Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] Valet movers is a poor excuse for a moving companyI paid for packing service which I was charged for by the square footageSo in my case I paid over dollars for packing service which was less then substandardOur belongings were packed very carelessly and because of that, we received multiple items that were broken and damaged and some of these things can not be replaced since they had been in my wife's family for yearsI was told that every item would be wrapped and cared for properly yet nothing wasOur hanging portraits were mistreated and not packed right and the glass was cracked because of that I only requested the in house packing because I was told that they would pack everything individually and bubble wrap all breakables, which was not the case, so I pretty much paid dollars for my things to get thrown in a box with no regards to the safety of the itemOn top of receiving broken goods, I have stuff that is missingI can not file a claim for these things since they got packed in a box and they are not on the inventoryI regret using Valet movers to help with my move, and I want a partial refund back since they lied to me at the time of estimate about there in home packing serviceThe way that I see it is, there packing service was nothing how they explained, and I could have had complete stingers come in and take better care of my valuables then they did, and because of this I want my money back for the so called packing service they provided

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details below: Again, I do not accept Valet Movers responseThey wrote out our agreement with the payments and they did not pay me with absolutely no communication in August I tried calling, emailing, and even texting the owner with absolutely no reply since August until now February because I reached out to Revdex.comOur legal agreement states the full payment was due in 0ct 15, I didn't receive it and now it is five months lateI have bills I need to pay as wellI didn't have the money for my emergency move from California to Florida when I hired Valet Movers, but they still wanted payment and so I payed themI had no option but to put it on my credit card knowing I would get charged high interest on itValet Movers didn't accept payment plans and I'm sure they wouldn't have been okay of I told them I would pay them six months later with only partial paymentThey demanded I pay them and so I didAnd now I want the money that was owed to me per our agreementI have bills and debt I need to pay that I was counting on with the money that was promised to me per our signed legal agreementThey don't have any integrity, and I no longer trust their word as they did not do what our agreement statedI want my payment in full as requestedIt was due months ago Regards, [redacted] ***

Dear Revdex.com, Sorry it has it has taken so long for us to respond We are willing to work with the customer and provide good customer service even though he signed on the contract We would be willing to give the customer $in two separate payments One payment of $before he signs the release form and another payment of $after he signs the release form. I want refund or reimbursement for all my missing items and damage itemsSomething has to give for everything they put me through.
Without reimbursement I won't be a happy customer.

I can"t express my thanks to Valet Movers for a smooth transition from Florida to CaliforniaEverybody from the first call to escorting the truck back to the main gate were class A professional people!!!

We moved from NYC to Caand had a perfect moveGreat people, great serviceNo mistakes, no breakages and always a live human being with whom to speak if we had a questionHighly recommend!

Hello Revdex.com, Below is the initial inventory list that was given to the customer based on what she had told us that she had. Attached it the inventory list of items that she had when we picked her items up. The customer was not present at the time of pick up and per her request we got everything out of the pod that she was using for storage. After we picked her items up, we tried to contact the customer to let her know that she has additional items. Unfortunately the customer was out of town on vacation and we could not get in contact with her. If you see, some of the additional items include: bags of bedding, lamp, tower, table desk, box spring, and vacuum. These items accounted for her additional cost. Please let us know if you have any questions

This problem could up of been avoided if your company just follow up and delivered it to me on December or early January 2016.!. Dear Revdex.com, It is the slow season right now in our industry and Valet Movers does not have the funds to provide the customer with her reimbursement at this time. We will however continue making partial payments to the customer starting in

Being in the moving business we know it doesn't harm the Tempurpidc mattress permanently when folding. Once laid out it will form to original shape. Attached is information direct from the website of Temerpedic supporting that it is okay and will not damage the mattress

I wish I would have read the complaints before I let them touch my stuffa 10xstorage unit to be moved has cost me 5000, since they didn't live up tio the quote the gave me of 1800, had they kep0t their end of the deal I wouldn't have accumulated storage fees and then I was threatened that they were going to auction off my belonging and if it wasn't for family pics and my Grammas chinaI would have let them
