My experience was both good and bad. An unsolicited sales call from a USFCR representative led me to believe that I was required to go through USFCR to update sam.gov registration, When I complained, I got a prompt reply from customer service and received a refund for purchasing their services under "false pretenses."

Excellent Services from the Staff!

We paid the processing fee and gave their representative access to renew our SAM.gov account. She processed the renewal and went into the account and changed the banking information to some unknown account number. Of course we were unable to reach them via phone after we uncovered the fraud.

Be careful with this vendor, you can do the renewal yourself.

Service is great. Everything was taken care of.
