I am rejecting this response because: The USAA rep who contacted me did not offer me an acceptable solution, namely returning me the that was basically stolen from meAll she did was regurgitate the same company line that I received from reps at the lower levelsThe bottom line remains that one of there own reps walked me through the contract process knowing full well that the first payment was not supposed to begin until March I reiterated that point throughout the process and was assured that would be the caseI would still like the first payment refunded to me since the early withdrawal caused a significant financial hardship

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Incomplete This rejection is due to the following factors First, the complaint through CFPB was originally misrouted, I think due to CFPB's search engine, and it went to Bank of America by mistake BOA contacted me about this, so I contacted CFPB, and I understand the issue has been rerouted to USAA by CFPB and possibly by BOA as well Pending USAA may have received the complaint twice, that is, as forwarded by BOA, plus retransmitted from CFPB The delay is not USAA's fault; however, the resolution remains incomplete. Second, I did finally receive a $credit to my AMEX card at USAA However, this was after numerous calls and escalation through executive resolution, then to to the CEO level However, this effort seems unreasonable for a small $correction The first customer service rep, who acknowledged USAA's error, should have been able to correct the error on the spot Third, USAA's error was a small dollar amount, but raises questions of disclosure compliance and why this problem occurred in the first place Why did it take weeks to credit my account? Why did USAA state that yet another days would be required to research how this happened? I understand USAA said that my account was the only one shortchanged, but without further explanation as to why, and while at the same time stating another days was needed to research.Fourth, what action has USAA taken to ensure this error will not happen again on my account, or any others?.USAA needs to reply to me in writing, hard copy, about this, and in detail I had requested such early on, and USAA customer service Regards,*** ***

I am rejecting this response because:I returned Mr *** phone call twice with no success I would like the other $Cd in a secured American Express and a $in a secured Visa If I can't get that I would like my $returned I already have $4,000+ in unsecured mastercards I really don't need them to rebuild my credit plus I found out that usaa doesn't convert the secured cards over to unsecured cards when your credit improves I had bad credit because of a nasty divorce I have a house that is paid off and make $80,000+ ayear it is just a matter of time before my credit score improves
