I expected the installation of the system to occur several weeks from the date I ordered but they set the install date for that weekend This was so much quicker than I ever thought, I was so happy Installation was quick, easy, and professional What an amazing crew
Right away, I noticed the water was softer and my skin after showers was smoother Dishes washed in the dishwasher were cleaner with no spots I use less detergent in the dishwasher and washing machine, it saves money I love this system and I can rest easy knowing that the system will make all the appliances last longer Thank you Valley Environmental Resources!!

The dishes are more clean with virtually no water stains
Our skin is not irritated (e.g., dryness, rash, etc.) from taking showers/baths

With the filter specifically for drinking water, we drink a lot more water
The cars have virtually no water stains after washing and drying
Our food is being cleaned and cooked in chemical free water
Our clothes, sheets, towels, and etcare more clean and softer due to the water
We have peace of mind knowing our home is safe from the chemicals our water provider puts into our water to make it "safe" (There have been a few times where our water providers have put notices on our door warning us that, due to high nitrates, the water should not be consumed by babies months old or youngerThat is not something we want to be putting into our bodies, either.)
If you are careful about what you put in and on your body, we certainly recommend this company to you

Sales staff was misleading and deceptive about the yearly filter change and service feesIt costs $per year to maintain the Reverse Osmosis/Aqua Guart drinking water system, and that's after you pay thousands of dollars for the system in the first placeWould not recommend this companyThey pressure you to buy without clearly stating the facts

Me and wife had a great experience with this company, and mind you we had our doubts going into this We are not they type to deal with pushy sales people and that's what we were expecting at first But the staff was a complete pleasure to deal with from the sales person doing the in home demo to the installers and everyone afterwards They explained everything very clearly about the annual maintenance and the cost associated with it The guys that came to do the installation were on time and professional and very friendly In fact I think I slowed them down talking to them so much because they were so friendly and helpful The product itself is great, compared to other systems you can not beat the warranty, in fact I could not find another product with a warranty that even came close to the one this company offers But I think the most important thing about this company is the fact that you feel like as a customer they care about you and keeping you as a customer They operate like an old fashion company that values their customers and offer you a good quality product that they are willing to stand behind as shown with their warranty Doing business with them has been a real pleasure

requested and to not charge any shipping/handling charges. Please note that this is a warranty item and based on the warranty paperwork that you received and signed at time of install we had the right to ask for shipping and handling charges but chose to do this at no charge as a gesture of goodwill based on the situation we observed at your home. We also promised a turn around time of days and we have called you today to get the system re-installed in just daysWe are disappointed that you chose to talk negatively about our company before the service call and the opportunity to handle your concerns. We recently had a water softening and RO system installed by Valley Environmental Resources and I couldn't be more pleased The system is everything they promised Our water is soft and leaves our hair and skin feeling much softer My dishes are truly spot free and cleaning the tile floors and windows has been much easier and faster, no hard water spots or film to scrub off
We are also very happy with the employees that have been to our home The salesman was professional and informative The installers arrived on time and were friendly, helpful in answering questions and did an excellent installationThe gentleman that returned to our home for the followup testing was very nice
Although they requested we write a review for the Revdex.com I would have done so anyway This company has been on time for appointments, followed thru with what they said they would do, and been courteous and professional every step of the way

I am very pleased with my water system, especially the RO systemI admit, I probably was a difficult customerAt first I was excited, then I had called to cancel(and I must add, each time I contacted them, everyone was very professional)Another man came out: Richard D., to review my concernHe and I worked together and agreed on a solution, and I was set, I was getting installed(I must add in here, I thought this was going to be installed into my outside "storage room" where my water heater is.) When installers came out, they said because of the roof above my storage room was flat, they would need to install outside on side of my houseIf they were to install in the storage room, they would have had to go thru my attic,and have pipes coming out the opposite side of my house, down wall, in the ground, to have work properlyI have a puppy, that would have dug that up, not to mention the sight of pipesI decided to have them install on the east side of my home, but then I was concerned my pup would digaround itThey actually went to *** ***, bought a small plastic storage unit, that stands upright, with a doorThey actually cut out the back, so that I could go thru this, meanwhile having it installed where my pup could not get to it...Sorry, a bit hard to explain, but it worked! She cannot get to the side of the house and dig, or bother it at all!! I love the fact that I use less of everything!, less shampoo, soap, be it laundry, liquid or bar in shower! My skin is softer, and the supplies that they provide are going to last for an extremely long timeBoth salesmen, along with the installers were very kind,thoughtful and considerate, which is important to me OH!! forgot to mention, due to the hard water I used to have, my faucets have the "nasty" build up of the hard water depositsI had recently purchased a new dishwasher and I was also concerned of the effects the water would haveI am in the process of replacing the old faucets with new ones, that will never have the hard water deposit again on them!

We had Bob with this company come out and give us a demo, at the time we were thinking about a water softening/cleaning system but weren't to the point of a decision yetAfter his demo we decided go with this companyAfter about 2-weeks, I can say we are very pleased with our water, the stuff he said about cleaning soap sm and residue off was accurate, our skin is starting to feel better and their products are really nice I would definitely recommend this company to my friends

We are very pleased with our water softening system Our skin feels softer, and the products are great Both the sanitizer/deoderizer and cars, floors & more are wonderful to use and I love that a little goes a long way! We recently replaced our stainless steel kitchen sink, due to hard water stains and mineral buiand now our new sink will be saved by the softwater The drinking water is loved by us and our dog

These folks are wonderful! Starting with the sales representative, Parker, who visited with us to explain the whole system, right down to the guys who installed it Everyone we talked with was professional, polite, and genuinely friendly
When Parker first came to the house, he explained the whole process and then went about providing a demonstration, which was quite eye-opening But the real kicker was when we started talking about the long-term savings Most of us worry about the here-and-now and don't think about what is going to happen months, months, a year down the line But if you take the time to listen to what is presented, you'll surely come to the same conclusion we did - this investment makes sense
And then, the installation came On time, and totally at our convenience The gentleman that installed the system made sure everything was working perfectly and that all our questions were answered And they made sure all the "trash" was picked removed before they finally departed Again - very professional
But the real selling point is the system itself Who doesn't want water they can drink from their tap? Do you really want to go to the store every week, just to buy water? Aren't you already paying the Water Company for that? Look, I can go on about how great having clean, fresh-tasting water from the tap is, but the truth of it, is you need to have a sit-down, face-to-face conversation with these folks Better yet, if you have friends that have a water purification system, talk to them
Clean, clear water that doesn't smell and taste like it came from a sewer - this is what Valley Environmental Resources provides! Have a visit with them - you won't be disappointed!

Half of the things promised to us did not come trueAnd the results are also nowhere near how it sounded during the pitch As soon as the sales agent left, we realized he did not care about our familyHe stayed in our home for hours, and we regretted giving into his pitch the very next day

VER has been amazing from the start Brian came out on time with our scheduled appointment Not only did he explain everything he was doing and why during his demonstration, he answered all of our questions He gave us options and went over the warranty in depth He proved himself to be knowledgeable and patient as well as exuberant I do not know anyone else that can hold all three of those qualities To my delight the installation was scheduled for the next day and they arrived hours earlier than expected which, made my very happy Not only did they take their time with the install the three technicians explained every step and completed the installation expertly Beyond that, the family quality comradery with the techs, was a relief Versus competitors the pricing is affordable and the quality I expected has exceeded my expectations I am beyond ecstatic the household filtered water is impeccable, it has restored the natural curl in my hair without effort and my skin is softer without excess lotion Most importantly, the Reverse Osmosis drinking water that I also use for my cooking and our dogs bowls and our fish tank is clear and I know it’s pure from the way it tastes It’s cleaner; orderless and tasteless in comparison to any spring water or purified water I have purchased Furthermore, the abundance of green cleaning products they included for no additional charge has me kept in supply for the next years I am truly overwhelmed by the quality of VER’s system, products and service I actually called them today with a few questions and they answered them quickly and gave me the reassurance I needed They have me convinced they are commited to me as a customer fully and I am proud to say I am invested in them for life, I know you will be too,

Great product and great company The sales rep did spend his time trying to "sell" us the product He just showed us how it worked and the product sold itself to us We are very happy with our new system We have a new born and we have seen her skin greatly improve since we started using the new water system Our dishes look better when they come out of the dish washer and there is no more calcium deposits on our bathroom and kitchen fixtures Thank you Valley Environment Services!

We Bought a water conditioning system about 3/years ago, just his past year for the last several months the water faucets, toilets, and shower spew out black water, was gray now it's pure blackEvery time we call we get the same story that it is calibrating or recyclingThis month is the worst yet and has lasted hours to clearHow can we get ready for work in the mornings? It seems to me and our guests and neighbors who do not have a water softning system that we'd be better off just using our local water coWe've contacted Metro Water and they state that there is no reason from their stand point that we should be getting black waterWe have talked to the tech (I believe there's only one or two techs) and they say that this is normal, and to run cold water until it goes awayWe were told that it's the charcoal breaking do
