Purchased a new 2016 truck. We agreed on 25,000 out the door, and a "Bed Rug" installed. I put 10,000 down. I had to pick the truck up the next day due to the fact the bank was obviously closed at 9PM. I had signed the all of the paperwork for the purchase. The finance person and I went over all over the paperwork. He verbally and visually, showed me a white piece of paper with "Bed Rug" written on it by hand. He then circled it with a pen. I finished signing the paperwork.

The next day when I went to take delivery of the truck, and hand over a $10,000 check as a down payment, there was no Bed Rug in the truck. The salesman told me his accessories employee would call in about a week. After a week with no call, A manager called to inquire about my experience. I told him I have not heard from his accessories person at the dealership concerning the Bed Rug. He told me he would have him call me and quickly ended our conversation with no other questions.

The next day I had a missed call from the accessories person at the dealership who stated on his message that he was calling about having the Bed Rug installed. I returned his call six times over a period of four days, and left a message each time. No return call. The last call only rang one time, then went strait to voicemail.

Van Chevrolet voluntarily, knowingly, and intelligently sold this vehicle to me (Veteran) with full knowledge of not intending to fulfill their stated, and written agreement. They will not even call me back. I am a repeat customer here. I purchased a new truck here in 2003. Good experience. I do not know what happened to their management, but they are just plain crooked now. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE.

Jan. 27,2014 I put down a deposit of $1000 for an order for a 2014 Corvette. Jan.28,2014 [redacted](sales Mgr) called and stated he had a cancelled order and that if I wanted it,just say yes. The car was built a week later. [redacted] called and stated that I had to pay for the car in full. I stated I had not even seen the car or had any documentation that the car existed. [redacted], stated he would drive up to northern Arizona for me to sign the contract. I advise him that I was not comfortable signing a contract before seeing the car. [redacted] stated if I did not want to pay for the car or contract that he would return my deposit. I advised [redacted] where did this decision come from. He stated it came from the his supervisor. I stated I did not approve of this hard sale on customers. I advised [redacted] I was not going to pay for a car I have not seen. He returned my deposit.This was unprofessional and bad salesmanship.Others have had the same type of treatment also.

Just wanted to say it was such a delight to work with this dealership for the purchase of my 2014 Chevrolet. From my sales manager [redacted], to his Manager [redacted] and to the man in the box [redacted]. I wkll not go anywhere else. These 3 gentleman are a class act. Great job guys. Customers for life.
