Per the provisions of the agreement any vehicle that has malfunctioning AC or heat would be entitled to a 5% credit of the purchase price.Taking into the fact that if one of the vehicles had malfunctioning AC the offer submitted to the consumer exceeds what the consumer would be entitled back.The consumers statement that the drivers instrument gauges or seat not working is completely false.All vehicles undergo strict quality control and inspections through the Department of State and United States DOT; if there was any issue the vehicle would have pulled off the road and not allowed for passenger Cary.The consumer has not demonstrated any other supporting evidence to allow for any additional refunds therefore we stand by our offer and kindly ask the Revdex.com to administratively close this case

US Coachways has reviewed the consumers complaint and has offered a $refund because of the shortage of seats and time delay. The provisions of the agreement in which the consumer entered upon stipulate the US Coachways reserves the right to lease equipment through a third
party to fulfill its agreement

The quote was given on December **and a deposit was made within the ** days on January **. When I called to ask about the price change, I was told that it was an admin fee NOT that it was off peak season and that prices could change at any timeNews to me! Once again the information is being changedI was told and it was stated in the policy that the quote would be honored if deposit was made within ** days. Please show me in your policy that it said otherwise
Additionally, the BIGGER ISSUE at hand which was NEVER addressed is that US Coachways took funds out of my account on January **for the deposit amount of $1628.38 AND an additional $on January **They were unauthorized to charge my account for ANY such balance when it state in their policy: "US Coachways deposit policy:
We require a **% deposit upon securing a reservation when your trip date is outside ** daysOnce the date is within ** days all balances become due and need to be paid in full." That was just days???!!! Our event was scheduled for March ***, When I called to ask about it as well as cancel, I was told that it was a computer glitchSee below email from *** ***:

We have received your notification of cancellationI apologize for the charges it was a glitch in our system and I have discussed this with my finance department and they can refund you the second charge However, as per our terms and conditions there will be a cancellation fee if you would still like to cancel
I still have not received ANY such refund OR even a call back from anyone from US Coachways concerning either one of my refundsI've called EVERYDAY to be placed on hold for more than minutes without ANY answer** *** apologizes for the glitch but has yet to refund my money for a mistake that they made! For that I think it is fair that a $cancellation fee should not even be charged as they informed me on many occassions that it was $and not until I cancel it became $Also, the total that was charged was $(deposit on January ***) and $("computer glitch" on January ***)I would like A FULL refund of $3427.94!!!!

Given the severity of the complaint we feel a % refund offer is not acceptable We had members of our group physically ill and unable to complete the trip We were over two hours late arriving to our destinationEvery single person on the bus trip was overcome by heat and fumes So much so that we had to stop the trip and get fresh air before we were able to continue the trip We were not delivered the services promised The trip down was late and physically unbearable We arrived home late as well and while the trip home was comfortable as far as the temperature and fumes were concerned, we were all uncomfortable and on edge due to the unsafe way the bus was being driven We will accept a % refund.

US Coachways understand that the consumer is not used to supplying drivers accommodations but it has always been US Coachways policy that the consumers supply drivers with lodging if there
trip legally requires itI have attached a copy of the consumers contract that clearly shows the consumer was made aware that lodging be supplied at the consumers expense

to charge the client up to a $cancellation feeIf the client cancels
because of inclement weather but venue is open U.SCoachways Increserve the
right to charge 100% of charter costIn the event that the vehicle supplied by
U.SCoachways, Incsustains mechanical, electrical or other problems to
render it inoperable, U.SCoachways Incshall, at its sole option and
discretion provide another vehicle (color may vary), quality and cost to
complete the Charter obligation and that such replacement vehicle will satisfy
U.SCoachways, Incresponsibility under this agreementThere will be no
refund if an alternate vehicle(s) is supplied
The passenger coach bus in which ***
