I am rejecting this response because: I feel as though the lingo and vocabulary in the conversation was used to manipulate meI asked a yes or no question and the answer was not as clear as it should have beenI am not a banker, I don't spend a bunch of time looking up bank vocabularyThe fact that I have been a customer for basically my entire life and have received such poor reception when a misunderstanding has occurred infuriates meI would like this bank to make their online banking easier for the laymenIf I am about to be charged almost $for not paying off a credit card I would like a stupid little notification pop up in my window as I am looking at my credit card balanceI do not receive paper statements due to respect for the environmentI have paid my credit card off like a debit card in fear that I would be tricked in this wayEither way I will be dropping this credit card and will never open another with USAA againUntil now I have spoke very highly of USAA as a bank that seemed personal and easy to use however I see that I was easily used by them.

I am rejecting this response because: USAA maintains that the entire digit credit card number be on the notice of payment. This is a security risk. I have had experience with a large number of credit facilities and they have all simply required the last digits of the account. USAA has failed to live up to its claims of client service

Furthermore, during the dates of the credit card payment delinquencies, other online transactions indicate that you did have internet access. Ms*** did not locate any previous escalations or troubleshooting requests to substantiate your claim that you have been trying to set up APP for seven years. Thank you for speaking with *** ***, of our staff, who explained the closure of your credit card was in accordance with the USAA Credit Card Agreement (CCA)According to the CCA, “Your Account is in Default if you fail to comply with any of the Terms of this Agreement or the terms of any other agreement with us or our affiliates… If you are in Default, we may, at our option suspend or cancel the Account,” as was indicated in the credit card closure notice we sent on December 22, Additionally, the CCA also states, “[USAA] may close or suspend an Account at any time without prior notice.”

I am rejecting this response because:I have returned Mr***s phone calls both times he called, I have not heard back from him either time Of course, I responded to your email, when I got to the landing page from the email there were or different offers from USAA for several different credit cards, I looked through them and none of them said anything about months 0% interest, that is the reason I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com.
