When purchasing the water filtration system, I agreed to post a review with the Revdex.com. Until now, I did not have enough information to accurately review the product. I was promised the water would have minimal particulate, I would use far less soap, etc. I have never seen a reduction of my use of soap, nor does the soap foam like it should with "softened" water and now I understand why. I just independently tested the particulate in my "filtered" water and there is 330 ppm in that water (about normal for regular tap water), so essentially, the approximately $5000 system has been doing nothing to help my water for the last six months. Strangely, I tested my incoming, unfiltered water and only got 190 ppm of particulate, so the system seems to be ADDING to the particulate load in the water. When they originally tested my filtered water, about a week after installation, it tested very low for particulate. I believe the problem occurred when shortly thereafter we detected a leak in a part of the filter system. They had a technician come out and replace the part. The system was never re-checked for water quality, which, in retrospect, should have been done. I am planning to call the company tomorrow and I fully expect to have them come fix whatever issue is happening. I do not believe this is a bad company but I was concerned with their insistance on having me post a positive review, and the lack of verification after a repair. I'm angry because my entire family has been drinking this water and I was under the false impression that it was safer than tap water. And it wasn't.

My husband and I are extremely excited with our new water filtration and purification system. We noticed the differences in showering and drinking our water immediately. The people who provided the services were efficient and very professional. We were treated with the utmost kindness and everything was explained to us thoroughly. He was very courteous and helped us get set up with a great water softnening system, since then we have enjoyed the benefits of clean drinking water without all the harshness of chemicals and hard minerals, greatly-easier cleaning without any harsh chemicals and softer and less worn-out clothing by using the soft water when doing out laundry.

Our water conditioning system was installed on March 21, 2014. [redacted] our sales representative was professional and informed about the issues with the water in our area. The installation team was courteous and professional. They did a great job with the installation and clean up. Right away we noticed how much easier it was to clean the dishes. Our glassware is less cloudy and we have noticed a large reduction in spots. Keeping our shower door clean has also become much easier. Regular cleaning has become faster and spotting has been greatly reduced after we use the shower, which makes it stay cleaner, longer. We notice also the reduction in soap sm residue as well. My wife is enjoying the taste of our drinking water. Our need for purchasing bottled water has been reduced. We often need to use a humidifier in the dryer months of the year, and it has been great not having to buy distilled water. The savings on money and time has been great. Another great benefit of the water conditioning system has been the benefit for our skin. Our skin does not dry out as much as it used to. We also notice that we don’t have to use as much soap and shampoo any more. We are glad we purchased our water conditioning system and would gladly recommend the system to others. The immediate benefits combined with the cost savings in the future make the system well worth it.

Valley Environmental Resources sold us a water system three months ago and it has been a positive experience all around.
Our water tastes great. We drink a lot of it, so not having to buy bottled water will really pay for itself over the next few years. Our ice tastes good instead of having that mineral taste from the city water. It doesn't smell bad anymore, either. Our clothes are cleaner and we use a lot less detergent than we used to. They are softer as well, without having to use fabric softener. I dry on the clothesline, and the purified water makes a huge difference.

We had this company install a whole house unit and they did a great job! The initial visit was quick, to the point, professional with out high pressure sales. They installed the next day and we love it! The followed up after the installation too. I would recommend this company.

We have had our Aqua Guard Water Treatment System for about 3 months now and we absolutely love it. Our water tastes so good and we don't have to worry about weird or toxic chemicals in our water. Also my skin is softer, my hair is healthier, and my daughter's pilaris keratosis is a bit better. I have far less cleaning to do of our shower doors, faucets, and toilets. Such a relief to know our appliances aren't getting that scaly calcium buildup that they used to get. [redacted] was a wonderful salesman. He explained everything in great detail. We've been very happy with our water softener, and reverse osmosis filtration system. The new soft water dissolved all our old hard water stains all by itself with a few months of use. Everything stays cleaner and polishes up very easily. My winter-dry skin is much better than when we had hard water. The drinking water tastes good. moved and is currently being hit with all the new move in charges, and due to the fact that his work is slow in the summer and picks up in the winter, [redacted] has agreed to do their new install at a discounted rate AND to take multiple payments over time to help out [redacted] and his family. VERI will be doing his reinstallation ASAP as it's important to his family that he has the good water for his family. [redacted] was very appreciative.

I have had my Valley Environmental Resources whole home water system for about 9 months now and absolutely love it. It works wonders on everything from my kitchen appliances to my car windows. All without any cleaning products. Just a wet rag (straight from the faucet) and a paper towel and you get a streak free finish. I must have saved hundreds of dollars in cleaning products alone. Additionally, the water treatment system has totally transformed the shower experience. The water is so soft you barely feel it. I also love the fact that the system is virtually maintenance free. Just check your salt content once a week and the system maintains itself. The Valley Environmental Resources employees were always professional and couteous, answering all the questions I had during my initial sales interview through installation. All in all I would say this was a great investment in my home and would (and have) recommend it to anyone.

We really like our soft water. Our dishes are much cleaner. We feel good about the health benefits.
Unfortunately it took about 3 months after our instillation to actually get soft water. We had trouble contacting Valley. No one answered the phone and there was no way to leave a message. We finally called the company that supplied the cleaning products and they gave us a different number. There was a metering issue.
Still water was not soft. We were able to get a hold of them and [redacted] came out. He was great. He figured out the system was not hooked to our solar hot water heater. He didn't have the part he needed, but came back on a Sunday and got us fixed.
Despite our initial troubles, They did make it right.
Now we are enjoying our soft water.

Our water system is everything that we were told it would be. We love not having to clean the shower door, that our pipes and appliances are less likely to corrode. It is nice to walk out of the shower and not have to put on lotion because our skin is not dry. The dishes feel much cleaner and our dish washer seems to work better. We enjoy all the products that come with the systems. We are set for a while on those products. Our representative was ** and he was great to work with. He was very friendly and informative. He answered all our questions and even waited while we were trying to put our kids to sleep. The install team was awesome as well. They were very friendly and professional. Both did a great job and made sure I understood and was ok with everything they did. They even gave me their cell number in case I had questions about the system. All in all it had been a great experience and I would recommend it to other.. Thank you.

The Sales and installation process was quick and efficient. The service professionals were thorough with the quality checklist, and making sure that we understood our system. I had received other quotes for more money and less warranty, so I am very happy with the value. The system is very quiet, out of site, and if it weren't for the amazing water, we wouldn't know it was there. Happy with the cleaning package as well. Overall a pleasant experience... Much better than the experiences that we had with our previous vendor.

We have had the water softer installed now for almost a year; enough time to know what kind of a product we purchased and if it was a postive investment.
We are happy with the results the water has on our daily lives. Our skins are much softer, and we feel the same results in our hair. Cleaning is another plus; even the taste of water is very acceptable. We do not hesitate to serve our grandchildren water from the spicket or use the ice that is made from the water sent to the ice maker.
We use the treated water to wash our cars. Since the sun dries our vehicles faster here in the heat of AZ, with this water we don't even worry about water spots!
Another thing that we are happy about are the cleaning products provided; they work!
It all started with a courtious and well informed marketing representative and polite and considerate installers,willing to work with our schedule.
Bottom line, we are happy with our water treatment.

We purchased the Aqua Guard water treatment system with the R.O. at the sink from Valley Environmental Service about the middle of last year. We have been pretty happy with the results; my wife enjoys the effects the water has on her skin as well as the laundry. I’m impressed with the cleaning results. I used the cars floors and more mixed with the softened water the other day to try and remove stains that I was previously unable to with automotive carpet cleaner so I pretty much gave up on getting them out. I could not have asked for better results, the carpet looks almost new. I am impressed; these were baked in Code Red Mountain Dew, kid goo, and a spilled Thirst buster with cola in it. We live in an area were the water is a 12 on the hardness scale so it gives me peace of mind knowing the softened water is easier on the water heater and other appliances.
The installation team was excellent, they were on time, professional, competent, and answered all my questions. The whole installation process was pretty painless. Overall we are happy with our experience with VES .

My wife and I love our new water system. Loving everything from the fresh drinking water, much better showers and seeing a huge difference in our dishwasher!! All the products that came with the system are great an is saving us money on cleaning supplies an at the end of the day the whole package will be paying for itself. My family has enjoyed the softer feeling skin and awesome drinking water from the filtration system installed with the water softener. I enjoy no longer having to buy CLR to try and eliminate hard water stains. I've had the system for 6 months now with no issues, and Valley Environmental Resources has checked in a couple times already to make sure that I am satisfied with the product, and they left contact information should I have any issues.
