I fully understand that you are able to "upgrade" at your discretion but you also did not take into account that you were putting people in a passenger bus to SEDONA where their streets are very tiny since it is a small townIt was extremely hard for our driver to navigate around Sedona because the bus was too largeShe was also very rude and you did not correctly provide her with our itinerarySo instead of a relaxing overnight trip, I had to be right there next to the bus driver and make sure she was going to the right places at the right timesAnd a lot of the time I personally had to NAVIGATE for the driverI will not be using your company ever againShe complained that she was up all night the day before and complained when she had to take us placesShe refused to even take my CEO, CFO and COO around the corner to their hotel because she had "other things to do"As I mentioned in my original email personally to Donna, I would love to speak on the phone to discuss everything that happened on this tripThis trip was a nightmare and refund and a dollar credit towards my next trip "in good faith" will not sufficeMainly because I WILL NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY AGAINThis was my firstcompany trip planning and you guys made the trip a nightmare.

The business has offered insufficient remedies ($395) for well over $1,in damagesIn addition, I was contacted by a representative from US Coachways who tried belittling and hard balling me into accepting a minimal offerThis company is not only negligent, they are also unprofessionalUS Coachways was contracted for two passenger buses a full weekend overnight trip with buses to be parked at location specified in contractInstead, US Coachways subcontracted two one-way transfers with passenger buses (smaller than we ordered, from a company that offers nothing larger than passengers)The result of two one-way transfers is that the second bus company was using these buses to complete other charters during time that they were being paid for by me, on which one of the buses got a flat tire and resulted in an exorbitant delay to my charter and my tripIt's one thing to subcontract a company, but it's another to knowingly subcontract a company for less services than I was billed forIn addition to the monetary damages incurred I am also seeking the fare difference between the charter I paid for and the charter I received, the numerous other issues and complaints detailed in my original complaint, as well as compensation for the blatant disrespect of myself and my time that I have experienced from US Coachways in the form of a 50% fare refund ($3,942)This amount is sufficient to cover services rendered while also compensating damages and losses experienced.

US Coachways apologies for the lack of communication; per the clients request US Coachways has cancelled the clients request for services and have refunded the clients money

For the 2nd time in less than months US Coachways has not been able to secure drivers for our school field trips Both times they took our payments, and did not call to alert us to not being able to secure drivers On our end, for both trips, we called a day or two to confirm the trip, only to be told by them that they could not get us drivers and would not be able to transport our students Neither time did their company contact us to alert us of this Had we not called we would of discovered this by waiting for a bus that would never arrive Extremely unprofessional company with poor customer service We will never recommend this company to anyone

I would also hope that they have a record of calls received by their dispatch and the response (or lack thereof) from dispatch; presumably those records would offer additional evidence

our trip was interrupted because the head lights on the bus did not work on our return trip and we had to pull off the road and check the fuses ourselves and the driver was no help at all with checking the fuses, DVD player, nor electrical outlet and we had to give him directions.The policeman flashed the lights because we were driving at night without any headlights in the dark Not a safe at allWe had never visited this place before and he should have been better prepared He did not have proper navigation and had to use our portable battery charger for his GPSOn top of everything, it was a language barrier and his customer service was terrible
