Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] said she’d be calling me back on Friday, February 23rd with the response from USAA bank. I have not received the promised callback, she discussed openly that it is at the discretion of the bank to withhold funds. I have no doubt she is not allowed by senior management to call me back.My USAA credit card payment record is perfect, all balances are paid in full every month, for over a year. Also this card does not have the ability to go over the limit, therefore should not be subject to withholding for going over the limit ($18). The most current reason stated for the most recent withholding incident was that the bank was waiting to see if other charges were incurred, at the same time declining all transactions posted after the full payment was received by them, including the $18 over the limit (supposedly not possible w/ this card), was FULLY satisfied and confirmed by [redacted] Bank. So no, this complaint is not unfounded. Much more, it proves the extremely poor customer service care and financial services systems administered by USAA, which is not acceptable for our military service members and their families. Based on changes in your credit information, you were recently approved for a new Visa credit card ending in ***. She advised that the terms and conditions are different for each credit card; therefore, we cannot add the old terms to the new account. Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I made a payment on 7-31-17 for both cards. Not only did they say I need to make another payment they started putting on Xtra fees. That was my August payment I'm not paying it twice. They have not tried calling me at all. I received an email from them saying they're looking in to my case and that it. Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me The response states incorrectly that the fee was charged appropriately - the USAA employee said I was well within the grace period for canceling my card and I should not have had the charge retained after the card was canceled In addition, I do not believe they had any legal right to charge a fee on a new account when I had not accepted the termsand conditions Regardless, USAA has removed the fees and the closed account balance is zero, which is an acceptable resolution Regards, [redacted]

You see it wouldn't have mattered if your to calls a day where made or not, because, if you took the time to read the entire Complaint it was my first payment missed and was under days past due, the payment would have been made anywayAs far as Mr*** I left him a Message and he refused to call me backPayments have been miss applied in the past with USAA which is the reason for the closing of the credit card account by the consumer ( Me) I don't like repeated phone calls
