I have had termite and pest control service with AAA Termite for years They are great to work with, always pleasant, and do a great jobHighly recommend!

On 215, a Verizon Local Manager discussed the trouble with [redacted] and scheduled a visit for [redacted] , February**, The Local Manager is working with [redacted] regarding this matter We apologize for the inconvenience [redacted] has experienced as a result of this matter

Please be advised Verizon has reviewed the concerns [redacted] questioned in her complaint to the Revdex.com We have confirmed all payments in question have been applied to the account and no [redacted] charges appear the Verizon bill after Our investigation found that the combined billing stopped either due to a system issue or possible changes in the phone service prior to that date [redacted] , Verizon’s [redacted] counterpart has spoken with [redacted] and advised that the charges reflected on the separate [redacted] bill are accurate and will need to be paid to [redacted] directly The balance will need to be at zero and then Verizon can put in the request to combine the account again During the previous investigations [redacted] was charged for calls to our office and those charges have been credited Verizon [redacted] has been in touch with [redacted] concerning the service issues she has experienced We have dispatched a technician that was unable to locate a problem with the Verizon Network We are sending a second technician at her quest and will follow up after that visit as well

We contacted customer to acknowledge receipt of complaintand apologized for the problemsWe assured customer we would arrange for a $30monthly credit for the next monthsCustomer is aware the bundled rate willincrease in May of 2015, but we will continue to apply the $discount to thenew rate as well

A Verizon billing escalations representative spoke with [redacted] on The rep explained that the fight was ordered from a remote control and advised which set top box received the orderThe rep also advised that records show that the program was watchedTherefore, the charges for the pay per view program have been sustainedAt the customer's request, pay per view ability has been removed

Verizon sustains its original responseCredit of $215.54was issued on to cover activation feesThe customer was billed $139.97in activation fees and the credit exceeded the amount billedNo more credit is to be givenand the early termination fee will not be waived.Verizon contacted the customer who stated that all creditshad been issued, billing is now correct, and service was working to hersatisfactionThe customer stated that she wanted to terminate the servicewithout being billed an early termination feeIt was explained that herrequest to terminate service was well beyond the grace period provided forcancellation and because all credits had been issued, billing is correct, andservice is working, the early termination fee would not be waivedThe terms andconditions pertaining to the free ipad were explained and reviewed

This was closed and completed on The sheath was repaired The customer's internet service is working correctly now Case closed

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] This buncle was purchased through verizon (they admitted they signed me up for the wrong package) I spoke on conference with Verizon executive [redacted] and [redacted] today and after all this was explained I went ahead and upgraded the package on [redacted] after having to bring the bill to a $balance (after it was supposed to be added to the bundle twice and was not) I paid the [redacted] bill of $today to bring it to a balance so they could upgrade the package and get the bundle set up Verizon then stated they would wipe out the verizon bill due to the inconvenience and mistakes on their part concerning my package Then not even an hour later I received another voicemail from [redacted] saying she could not wipe out the bill that I still owe them $after her stating she could do so She also said on the voicemail that I could cancel and if I would like too to call back and she would take care of that for me I will not cancel and go to another company and pay installation and new service fees when none of this is my fault and the incompetance of verizon I also think its crazy to cancel and still owe them money Verizon needs to stop telling their consumers they can do things and turning around and not taking care of what they initially said they would provide I still have the voicemail from [redacted] (verizon executive) if Verizon would like to hear it In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Upon receipt of this complaint [redacted] spoke with [redacted] and advised the following regarding his billing concerns* explained his first year had included $in monthly discounts that are now expired* let him know the details of the promotion were disclosed in the confirmation letter we sent right after his order was placed [redacted] He decided to remove the [redacted] PROTECTION PLAN [redacted] We also started a new $discount for the next months [redacted] With the changes made the [redacted] services are now $87.99, per month, before tax

Verizon has reviewed [redacted] ***'s concerns Verizon has determined the accounts are correct and no credits are warranted Verizon was not successful in reaching [redacted] via telephone to discuss her concerns Verizon has responded via letter and included contact information should she require further assistance.We trust this information will help to resolve [redacted] ***'s concerns
