This company is excellent I purchased a softening & RO system for my home last year and I've been completely happy I never have to do any maintenance to the system other than add bag of salt every 4-months, depending upon how much water I use No more hard water damage to my pipes, fixtures, appliances or clothing And their service people are outstanding!
I highly recommend this company

Being in AZ, I love the heat, but I also have to keep hydrated and drink lots of water throughout the dayBought my 1st home recently and was wanting a RO systemUnfortunately it didn't have oneClean and great tasting drinking water is my favorite part of my new water treatment systemVER's representatives and installers were very friendly and helpfulThey were able to answer all of my questions and they genuinely wanted to make sure I was taken care of before leaving the job siteI did have one issue after the installationThere was existing piping for a water softer which they leveragedAnd an old spigot that I couldn't get closed after using it for the first time to try out the new filtered water to wash my carIt was bustedI called VER and they were accommodating to come out and replace it free of charge

The overall experience with Valley Environmental Resources was top notchWhen I was presented with the information regarding their water softener system I was never pressured into making a purchaseThey provided great examples and were able to prove the difference between their water system and the hard water that we had in the houseThe installation was quick, professional and informativeI enjoy having great drinking water and I can already tell a difference when cleaning with the water

I want to take some time to write a review and share how wonderful our experience and system has been! First off, our rep was awesome! the first time he came over he got here in time and we agreed to come back when we had more time (we live in *** ***) he did not seem upset at all for having to come down and travel all the way backThen when he came back for our scheduled appointment, he was so polite and fun to have in our home, even my year old enjoyed the presentationThere was nothing "pushy" about his attitudeSome sales reps can be very pushy and seem upset when you start giving signs of not purchasing their product, Dief was not like that at all, we even had rejected at first but since we were offered a financial deal we could not pass up, we agreed to buy the system that day! the installation was right the next day and it only took about hours in and out, both installers were very professional and our system has been working beautifully ever sincethe changes we have noticed in a months worth of time is, no hard water spots on our dinnerware, our shower door is times cleaner, our cleaning rags do not smell after times of usewe use significantly less detergent/ dish soap which the pure & gentle package that we got with our Aqua Guard is simply amazing! The way I know our family is happy with our system is that we tell everyone about it! Also, you got to love not having to by anymore water in the gallon jugs or water bottles!

My husband and I live on a very tight budget: I’m a teacher and he works security-That should say it all!
My husband and I were happy when a representative (Kevin) from Valley Environmental Resources Inccame to our home and offered to test our water for freeWe were especially ecstatic when they offered us a free $gift card just for participating On top of that, they would send someone out to educate us on our water resultMy husband and I thought the gift card would be a huge help to our new home!
Little did we know, what would be our biggest help and relief of all, was yet to come:
Gary came to our house to help us understand exactly what our water results meant and to further educate us on the benefits of this product
We were completely astonished, surprised, and overwhelmed, not only at the results of our water test, but from the benefits of CLEAN water!
Gary demonstrated how soft water could clean things inside of our house (shower glass doors, calcium buion appliances and faucets, and much more)! Literally, we were sold after that!
The next morning, at 8am, the installation beganShortly after that, we used our new cleaning products and soft water and began scrubbing; the kitchen sink, countertops, shower glass doors, shower floor, bathtub, bathroom sinks, tile grout, etc
We are extremely satisfied with this company (from beginning to end) not only with the product but the knowledge and care of the people who represent it!

For years we have detested the extremely hard water in our home We have wanted to change this but had never decided what we really wanted to do Valley Environmental Resources helped make this change into a reality After several months of enjoying soft water and drinking clear delicious water we couldn't be happier Our ice is clear and the water is wonderful to drink We now want to drink water! We love using less soap products to get our dishes and clothes clean The benefits of using less shampoo and soap while taking a shower is fantastic Our skin is much softer We look forward to the financial savings over the next many years as the soft water is gentler on our appliances and the use of cleaning products and drinkable water is greatly reduced

I purchased a system from Valley Environmental Resources approxyears agoThis is a whole house water filtration and softening systemThe total for the install/ part/ labor was $5, Then I find out I need to buy salt and have the product maintained every year at an additional cost to myselfI do these things and after years the tank is cracked and they are saying I did not maintain my system properlyAll they do when they come out is make sure the system is still running, they have never done anything else, and said it was OK to keep outside in Arizona in 110+ degree heatI have a feeling this is why the tank is cracked, not through any negligence of mineOn top of that I had the tech person tell me if I would have maintained my warranty better to would only cost me $395, to ship the new unit, but because I did not the shipping is $I would really like to know why I get to pay a different in price for shipping to punish me for supposedly not maintaining my unit?! All

We purchased a water processing system from Valley Environmental Resources about four months agoWe have had nothing but positive experiences and interactions with the company and the equipmentFrom our first meeting with ***, to the installation crew, to speaking with *** (just today) about some questions that arose regarding using salt or potassium with our systemThe representatives of Valley Environmental are so very informative and are able to explain their product, how it works and all of the ins and outs of using their water processing systemThey take as much time as I need to get my questions answered and I have never felt that they've rushed me or don't have time to help
Our water processing system is working beautifullyWe especially love how kind the water is to our personal groomingThe products that Valley Environmental provided to us for use in the shower/bath are both effective and pleasingFrom the glycerin bars to the shampoo we are very satisfiedWe love the product for cleaning floors and the deodorizer/cleanerThe dishwasher detergent is working beautifully as well as the washing machine productWe have ceased using our old favorites and are quite pleased with the results of the new products! That alone, will be saving us money over the years not to mention the hopeful longer life we fully expect to get out of our appliancesWe have just recently purchased a new refrigerator and are going to expect that the freezer and ice maker part of this appliance will last much better than our last one!
Not only do we love the way our hair and skin feel (there is a notable difference) but we love the way the water tastes and looksOur ice cubes are clear!! And with having a new baby in the home we are thrilled that she will be getting an early start on the lifetime benefits of having the processed water in her system
We could not be happier with our water processing system, with the employees at Valley Environmental, and the fact that the benefits of our system and the products that are supplied to us will pay for the system in the long runSo far it has been the best investment we have put into our homeWe, specifically, purchased the Aqua Guard Water Treatment system and think it is the perfect solution for our hard water issues

We have had the water softening system installed for about months and we are very pleased with it The sales person was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions completely His demonstrations were very convincing, especially since we know we have hard water in our area Installation was simple and straight forward The installers were very courteous and friendly They let me look over their shoulder throughout the process without making it seem as if I was a bother They took the time to answer my questions and make sure I understood the system and how it worked before cleaning the area up and leaving The installation was very clean and neat The system itself is very quite I have yet to hear the tank doing a self cleaning, which the sales person said would be the loudest part Maintenance is nothing as of this review (which is what one would expect being only months old) I add salt about every other month to keep it at the correct level I have noticed it makes the skin feel softer and I don't feel the need to put on as much lotion We use to get calcium deposits on all the fixtures which not only looks bad but causes them to function poorly The calcium also builds up on the glass shower door and makes it look horrible With the water softener in place the calcium deposts(once cleaned off) have not re-appeared The shower door looks great The water tastes great also Tucson water always had a chlorine smell and taste to it The filter takes care of all that and the water taste pure I am happy with my purchase of this water softener system form Valley Environmental Resources I would suggest that anyone who is looking for a system check out Valley and give them a chance to demo their product

My girlfriend and I recently purchased the water filtration and softener system about two months agoWe love that our skin doesn't feel dry after showers, and the water tastes greatWe also received the soaps and cleaning supplies and those have been great as wellPretty happy with our decision to go with Valley Environmental Resources

We purchased our water treatment system earlier this year and WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! let me start off with the amazing results we got immediately...first shower our skin was silky smooth(no joke)I called it the closest thing to "holy water"(jokingly of course)Both my husband and I use to have to put lotion on after showing because we would get "cracky" and dry but not anymore, its been such a time saver, let me tell youOur dishes from the dishwasher are now crystal clear (I'm so serious too), our clothes/washer does such a better job at getting stains out and whitning our whitesI could go on and on, the drinking water is priceless, I cant tell you how much that saves in itselfIts as refreshing as drinking it from a water well!! Initially we thought the price was obsurd, but now that we have it we wouldnt go back on our decision for a second! I would recommend everyone to get one, it has seriously been AMAZING!! HUUUUGE THANKS TO VALLEY ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCES INC.!!!!!

Our family have been using the water softener for about months now and its going pretty goodjust like with everything else there will be pros and cons
Pros: cleaner clothes, softer skin, cleaner home, less money spent on water bottles and good drinking water
Cons: kind of pricey, have to maintain salt every month or so, and clean the salt tank every few monthsthat can be a pain in the butt
When VER came and installed our system, they were very professional and knowledgeable of how the system workedInstallers took time and went over the basics of the system and how to maintain itoverall our family is happy with our system besides the cost of the systemI would recommend VER to family and friends if their interested in a water softener

My home was installed with a system from Valley Environmental Resources about days ago My family and I are already seeing the benefits to having soft water, we haven't needed to purchase any laundry detergent, hand soap, or dishwasher liquid which is already a good investment The salesperson was very nice and pleasant, they tested the water and I instantly saw the results, we feel we made the right decision as our skin feels so much softer and smoother than before

My husband and I have had this system for about 2-weeks now and we LOVE it! MrP*** came to our home and did a very educational presentation for the water systemThe water rated amazing, easier to clean, and our skin feels much softerIt's been such a small amount of time with the system but we love itEveryone that came out to our home from MrP***, to the installer to the financial representative were very nice, professional and explained everything very wellThank you for our clean water!

*** First off let me express my concern for addressing your issue appropriatelyWe take ALL customer input seriously and we will review how special instructions are communicated to avoid future misunderstandingsThe literature we left you was a blue sheet of paper stating who we are, what we do, and how to contact us and we give it to everyone that gives us a sample. I do not believe that is the issue though. You decided to do business with VERI and entered into a contract for us to do work as documented on a work order and you paid us accordingly. Had there been any documentation of us doing additional work ( move, etc) at no charge we would do so. Had the move been of critical importance you surely would have noted it on at least one of the many documents you signed. With thousands of customers and families moving every 4-years it would cost VERI over $ million per year to move systems and we simply do not do free moves or service work unless documentedIt's the equivalent of buying a car and then years later asking for more services or products that are not stated anywhere. Signed documented paperwork really is a great policy for companies. I am empathetic about your position as I too am a consumer that desires to be treated fairly, while understanding that I as a consumer have responsibilities as well. I am also aware that moving is both stressful and expensive. I mentioned a 20% discount previously and we are willing to honor that or $480, whichever is LESS for your complete disconnect and re-install. That is below what it will cost usWe will also take multiple investments, 1/at time of service, 1/in days, and 1/in days to ease the financial stress and so you can enjoy all the benefits you love at your new home.
