Words can hardly express the pleasure I experienced when working with Ivan B on my case. He keep me informed up until the day my packet was forward for review. He stated it would take up to four months for the VA to come back with a decision, but due to the excellent work everyone put into my product, I had a decision back in less than a month. The process took me less than four months total from first contact to my letter with my new VA rating to be received. These guys are the best and well worth every penny I paid.

I found Veterans Benefits Advantage/Guide VERY helpful advising me about my potential Veterans Benefits. I worked with a gentleman named Noel, he was responsive, professional and extremely courteous.

I heard of this company from one of my retired friends. I contacted them and was very pleased with how quickly someone got back to me. I was assigned Mr. Oscar C as my case manager. I received very detailed instructions from Mr. C on what I needed to do if I wanted to proceed with the service his company provided. I filled out the required paperwork and sent it in. I didn’t have a lot of confidence in their ability to raise my disability rating from the 60% I received upon discharge from active duty in 2007. I was rated at 60% based on my knees and sleep apnea only. Even though my knees were far worse in 2019 than they were in 2007, I was skeptical. I filled out the paperwork, had my paperwork reviewed by Oscar and his company and then waited. After about a week and a half Oscar called me to tell me he thought his company would be able to increase my disability rating. My skepticism began to wane a little. Oscar told me a doctor would be getting in touch with me shortly to set up a video consultation. I received an email from their doctors for the video consultation and instructions on downloading the app to is for the consult. I had the consultation and went back into the waiting phase. For claims I had submitted myself to the VA previously, they were always followed by multiple month waiting periods. This is what I was conditioned to expect. I first spoke to Oscar on June 28th of this year. On September 1st the VA sent me a letter informing me my VA disability rating had been increased from 60% to 90%. On October 1st my disability payment increased by a little over $800.00. I will forever be indebted to Mr. Oscar C and the fine folks at Veteran Benefits Guide. I have passed on Mr. C name and number to two of my fellow retirees. I completely stand by this organization and all they do for disabled veterans. Thank you guys!!!
