on the bus!!  If verbally abusive is what you call customers who demand answers without cursing then call it what you like.  For 4 days our Pastor and Youth Leader tried to get this bus replaced to no avail because as you know, they were at a conference from 8am-11pm most nights with little time to go back and forth following up with representatives who did absolutely nothing to resolve the problem.  As of today when our group returned on the same pathetic bus, the air was still not working properly, the brake and parking lights had not been repaired, and the only attempt to resolve the cracked window was to place another window over it - not replace or repair it, the crack is still visible from the inside just not the outside now!!  The resolution desired was a replacement bus that met our contract.  Now that you have missed the opportunity to do what we desired we fully expect a large refund!

THERE WAS A FEW PEOPLE OUTSIDE SMOKING WHILE WAITING FOR HER TO DO HER PRE TRIP INSPECTION AND SHE DEMANDED THAT WE GET ON THE BUS AND WE WERE NOT ALLOWED TO BE OFF. DRIVER NEVER GAVE ANY INDICATION WE COULD REFUEL AT 6AM.  THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN AN OPTION WE WOULD HAVE CHOSEN AS IT WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SO COLD WITH INFANTS AND CHILDREN OFF THE BUS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT WHILE DARK.  IT WAS DEMANDED TO US THAT WE GTE OFF AT THE TIME.PROBLEM 4: AFTER BEING ON THE BUS FOR 10 HOURS WE ASKED HER TO STOP FOR FOOD AND SHE REFUSED - SHE SAID SHE WAS NOT STOPPING ANYWHERE FOR BREAKFAST OR LUNCH) WE HAVE DIABETIC AND PEOPLES WITH HEART DISEASE ON THE BUS WHO WERE GETTING SICK! THEY HAD MEDICINE THAT HAD TO BE TAKE WITH FOOD AND WAS UNABLE TO TAKE MEDICINE. PROBLEM 5: AFTER CALLING DISPATCH TO REQUEST THEM TO HAVE HER TAKE US TO GET SOMETHING TO EAT BECAUSE OF THE CHILDREN AND OLDER FAMILY WITH HEALTH ISSUES. SHE HANGS UP THE PHONE AND YELLS WITH AN ATTITUDE THAT "THIS IS MY BUS - I OWN THIS BUS AND HE IS NOT MY BOSS (REFERRING TO THE MAN WHO CALLED HER TO ASK HER TO STOP FOR US)PROBLEM 6: AFTER STOPPING SHE TELLS US WE ONLY HAVE 20 MINUTES BEFORE SHE IS LEAVING USPROBLEM 8: SHE STATED WHILE ON THE BUS (WHILE ON HER PHONE) "THATS WHY I HATE DRIVING FOR [redacted] PEOPLE......."PROBLEM 9: THE DRIVER WENT TO [redacted] AND SHOPPING - WHEN IT WAS EXPRESSED THAT SOME PEOPLE ON THE BUS WANTED TO GO SHE TOLD US WE HAD TO FIND OUR OWN TRANSPORTATIONPROBLEM 10: WE WERE TOLD WE HAD TO PROVIDE A ROOM FOR THE 2ND BUS DRIVER - WHICH WE DID., AND THEN WAS TOLD INTO TRIP IT WAS NO LONGER NEEDED BUT WE ALREADY PAID FOR ITPROBLEM 11: SHE LET THE BUS OFF AT THE SIDE OF THE HOTEL AND NOT THE FRONT (AFTER WE REQUESTED) BECAUSE WE HAD MULTIPLE HANDICAPPED PEOPLE ON THE BUS) PROBLEM 12: THE HOTEL CALLED AND COMPLAINED ON THE DRIVER BECAUSE OF WHERE SHE PARKED AND THEY TOLD HER TO MOVE IT AND SHE TOLD THEM SHE WAS TOO TIRED TO MOVE IT. SO SHE DID NOT MOVE IT. PROBLEM 13: LACK OF COMMUNICATION FROM OFFICE TO DRIVER. WE HAD A WHOLE ITINERARY ON WHERE WE WERE GOING TO GO AND THAT INFO WAS NEVER RELAYED TO DRIVE WHOM DID NOT WANT TO TAKE US ON ANY PLANNED/PRE PAID EVENTS)PROBLEM 14: WHEN LEAVING TO GO HOME ON THE LAST DAY - SHE TOLD US TO LOAD OUR BAGS AT 8 AND THAT THE BUS WAS LEAVING AT 9. THE ENTIRE BUS WAS READY TO LEAVE AND WAITING OUTSIDE AT 8:30 AND THE BUS DRIVER DID NOT SHOW UP UNTIL 10. PROBLEM 15: AT A DINNER STOP ON THE WAY HOME SHE REFUSED TO LET THE HANDICAPPED PEOPLE ON THE BUS UNTIL THE WHOLE BUS WAS READY TO BOARD. PROBLEM 16: THE BATHROOM WAS NEVER CLEANED THE ENTIRE TRIP. WE HAD TO BUY AIR FRESHENER AND CLEANING SUPPLIES FOR BATHROOM. THE BUS SMELL WAS HORRIBLE.OUR ENTIRE TRIP WAS RUINED. OUR VACATION TURNED INTO THE COPS BRING CALLED, STRESSING AND WORRYING HOW WE WERE GOING TO GET TO PLACES WHEN WE RENTED A BUS TO GET US THERE. THE SMART REMARKS MADE TO THE ELDERS ON THE BUS. THE TIME TAKEN OUT TO CALL DISPATCH TO REQUEST CERTAIN THINGS. THE OVERALL LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND FILING TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONALISM. TIME CAN NOT BE BROUGHT BACK AND THIS WAS A FAMILY VACATION THAT WAS NEGATIVELY IMPACTED SOLELY BY THIS COMPANY.

The document the consumer is providing was the changes the consumer requested. We have already provided a copy to the Revdex.com the consumers original contract which does not show this current version of the final itinerary.

US Coachways has reviewed the consumers complaint and a 10% refund was offered in which the client has not acknowledge the acceptance of this offer.

The consumer was refunded in full back on 08/**/2015 in the amount of $1675.32

The consumers credit card was refunded back on 09/**
It can take up to 30 days to reflect on his credit card statement.

The sales rep quoted me a price and I accepted quote. I gave him my credit card info enabling him to take deposit. Kept getting emails that it was getting processed Called Steven R[redacted] several times and he assured me each time that everything was fine. Planning bus to woman's March in January. Called 2 days ago as it is getting close to when balance is due and he said " wow we are really busy w that Dakota thing but I'll definitely get back to you tomorrow after I speak to dispatch". He had already used that line two days before. This morning I got an email thanking me for understanding that they are canceling the bus they had promised me.

US Coachways has reviewed the consumers complaint and refunded the credit card in full as per their request.
 
In regards to the consumers request for a full refund for a bus with an "Intoxicated Driver" US Coachways declines this request as this statement goes without any...

eveidence to support this claim. If the passengers felt they were at jeopardy they should have notified the authorities.

US Coachways will be issuing a check to the consumer next week in the amount of $10,540.85
