The soft water destroyed my swim spa
I had bought a swim spa about four years agoI got the water system about three years agoAfter putting the soft water in the spa Noticed things happeningRust form around the bar, leaks started happening,blisters formed all over the fiber glassThey are refusing to take any responsibility for itThey never said anything about the water may destroy the spa when I got the water system.When I confronted this *** said there is a 50% chance of it happeningThen he said it was not the waterI call several spa companies and they all said not to putt soft water in a spa it crowds the spaIt would cost about to replace the kind of spa I have

We love our new filtration systemThe water taste great and we no longer have to buy cases of waterOur skin is softer and cleaning products work betterOur dogs love the water too!

At first I was skeptical to think water could change the way our life is but the sales rep that came to our house sold me on this productAfter buying it I realized how much money me and my wife are saving Where we live our water was bad and I continuously had to change the drains buy new water filters due to calcium build up etcbut now I haven't had toThe new water system is saving me time and money Also I would like to thank you guys for my family's health my wife's and sons skin have been getting better since the switch something as simple as water has made such a big impact And the installation guys did a really good job with the clean-up All in all we are very pleased with Valley Environmental ResourcesThanks a lot for for our new water system

Valley Environmental Resources was very professional and informative in their demonstration of how their water softening system could improve the cleanliness of our homeI was impressed at how easily they were able to get stains off our carpet and stainless steel appliances with just soap and purified waterI've listened to some water softener pitches in the past that were full of scare tactics and sales pressure, but their demonstration was refreshingly honestWe really enjoy our new water softenerIt cleans the dishes so much better than before

We scheduled our in-home demonstration on January 20th and we were blown away by the sales representative's presentationHe compared our untreated tap water to the water after going through the osmosis process and we were impressed, but not yet soldThe representative then proceeded to demonstrate the power of the treated water by cleaning our stove top, oven, tile grout, shower, and carpetThe results were amazing and we were soldAt the time, we were in the midst of refinancing our home and were worried that we wouldn't be able to sign the contract until after we were done with the refinance processWe were assured by the representative that we could commit to the system that day and VER would wait until the refinance was done before pulling our creditWe agreed and the system was installed the following morning
Unfortunately, the refinancing process took much longer than expected and we were worried that VER would not be able to hold off on pulling our credit and move forward with setting up the payment planMuch to our surprise, VER was more than understanding and stood by their promise to delay pulling our credit until the refinance was complete to avoid jeopardizing the processWe even offered to pay $cash while we were waiting, but we were told that VER trusted us and they had no issue waiting until we gave them the go ahead to pull creditWe were finally given the green light on March and we qualified for a payment plan that we are very satisfied with
We love our new water system and find ourselves drinking more water than ever before due to the superior taste of the treated waterWe are using less soap and cleaning products and saving money just as we were promised during the in-home demonstrationWe would recommend this product to anyone who owns their home and wants to work with a business that values quality, integrity, and incredible customer service!

Since moving to Arizona last year, we were interested in purchasing a water softening unit Valley Environmental Resources' representative Joel came to our home and very thoroughly explained the system to us He answered all of our questions and was very polite and professional We purchased a system and it was installed in a timely fashion The men who installed it were very professional, polite and they explained the system to us and showed us how to operate it Since having the system now for a day or so, we can see an immediate change in the amount of soap needed for bathing and washing Our skin feels so soft and silky after showering, the dishes clean up a lot better and the laundry even looks cleaner We are so happy with Valley Environmental Resources and their product They have been wonderful to work with

Great product and great company The sales rep did spend his time trying to "sell" us the product He just showed us how it worked and the product sold itself to us We are very happy with our new system We have a new born and we have seen her skin greatly improve since we started using the new water system Our dishes look better when they come out of the dish washer and there is no more calcium deposits on our bathroom and kitchen fixtures Thank you Valley Environment Services!

All I have to say is wow!
I had no idea our water was so merky until they showed me their presentation
I went into thinking "Just watch the presentation and kindly say no" The presentation blew me away and I had said yes before they even asked! I also got a free year supply of cleaning products that are the best things I have ever used

So far we are pleased with our new water treatmentI really enjoy the reverse osmosis systemI’m also happy with the products that were given to usBrian was very kind and professional during his presentationThe water truly leaves your skin moisturized and softI recommend this to my friends!

I would recommend Valley Environmental and their productwe purchased a water softener several months ago and have thus far had only positive experiences If you are reading this as research to help determine if the product is as great as they make it out to be: yes Yes, it is We have been looking into the facts behind water softeners online and there is a lot of conflicting information out there, but I can say this based on what I've discerned from research and personal experience:
No, the water does not become salty The system filters that out before sending the water through the house
Yes, it really does clean much, much better As an example, we had an unfortunate happening with retread on one of our cars two years ago where the tread separated but not quite all the way and whipped around, hitting the side of the car We had to do some repairs and there were marks all over the door from the tire, that nothing could clean upuntil we got to wash the car with our new water The soft water took the rubber marks right off effortlessly It was unbelievable In general it just cleans noticeably better all the time
Your water will taste great We now prefer our reverse-osmosis tap water to store-bought bottled water Still haven't sorted out the facts about nutrients and whatnot via research but we've been drinking much more water since getting the unit (and I used to be the sort who never saw the point in just drinking water) and clearly it's not bad for you Now it's like any other water just tastes 'off' We have a water cooler with cooled and hot water, and we still use it all the time, but now we just refill our own jugs from the tap The fridge water runs off the RO unit, too, so if we want water from the fridge it too tastes better and so does our ice Side note here: I've read online that RO units waste more water due to low pressure differentials when they are nearly full, so using it to fill water jugs for on-demand hot/cold water depletes the tank all at once and is more efficient Something to consider if you're worried about wasted water
Our water bill has not increased I've seen lots of complaints about this but if there has been a relative increase it has not been enough to noticemonth-to-month fluctuations are bigger than any increase from our systemAnd that's with us drinking much more water
We absolutely use a lot less soap, shampoo, shaving cream, etcanything you use with water, we need a lot less of now I keep my hair short and it is difficult to even use shampoo anymoreone drop is almost too much We bought the package with all the soaps, detergent, etcand all of their products work just great At this rate we'll be using them for many years and that is A-okay In general things don't develop films or mold, or rust
You do feel a lot cleaner and your skin and hair feel better/softer Whenever I wash my hands away from home it kind of feels weird now as I've gotten acclimated to our system and I really think my skin just produces less oil now Our salesman said other water will feel "sticky" and I didn't quite know what that meant, but turns out it's true Hard water does start to feel almost sticky when you've been using soft water for a few months
I could go on but this is getting really long If you're reading this thinking "okay, so that's soft water; how about Valley Environmental Resources specifically?", then consider this like when you order an item from an online store and it shows up a day faster than you expected, has no issues, and does exactly what it's supposed to, then you write a review about the sellerwhat is there to say? They did what they were supposed to do seamlessly and their sales and customer service have been nice, informative, and helpful
Bottom line: It's just great having a product you can be glad you got every time you use water

I was in the market to purchase a water treatment system for some time now and this one stood out above the restWhen Bob demonstrated the difference their water system made, it blew my mind! It turned our hard tap water into clean power water and we noticed the difference immediatelyThe treated water does not leave water spots on the dishes, a little soap goes a long way, cloths get cleaner, and daily cleaning has become effortless tooI eliminated the use of window cleaner, the treated water alone works better and leaves no streaks and no fumesIt took me and my family about a week to get acclimated to the new water, and I even think our skin was in shock at first, but we’re happy we got itA week in, the system developed a small valve leak due to a manufacturing defect, so I called VER and they sent a tech that same day to replace it, no fees, no questions asked, and no issues with it ever sinceLastly, the treated water is fine to drink and actually tastes better than my old tap water, but I love the drinking water filter system they installed in the kitchenIt provides the most refreshing, clearest, delicious tasting water you can imagine (better than most bottled water in my opinion)It’s so good that everyone in my home drinks more water now! Extremely happy with the increase in our water quality after the installation of the water filtration system from Valley Environmental The tap water in Maricopa is practically undrinkable, but after the water filtration system was installed, water from the faucet tastes better than it did from our RO system Cleaning glass surfaces and countertops has become much easier due to lack of calcium build up now, and the clothes are softer too! The installers were quick, friendly, and cleaned up everything after themselves

On 06/12/Valley Environment Resources (VER) installed a water softener I purchased from them for$After the installation the tech ensured me everything was installed correctly and there would be no issuesApproximately months after the install, VER sent a representative to ensure the product was installed and functioning correctlyAfter he's inspection he then ensured me the product was installed correctly and I would have no issuesThis concluded my involvement with VER
On 04/27/The Sunny Plumber sent a plumber to fix my kitchen sink, which was clogging up and not draining the waterDuring the plumber's inspection of my sink he informed me the install to the water softener was installed incorrectly and "violating code, 608.3" The plumber stated a water tube was not installed the correct way and my health as been at risk since for the last two yearsThe plumber explained a water tube, which connected from the softener, was pushed down a pipe incorrectlyIf there

I was already in the process of researching water softening companies and had looked at the options Home Depot had to offer, but felt that I didn't know enough about it to make that investment yetLike any home owner, home improvement projects have a priority and this one was at the top of my list, as me and my wife had noticed a radical change in how our bodies were reacting to the water
I have always struggled with dandruff from a young age, but it seamed to worsen when we moved into our houseMy wife never had issues with dandruff and out of nowhere she started noticing it more and moreWe both were very frustrated and started taking about seeing a dermatologist to fix this problem

The presentation was a bit long for my taste (because we had made up our minds min into it) but Bob did a great job of just leaving no stone unturnedVery smart and informativeThat made our decision that much easier
They came and installed it the next day! and we couldn't be happierdays of using it was all it took to get rid of the "dandruff" we were both experiencing! AgainJUST DAYS OF USING IT!!! I wonder how many visits to the doctor would have made that differenceif any at allGood thing we don't have to worry about that now

The quality of the drinking water is another major plusWe were using a Britta filter for our drinking waterAnd when they tested that water in the presentation we were found out that it really wasn't making much of a differenceNow, the reverse osmosis system gives us water that's doesn't taste like anything!! just as water should beSo, no more buying expensive filtersThey even hooked up the water line to the refrigerator so we get the ice as clear as the water! So, no more buying bags of iceThey also set up water spout on the outside of the houseI'm not a big "wash your car" kind of guy, but what a difference!! No water spots! And the fact the we won't have to buy soap for a while that's just the cherry on top!
Overall, it was a great investmentWith the way the water issue went over in Flint, Michigan, I put my families well-being at the front of it and made the big price not seem that bigI'm extremely happy with the product and the benefits it offers!
