My wife and I have had our aqua guard water system for about months, now We are very happy with our decision to purchase aqua guard as our water tastes better, we use less soap in the dishwasher, shower and laundry We are able to clean our house and carpet without the use of chemicals We use cloth diapers for our children and they were definitely cleaner as we could not smell the ammonia in the diapers as bad as before our water system Overall, we are very happy with our decision to purchase the aqua guard system from Parker

I had been considering water conditioning for some time and this company was referred to me by a friend I scheduled an evening appointment for the demonstration, *** was on time, friendly and courteousThe demonstration gave enough time for my questions to be answered and I decided to go with this systemThe installation was scheduled for the next day, a Saturday and went smoothlySince the installation, sinks and faucets stay clean of hard water deposits much longerWe are using much less of soaps and detergents, I notice less irritation of my skin which I thought was due to the brands of soap I was usingI have no doubt that having conditioned water will benefit my health and save me time and money over the long run

We are thrilled with our new water treatment system We weren't in the immediate market to purchase one at this time However, the sales person was so knowledgeable and he performed so many tests on our water, we were sold He came on a Friday evening and on Saturday, the system was installed! Imagine, on a Saturday The technicians were efficient and installed the system in no time at all They answered all our questions and told us to call them any time we had a question about anything We absolutely love the taste of our water - what a difference from the "slime" we were drinking! We're even drinking more water and less soda - another savings The water makes our skin and hair feel so soft - well, you just have to experience it to understand We would recommend Valley Environmental Resources to anyone You won't be disappointed! You'll be pleasantly surprised! They are a company that does what they say they will do and treats customers like gold

All of my life, if I wanted good (tasteless) water, I had to go to a store and buy some name brand bottleWhen I was younger I didn’t mind so muchBut as I got older, and acquired a family and homeHaving fresh drinking water became a choreEvery trip the grocery store now included six gallon bottles that had to be carried around the store and then back into the houseOn top of that, we lost valuable storage space in our already too small house
All of that changed and more when we purchased our new water systemNow when the kids are thirsty, we bring a cup to the faucet and fill it upNo more dragging a water bottle to the counter to fill a cup and then returning it to its place

My wife and feel that Valley Environmental Resources, Inc provides a great product and services The installation of the equipment was timely and professional The installation team exceeded all expectations They explained what would happen as they proceeded, and left our home free of any installation debris or dust All equipment operated as promised Their cleaning products combines with the softer water seem to make cleaning our home easier than with any other products Our Housekeeper loves their cleaning products We no longer purchase gallon containers of distilled water Very little product is required for our dishwasher, a lot less than we were accustomed to using, and there is no need for additional products to eliminate spotting on crystal Dishes are now shiny clean *** *** was very helpful in explaining the products, and how to achieve optimal performance with minimal effort Very customer focused with a great product and service!!!

Our family recently purchased Aqurd Guard water system for our houseAt first I was a little on the hesitant side on such a big purchase! But what really just convinced me with the thought of me not having to Lug around gallons jugs from the grocery store anymoreOur family tends to go through a lot of water a month whether it be five gallon jugs or the case of waters not to mention the bags of ice it ends up getting pretty expensive every month, after doing some quick math and adding all the expenses up it pretty much breaks down to the same price you would pay monthly for this unitNot to mention all the cleaning supplies that comes along with this deal of course you also get shampoo you get soap you get laundry detergent cleaning supplies once you break it down and make sense
This company was so quick and installing their productI was really surprised to see one night they were doing their presentation the next day they were setting everything up within a matter of hoursThe people who installed the unit were super friendly answered every single question I had walked through everything detail by detail make sure that I understood everything before they walked away from the house really made me feel comfortable with this product knowing that I kind of knew everything I needed to know and in case I didn’t they’re only one phone call away
• All the cleaning supply bottles come with a scan logo on the bottle which means you can scan it with your phone and it tells you exactly how to use it a video pops right up super helpful
I’ve used the soap and the dishwasher detergent, as for the soap it ladders up really quick and actually has a nice feel to it and it smells pretty decent for being made out of oatmealThe dish detergent works really well and left no spots on my dishes so I Give It Thumbs UpAs for the rest of the cleaning supplies haven’t got around to using them but I have no doubt they work well haven’t had an issue with the soap or the dish detergent yet
We have only had this system in our house for about a week and I am already telling you there is such a big difference in our water first thing I noticed was my hair and not only left it smooth and easy to manage but it has a nice shine to it! I didn’t believe it when the salesman told me but I’m seeing it for myself

Let me start by saying that my husband and I moved here from the midwestWe purchased bottled water for EVERYTHINGWhen Dief came to our home for the demonstration, I was floored at the amount of chlorine in our water! Dief went on to show us how we could clean our home without harsh chemicalsI was sold at that pointWe purchased the whole systemOur water tastes better, I used less laundry detergent and my skin is softerMy daughter and I both have long hair, when Dief told us that we wouldn't need conditioner for our hair when we start using the shampoo that came with our purchase, I have to admit, I did scoff a littleHe was rightThe shampoo leaves our hair smooth and soft
As for customer service, Dief was greatHe took his time to go through the system and answer our many questionsThe installation team was respectful and friendly, and they explained the system, twice! Once to me and once to my husband when he got homeWhen Bob came by to discuss our financing terms he explained everything and answered our questions

***, After reading the response, we understand you are taking the stance of if it’s not on the contract then there is nothing you can doAfter more research online, we feel there is an error or misscommunication in the way of your business selling that is common in this situationThere are other reviews and complaints that reference the same situations happeningJust as you know that a canvasser gave us a literature, which I know we were never handed anything, we know what we were told when the sales person was in our homeWe would like to see how you know for certain we were handed something that shows what your company offers and sells on 12/9/I remember a young woman ringing the door bell and just say she is from Valley Environmental Resources and are collecting water samples in the neighborhood and if she could have a sample from inside the homeNever was handed or told what the test was for or that it was for a future product demonstrationDid receive a phone call later on and asked if can set up a time to go over the resultsAgain, no mention that this was going to be for a product demonstrationOur biggest concern at the time of the demonstratio was that we did not want to give up a $6,system when movingJust as you have mentioned there are spots on the contracts to document moving the system, we believe that it was either: forgotten to be marked by the sales person Mike or Mike knew full well what he was saying but did not put in writing on purpose knowing we would not checkWe would hope this was not the case and you can understand our positionWe have always spoke well about the product and told all our friends what a great product it is and the great deal we gotWe hope this issue can be resolved simply and we can continue to be a customer of your companyThank you for your time Jason Simpson

customers and we comply with every written documented promise stated. The free disconnect, box and move were not listed anywhere on the work order, the installation completion sheet, the PR checklist, or any other document anywhereThat's very surprising to us as those signed documents are very thorough and there's multiple places that any and all promises or agreements would have been stated Please understand that hundreds of our customers move yearly and it is not our policy to do free service work or movesWe also discussed that *** has an impeccable track record with us and his paperwork is excellent so you can understand that this came as a surprise to him as well. All that being said, we are glad that you accepted ***'s offer to pay for the disconnect and box for you. This means that we will do the work at no charge to you, as you said *** promised Unfortunately we do not ship our customer's equipment for them and as stated in our presentation "If you should move simply take it along with you like you would any other appliance".
