Our organization needed a SAM number and we had no one in the company qualified to complete the application process. We contacted USFCR and were assigned Elizabeth as our case worker. Elizabeth was very friendly and knowledgeable and anticipated most of questions before we needed to ask them. She did a great job in following up with us, as we sometimes went a few days to a few weeks in between working on the project. Great work Elizabeth and USFCR!

We needed to renew SAM number quickly to get a grant.So we got a case manager to help us through the many steps.

Kelli J has been nothing short of amazing. This is my first time doing something like this but with Kelli's help it's been nothing but a breeze! I was lied to. I was told that SAMS.gov was not made for clients to be able to do independently and that an agent was needed to complete the process.
I initially started the paper work independently and because I am new to the business industry I was unfamiliar with certain business terminology and called the number listed on the website whhich connected me to the USFCR where I was told then that I needed an agent to complete it or else it would get rejected when ever I submit the information due to the "requirements." So after being told this and more promises of how much money the USFCR would make for my business. I decided to give it a try. I paid 599 for WOSB and 1000.00 for the registration.

I never even received a contract initially signing any agreements. He just took my payment and a lady started sending emails requesting info to continue registration. I never heard from my agent since. During the process I called my agent to cancel services he didn't return my call or respond to my vm. He claimed he never received it. So I disputed this transaction with the bank I used to make payment and stopped responding to the case manager who was assigned to my case to continue registration. After about a week or 2 went by I heard back from my agent via vm and email making nothing but repeated threats toward myself, my business, and even my mother (because this was the acct. that was used to dispute the cost.) This behavior immediately strikes me as a scammers behavior and I questioned the integrity of this business and service. I even told him that I was not interested in these services and that I cancelled before I had an active registration in SAMS. I have a long list of emails between myself and this agent who was very unprofessional, rude, and very personal.

I never even had access to the APP portal at this time or was contacted about how to do or what to do with this "contract." I ended up paying via money order with an additional $34 he stated I had to add to it. I paid it only to avoid my mothers acct. being negative, but the credit was reversed and so I cancelled my money order because her acct. was affected still. AND GUESS WHAT this agent again emails me directly making threats toward my business again without even speaking with me or asking questions. Or else he would have known that the disputed charges were reversed and the USFCR was credited.

Either way there is a conflict of interest working with this company due to the lies that were advertised and the sketchy behavior of staff I don't trust that they have my best interest, from the service I received it seems like this company is scamming people out of their money by selling dreams and broken promises that they can do all these great things and as soon as you pay your money they go MIA no more voluntary calls selling the good life, but as soon as a payment issue arises the same one person you are suppose to be working with are all on your phone line.

I still have not used there services nor am I knowledgeable on how to do anything on this site. Only after making this horrible mistake I found out that my company can not benefit from these contracts and they are not for us.

So Again after payment was made I hadn't heard a word or email from them regarding moving forward and actually walking me thru on how or what to do next. They just took my money and I hadn't heard back until they got notice that my money order was cancelled and then back to the threats!!! NOT GOOD BUSINESS!!!

Desired Outcome

I want my money back. I work hard to earn every penny we have and it is not fair to be beat out of my money and threatened. That alone should be not tolerated and for all of the trouble should be recognized and payments returned.

Dear Customer,

First and foremost, I want to sincerely apologize about the unfortunate string of events that took place here. Our company and management team does not condone the attitude and performance portrayed here. The representative in question has been immediately reprimanded. We're working closely to ensure that this incident is resolved cordially with the customer and that this never happens again.

In our attempts to initially refund this order, we were stopped by the banking institute due to a dispute placed against the transaction. A secondary order was sent in and then also disputed when the original dispute was lost by this customer. We were placed in a stop-state due to the banking institutions locking funds while they investigated the disputed payment, our billing department is not able to refund transactions that have active bank disputes. This due diligence by the merchanting providers added a layer of complication and concern. The management team at USFCR is working diligently with this customer to rectify the problem and return all funds paid, even on completed services that were performed in the initial few days of this transaction.

Customer, I greatly appreciate your understanding and hope we can be an asset to you and your business in your next endeavors into federal contracting, we are here to help.

Thankfully after reaching out to the companies management team, I have been able to successfully speak with multiple members regarding the issue and I was happy to learn that the company was unaware of this agents actions and did not approve of that behavior.

Also the company has agreed to refund my money once the dispute I placed is closed by the bank. I have not received these funds currently because there is an active dispute taking place and USFCR can not send money back without knowing if the dispute was won in there favor.

I had received confirmation from the bank that the dispute was awarded to USFCR and a reversed provisional credit was placed on my acct. So once USFCR is notified I should be receiving a refund no later then july.

Knowledgeable, helpful, and quick to respond with results!
