Excellent service!!! I highly recommend this company to any Veteran that is having problems getting their VA rating increased. From start to finish this company was very professional and knowledgeable. I would like to give a special thanks to my case manager Eddie M.

Great service! Eddie give personal attention to your case and stays on top. Definitely recommend using his services.

My experience with VBA was more that I expected. Their service was exceptional and my case manager Eddie M was awesome. I highly recommend them if you in need of help with your VA benefits.

Love these guys!! My case manager is Eddie M. He has been phenomenal. He has educated me on the process, if certain things may qualify for an increase, walked me through the next step, he is professional, thorough, listens, understands and has been a blessing. I heard about this company through my husband that also received an increase. Thank you Eddie and VBA!!!!!

I think this is the best system that ever happened to veterans, we feel as though there's someone in our corner and on our side and I don't stand alone in my assessment other vets feel the same way thanks and I look foward to working with you in the future.

Excellent Service!!! I highly recommend this company to any Veteran that is having problems getting their VA rating increased. From start to finish this company was very professional and knowledgeable. After 10 years of struggling to get my VA rating increased, this company helped me in 4 months get my rating increased to 90 per cent. I can't thank them enough. Thomas H. and Jocelyne G. are the best.

Amazing! I really appreciate all the associates especially Jocelyne G of the Veteran Benefit Advantage for helping me to increase my disability. I salute them for their honest,
clear, concise and excellent information. Veterans Benefit Advantage is 100% pro veteran.
I strongly recommend their services to my fellow veterans. Job well done.

This experience I had with VBA formerly VVS is nothing less than phenomenal. They provided honest, clear, concise and excellent information that leaves similar benefits claims providers far behind. Vetrans Benefit Advantage true to its name is 100% pro veteran.
I strongly recommend their services to my fellow veterans.
Job well done, BZ to VBA.

Very professional, not like any other VA Rep, they strive to give you what your worth and guide you through every step. Ivan Helped me through the whole process and I am very satisfied on what I received.

Lying, cheating and disgraceful organization! Takes advantage of Disabled Veterans to make a quick buck! Don’t fall for their scams! You can get your disability percentage increased on your own, dealing directly with the VA. It might take you a little bit longer, but you won’t get robbed for $5,000.

Veteran Benefits Advantage (VBA) was founded for the sole purpose of offering Veterans a risk-free program to obtain benefits they would not otherwise be able to receive. Most Veterans often lack key resources, medical support, and an understanding of the complex VA Compensation process. VBA guides Veterans in providing favorable evidence for their VA disability claim.
In the majority of circumstances VBA is able to create a mutually beneficial means where our clients are able to pay VBA its' well-earned fee. The Company incurs a great deal of hard costs and expenses to process each client’s file. Those costs includes doctor evaluations, a team of staff members specially trained in VA Compensation, and providing medical clinics throughout the nation. Every client who works with VBA signs a Client Service Agreement (CSA). That CSA outlines all potential fees specific to the client’s case. VBA CSA’s do not promise an increased rating or a specific outcome, such as is being claimed in this Revdex.com complaint. Ultimately, it is up to the VA to determine if an increased award is applicable based on the severity of the client’s symptoms.
VBA treats every complaint by a client seriously and we do everything in our power to assist our clients. Unfortunately, it is not uncommon for some VBA clients, which after services have successfully increased their disability benefits, to then renege on their agreement to pay for the guidance provided. These clients attempt to avoid paying their bills by making false allegations. And yet there are others who can never be pleased with what services are provided, using this as a means to rationalize not paying their debts. In those circumstances VBA has no choice but to turn those accounts to a professional collection agency. Prior to submitting a response on Revdex.com website, the company makes every effort to work with the client to resolve any issues. If we are unsuccessful in contacting the client and/or the client refuses to cooperate in a resolution, then a response is posted.

What a great company. They helped me out so much to get what I needed. I would recommend to any veteran.

I’m very happy and satisfied. They are prompt to answer and satisfy all concerns that I had through out the process. I wish I would have found them sooner. Thank you again guys!

Excellent and professional assistance from Nolan G. Handled my claims expeditiously and followed through until completion. I would definitely recommend this company’s service to anyone.

These guys took the time and made me feel like I was their only customer. They were reliable and honest. Thomas H was AMAZING!!!

I am posting this information as CEO of Veteran Benefits Advantage, LLC (“VBA”) so as to address this Revdex.com comment alleging our Company has improperly contacted parties concerning bills owing it. VBA has purchased some assets of Valued Veterans Consulting, LLC, (“VVCS”) the Company noted in the form accompanying those Revdex.com comments. The purchase includes the parties making the Revdex.com posts’ debts owing VVCS.
We have previously advised both the former affiliate, *** (“***”), and these parties making the Revdex.com comments of this and that their debts remain owing to VBA as the owner of VVCS’s accounts receivable. Rather than accept this as a legitimate debt, *** has undertaken efforts to convert those debts owing VBA by the clients making the Revdex.com comments to their benefit, collected the debts directly, and simultaneously published false information about VBA. By *** accepting payments from those clients it does not relieve them of their debts owing to VBA.
VBA has no choice but to continue to pursue the amounts legally outstanding and owing it, regardless of how *** and these client parties choose to interpret the debts. That effort includes reserving the right to name those clients owing VBA money as co-defendants to any/all legal actions involving the collection of these debts from ***. So as to legally enforce its right of ownership VBA has filed a lawsuit against *** and *** to collect the monies owing it. That lawsuit, filed in ***, alleges *** of improper collection of accounts due to VBA, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract and implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, intentional interference with contract, intentional and negligent interference with prospective economic advantage, and breach of fiduciary duty.

I just like to say a few words about my recent experience with Veteran Benefits Advantage, in one word Outstanding. From the initial call to the V.A. finding a favorable decision in my claim, the VBA agents were there to assist and answer every question. The process was fairly easy and again agents were there with step by step instruction. Personally, I like to thank Mr. Sam D and Ms. Deddie C for their personal attention, you guys help make this a very pleasant experience. Also, thanks to the entire group for all of your diligence has changed my life. Humbly submitted, ***.

This company has contacted me to pay a fee for services that were never rendered. I've never heard of this company or worked with this company yet they are seeking a cash payment from me. Can you please stop them from harassing people?
