I am rejecting this response because: I should not have to be subjected to the tedious task of submitting yet another loan application in order to resolve a relatively simple issueThe inability of USAA to simply send me a check for the speaks volumes about the organizations ridged structureI would suggest that they examine Nordstom's organizational model that always places the customer first, which translates to them consistently being rated at or near the top of customer satisfaction surveys each and every yearI am open to new suggestions on how we may resolve this issue to everyone's satisfactionHowever, for my part, I do not feel the need to fill out another loan application

*** ***This does not explain the cause of such an "isolated" error on just my account, nor why USAA would have been unable to address it at the first level of escalation, if that were actually the case This problem went on for weeks, without resolution, and USAA failed to followup as promised.Furthermore, I now have feedback from CFPB today, that USAA is STILL researching the problem to find out what's wrong, and may need up to another days longer! Another complaint was also filed through Mass Attorney General about this Waiting to see what they gave to say This isn't over
