To whom it may concern,I am writing this response in regards to complaint # 1718089 which is for client [redacted]. I am glad to say that we were able to resolve the complaint between us. Vibrant Web did a wire transfer today for $750 US into [redacted] bank account. Please refer to the attached document.   This is the first contact that I received from [redacted]x.  However, if you look at the actual domain name after the admin's address, it doesn't have the appropriate name (which I'm guessing would have been [redacted]).  Instead it is addressed as [redacted]". Coincidence?
Also - how is it that not only does this company have the same address as [redacted]x but also provides the same services that [redacted]x does as well?
On top of which I did receive a call today from James from [redacted]x to contact him regarding the refund that I was going to be getting.  I did not call him back - I was following the instructions that were given to me when I submitted this claim.

I have tried to contact Mrs. C[redacted] via phone but we have been unable to connect.  When she originally signed up for her custom website, we register it under our company. The only reason we do this is to prevent Mrs. C[redacted] from...

being solicited by other companies after her domain was registered. . We do not have any problem at all releasing the domain name [redacted] into Xi C[redacted] name under her [redacted] account. Now with the concern about the top selling products on her website, we can always change the products listed in the store with a simple request from our client. We have fulfilled the [redacted] commercial that you purchased and it is linked to your website or she can search it directly on you tube.Last of all, the website that Mrs. C[redacted] is referencing is actually the scam itself. If you actually really dig into the site [redacted], the whole website is another business opportunity plugging themselves as the #1 opportunity online. The guy on there calls himself Chaz and he is talking bad about 15 different companies and keeps referring people to sign up for his wealthy [redacted] program. If you really look at this site, there are only 2 comments made by actual Vibrant clients. The rest of the comments are all Chaz talking bad about everybody else to make his program wealthy affiliates look better. All things considered, we have fulfilled all products and services that Mrs. C[redacted] has purchased up to this point but customer satisfaction is very important to us, so we are willing to work out a fair refund and allow her to continue with the program. Mrs. C[redacted] has already charged back the $2500 purchase though [redacted] and we have decided not to pursue this on our end. We are also willing to refund an additional $2500 back to her credit card, bringing the total to $5,000 out of the $9000 she spent.Sincerely,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was in contact with the owner of the web developer.owner.was not notified of server change.why site was down.site appears to work ok now.problem.no customer service.he claims he was in contact with me several times and to teach me how to use my site. NOT.had to get in contact with them to enter my own site after server change.got lucky.got response. have had no contact with them since you contacted them.then they called me. they havent checked to see if things were going ok or not.called them several times. answering machine only.tried last week.wed thur fri same thing answer machine.no calls back since.NOTHING.I am not good at disputes.that is why I ask for your help.I have more invested than what I want refunded.just want a refund for the amount I requested.thank you.Regards,[redacted]

Bad customer service- very rude. False advertisement.

1. Because I did not agree to pay a high price for their product, the sales guy got snappy and rude when I asked questions about getting a domain name.

2. I called to cancelled the subscription and asked to be refunded because they provided NO service, per their site and emails received, I should of been given support by "Domain Director" and assistance getting a domain name no extra fees. Did not received that service!! It's another scam company talking advantage of people that want to make extra income.

This business is a RIP off!! They show this guy in a video doing a "LIVE" call making money in just about 15 mins then you sign up and its a website building service that you have to build the website!!!!!!!! You call the number and nobody answers they have you to leave your name and they will call you back. Which they did do but the guy on the phone got pissed when I wanted to cancel my subscription and was going on and on about the site ect. I told him again to just cancel my account! Which they say they did and would send me a conformation email and they never did so I cancelled my credit card!!! What a hassle so I am out the money from the bogus website and had to pay $20 bucks to cancel my card and get a new one! Lesson learned here for sure!

Mr. [redacted] has been a client with us for awhile now and we appreciate the opportunity to respond to this matter. We are actually glad that he has brought these concerns to our attention so we can correct them now and make sure we do not have any further issues moving forward. We certainly apologize that Mr. [redacted] has had issues with our service and we are confident that we have made the right changes to help us all in the future. One of the concerns that he had was the lack of customer support and communication with our support team, so we have assigned one customer service representative to his account.  He will be working with [redacted] from our company any time he wants to work on his website. We will make sure he completely understands how to use the tools he has purchased and help him apply everything to his website.
