The refund was just recently processedIt can take up to days to show up on the consumers statement between the financial insitiutions

Company contacted me on 8/**/at 10:am requesting inforamtion on to whom the check should be made payable and the mailing address. Though this information had been provided several times previously, I provided the name and address on 8/**/at 10:am. We do not consider the compliant resolved until the check is received as the compnay has promised payment several times without actually making payment

Per the provisions of the agreement US Coachways offered the consumer a 20% refund.US Coachways stands by its previous offer

As per our previous statement the refund was
issued yesterday
Unless the consumer can provide any
documentation between themselves and the ***es rep showing that a “$100”
clerical fee would be imposed any charter amount than I kindly ask the Revdex.com to
close the case
The terms and conditions which have been
provided show that any charge consisting of $or more results in a
$clerical fee
Its apparent the consumer has failed to read or
fully understand the terms and conditions of US Coachways policy which was
previously supplied earlierFurthermore I direct your attention to the
consumers confirmation
As shown below the consumer logged into our system back on 01/**/*** from IPP ** and accept their final confirmation.

The consumer has never signed and returned the general release form accepting the offerWe will reissue this

In response to the consumers complaint; the provision of the agreement in which was disclosed to the consumer stipulates that US Coachways reserves the right to lease equipment through third party companies to fulfill its obligation
US Coachways does not advertise that motorcoach buses
come with sinks in its lavatory nor is this a standard amenities in the travel industry. US Coachways has no record of any amenities requested however per the provisions of the agreement US Coachways cannot guarantee the assignment of any specific amenities

It in fact says this EXACTLY: "We will need transportation to a local high school for a choir competition and then dropped off at Cedar Point for the day."How are you all not seeing this on your own website???I've attached a screenshot of opt in the Itinerary. All consumers have access to our online portal where they can review their confirmation and number of busesI find it extremely difficult to believe that all (23) buses arrived at the same time of 8:45am; once again as per the provisions of the agreement US Coachways cannot be liable for the first minutes of latenessPlease review the provisions of the agreement in which the client agreed to.Our offer of $is finalShould U.SCoachways, Incbe responsible for response time or time delay due to its own fault, (defined solely by a dispatch error on U.SCoachways, Inc.' part, and not the customer) U.SCoachways, Inc.’s sole liability in such an instance shall be the following: 1) For any Day Trip, the liability of US Coachways, Incshall be limited to five percent (5%) of the Charter cost for a specific vehicle for each minute period in which that vehicle is late after the first 30minutes after pick up time, not to exceed twenty percent (20%) of the total Charter cost;

USC has reviewed the consumers complaint; we are in agreement that the consumer did advised that there would be local usage of the vehicle neededConsumer was advised that they would be entitled of hours of local usage. Per the provisions of the agreement; pricing is subjected to change as
per final itinerary submitted. Attached is a copy of the current and finals itinerary supplied to USC. The consumer agreed to the additional cost for the revised itinerary submitted to USC. In response to the consumers complaint about the non working AC; as per the provisions of the the agreement USC offered $which is 5% of the total charter cost in which the consumer found acceptable

The customer booked a charter with us on 2/*/She wanted to see the vehicle post bookingOur depot was miles from her and did not want to travel minutes to the depot to see the busShe decided to cancel on 3/**/due to what she called an “inconvenience” for her to travel to see the
bus We explained to the customer that she agreed to our terms and conditions online on 2/*/and the cancellation fee was clearly visible which is $250. The customer called in on 4/**/in regards to her cancel fee and I explained that the cancel fee was validI explained that if she wants to re book with us we would re quote her and will apply the cancel fee of $toward her new charter. They agreed. After they were requoted they started requesting new amenities that weren’t in the quote and wanted those amenities (wifi,outlets) at no costI offered to speak to them to explain and they didn’t want to speak to me

THERE WAS A FEW PEOPLE OUTSIDE SMOKING WHILE WAITING FOR HER TO DO HER PRE TRIP INSPECTION AND SHE DEMANDED THAT WE GET ON THE BUS AND WE WERE NOT ALLOWED TO BE OFFDRIVER NEVER GAVE ANY INDICATION WE COULD REFUEL AT 6AM. THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN AN OPTION WE WOULD HAVE CHOSEN AS IT WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SO COLD WITH INFANTS AND CHILDREN OFF THE BUS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT WHILE DARK. IT WAS DEMANDED TO US THAT WE GTE OFF AT THE TIME.PROBLEM 4: AFTER BEING ON THE BUS FOR HOURS WE ASKED HER TO STOP FOR FOOD AND SHE REFUSED - SHE SAID SHE WAS NOT STOPPING ANYWHERE FOR BREAKFAST OR LUNCH) WE HAVE DIABETIC AND PEOPLES WITH HEART DISEASE ON THE BUS WHO WERE GETTING SICK! THEY HAD MEDICINE THAT HAD TO BE TAKE WITH FOOD AND WAS UNABLE TO TAKE MEDICINEPROBLEM 5: AFTER CALLING DISPATCH TO REQUEST THEM TO HAVE HER TAKE US TO GET SOMETHING TO EAT BECAUSE OF THE CHILDREN AND OLDER FAMILY WITH HEALTH ISSUESSHE HANGS UP THE PHONE AND YELLS WITH AN ATTITUDE THAT "THIS IS MY BUS - I OWN THIS BUS AND HE IS NOT MY BOSS (REFERRING TO THE MAN WHO CALLED HER TO ASK HER TO STOP FOR US)PROBLEM 6: AFTER STOPPING SHE TELLS US WE ONLY HAVE MINUTES BEFORE SHE IS LEAVING USPROBLEM 8: SHE STATED WHILE ON THE BUS (WHILE ON HER PHONE) "THATS WHY I HATE DRIVING FOR *** PEOPLE......."PROBLEM 9: THE DRIVER WENT TO *** AND SHOPPING - WHEN IT WAS EXPRESSED THAT SOME PEOPLE ON THE BUS WANTED TO GO SHE TOLD US WE HAD TO FIND OUR OWN TRANSPORTATIONPROBLEM 10: WE WERE TOLD WE HAD TO PROVIDE A ROOM FOR THE 2ND BUS DRIVER - WHICH WE DID., AND THEN WAS TOLD INTO TRIP IT WAS NO LONGER NEEDED BUT WE ALREADY PAID FOR ITPROBLEM 11: SHE LET THE BUS OFF AT THE SIDE OF THE HOTEL AND NOT THE FRONT (AFTER WE REQUESTED) BECAUSE WE HAD MULTIPLE HANDICAPPED PEOPLE ON THE BUS) PROBLEM 12: THE HOTEL CALLED AND COMPLAINED ON THE DRIVER BECAUSE OF WHERE SHE PARKED AND THEY TOLD HER TO MOVE IT AND SHE TOLD THEM SHE WAS TOO TIRED TO MOVE ITSO SHE DID NOT MOVE ITPROBLEM 13: LACK OF COMMUNICATION FROM OFFICE TO DRIVERWE HAD A WHOLE ITINERARY ON WHERE WE WERE GOING TO GO AND THAT INFO WAS NEVER RELAYED TO DRIVE WHOM DID NOT WANT TO TAKE US ON ANY PLANNED/PRE PAID EVENTS)PROBLEM 14: WHEN LEAVING TO GO HOME ON THE LAST DAY - SHE TOLD US TO LOAD OUR BAGS AT AND THAT THE BUS WAS LEAVING AT THE ENTIRE BUS WAS READY TO LEAVE AND WAITING OUTSIDE AT 8:AND THE BUS DRIVER DID NOT SHOW UP UNTIL PROBLEM 15: AT A DINNER STOP ON THE WAY HOME SHE REFUSED TO LET THE HANDICAPPED PEOPLE ON THE BUS UNTIL THE WHOLE BUS WAS READY TO BOARDPROBLEM 16: THE BATHROOM WAS NEVER CLEANED THE ENTIRE TRIPWE HAD TO BUY AIR FRESHENER AND CLEANING SUPPLIES FOR BATHROOMTHE BUS SMELL WAS HORRIBLE.OUR ENTIRE TRIP WAS RUINEDOUR VACATION TURNED INTO THE COPS BRING CALLED, STRESSING AND WORRYING HOW WE WERE GOING TO GET TO PLACES WHEN WE RENTED A BUS TO GET US THERETHE SMART REMARKS MADE TO THE ELDERS ON THE BUSTHE TIME TAKEN OUT TO CALL DISPATCH TO REQUEST CERTAIN THINGSTHE OVERALL LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND FILING TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONALISMTIME CAN NOT BE BROUGHT BACK AND THIS WAS A FAMILY VACATION THAT WAS NEGATIVELY IMPACTED SOLELY BY THIS COMPANY

why was our needs rejected? we tried to talk with supervisors but were refusedIf we had been allowed maybe this would not have come to a Revdex.com complaint.
As you subcontract on a regular basis and did for our trip why wasn't this option even considered? We still feel we deserve a refundYou would think our losing over $on what was supposed to be a fun tripWe tried and tried and tried to no avail.

In response to the consumers complaint; the client confirms in their email to the Revdex.com that they did not officially cancel their charter until days prior to the trip dateAs per our terms and conditions they would be responsible to pay 100% cancel fee since it was within days to the trip

We have reviewed the consumers complaint and have offered the consumer a $refund

The check has cut ands sent
We recieved the check back in todays mail and I woudl like for the consumer to confirm their address so it can be resent
