THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM! I wish that I would have done more research before getting involved with this so called company and not given them close to $I hope that these people get stopped so that no one else will fall victim to these dishonest peopleHopefully justice will be served

I am writing this email in response to the 2nd complaint received from *** ***I did fulfill our end of the initial agreement with Ms*** by refunding the $500, added a customer store to her website and also called her for our scheduled training appointmentWe even attempted to contact her after our initial appointment but did not hear back from her until we received the complaint againWe did actually receive a chargeback directly from her bank for the full $after I already refunded the $we agreed uponSo I did not fight the full amount of the chargeback through my bank even though we did fulfill all the products/services per the contract she signedI just asked the bank to refund the $so that way she would still get the full refund of $Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this matter once again, and this should close the case as resolved

I am responding again to the complaint made by [redacted]. VW Hosting services in no way intended to make Mrs. [redacted] experience with our company a bad one. We sincerely apologize to her for all the issues that she had with our company and we would like to make amends and do the right thing. We are more than willing to refund the entire amount with no more questions asked, however the card that we have on file is no longer active. Also my merchant will not allow me to refund more than she purchased as well. Mr. [redacted] has been a client with us for awhile now and we appreciate the opportunity to respond to this matter. We are actually glad that he has brought these concerns to our attention so we can correct them now and make sure we do not have any further issues moving forward. We certainly apologize that Mr. [redacted] has had issues with our service and we are confident that we have made the right changes to help us all in the future. One of the concerns that he had was the lack of customer support and communication with our support team, so we have assigned one customer service representative to his account.  He will be working with [redacted] from our company any time he wants to work on his website. One of the owners,  [redacted] spoke with [redacted] on July 3rd and they went over some design changes for his current website and Vibrant Web also gave [redacted] another website free of charge so he can sell whole sale auto parts on. Mr. [redacted] has spoken to [redacted] several times over the last week and [redacted] has been very pleased with the changes we made and how things are going. We are very committed to his account and we will be working closely with him in the future.
