Bad customer service- very rudeadvertisement
Because I did not agree to pay a high price for their product, the sales guy got snappy and rude when I asked questions about getting a domain name
I called to cancelled the subscription and asked to be refunded because they provided NO service, per their site and emails received, I should of been given support by "Domain Director" and assistance getting a domain name no extra feesDid not received that service!! It's another scam company talking advantage of people that want to make extra income

This business is a RIP off!! They show this guy in a video doing a "LIVE" call making money in just about mins then you sign up and its a website building service that you have to build the website!!!!!!!! You call the number and nobody answers they have you to leave your name and they will call you back Which they did do but the guy on the phone got pissed when I wanted to cancel my subscription and was going on and on about the site ectI told him again to just cancel my account! Which they say they did and would send me a conformation email and they never did so I cancelled my credit card!!! What a hassle so I am out the money from the bogus website and had to pay $bucks to cancel my card and get a new one! Lesson learned here for sure!

We did agree to work things out on Nov 16; however, to date I have NOT received the $500. Nor do I have a PayPal Store that would bring in 35-40% returns, and when he had an employee get with me after Thanksgiving on Nov, they called my office at 6:pm instead of my cell phone where he had verified that I would be expecting the call. I can not work on my website business on my job, it is a big No No and I would risk losing my job and clearance. So I decided that none of these promises that he made were sincereIt does not take a week or two to credit someone's account, at max 3-days And I felt it all was a fake that was being used to get you off their backSo I called him Sunday, Dec 16, and left a voice mail that none of this is going workAnd I requested the FULL refund of $1,500. Then I reported the action to my Credit Card that made the $1,transaction to see if one of you will be successful in getting my money back and resolving this issue once and for allThe only alternative that I have left is to turn it over to my lawyer
