Viralstyle popped up on my Facebook feed, with a t-shirt I had to haveI ordered it and as soon as the order window closed I had my shirt within the next 7-days as promised by their site I was a little disappointed to find my shirt had a small hole in the underarmI contacted them immediately and was promptly responded to by Kris Tin customer serviceI supplied the photo of the damaged area and within hours they had a new shirt being prepped to come my wayI was told to keep the shirt with the tiny hole for my troubleNo need to worry about sending it back or anythingSo I can find a seamstress in my area and get it repaired I cannot speak highly enough of the customer care I received and I really look forward to ordering from ViralStyle again in the future

I love this company they were able to find out what happened to my package And was able to make my first time experience with Viralstyle greatGabriela T(Viralstyle) She helped me and just was really happy with my while experience was great

I just wanted to write my experience with this companyI have ordered items for Rescued is my favorite breed, organization through the company Viral Style, and my experience has been none other than excellent I have always received my order when it was scheduled, they always update the status as each step progresses, and the product is always greatI did have an issue with one of my shirts being damaged, not due to lack of quality, and I immediately contacted Viral Style through e-mail and received a prompt response from a customer service rep, Nahom D He was really nice and quick to resolve the issue They didn't have a problem recognizing the error and immediately rectifying the problem by sending me a replacement for my damaged itemI am extremely satisfied with the way they responded to my problem and the quick resolutionNot often do you get customer service so willing to solve any errors on their end or admit them and come to a fast reasonable resolutionA+++ service

Fast, friendly serviceI reveived an e-mail with in hours stating one of my products may be on back order and the company wanted to make sure it wouldn't interfere with the date I needed itI received my products in shipment and in very good timeI will definitely shop with them again

Ordered a T Shirt on the 25th Sept, but still waiting delivery I wouldn't mind waiting but the fact that I have now sent emails to Viral Style without one response is just pure rude Complaint lodged via Paypal now so let see if they respond Customer Service is appalling Will not be ordering from them again !!!

Ordered my shirt and was emailed when the shirt was printed, was emailed when it was mailed out with tracking infoCame in quickly afterI received shirts when I only paid for oneI am not complaining, however, I messaged them on Facebook and let them know of the errorI was told to keep the 2nd shirt so I didn't have to pay to send it backSo very excited to not have just but of this awesome limited t-shirt!!

Items were as described and in good condition when I received It does take a LONG time for delivery of any item due to their business methods so don't expect them within a week like most sites I had a glitch in the delivery which as it turned out was not the fault of Viral Style, but the USPS It was resolved by my neighbor bringing it over when I returned home In the meantime, Frankie Fwas very professional and helpful in the process and was even willing to make good on my getting what I ordered if they had not arrived

Easy to use website, and quality printing with a wide range of styles and designsVery quick communicationI had an error in my print and they were incredible helpful and immediately sent a replacement free of chargeWould like to personally thank Steffan for working so diligently to help me outWould definately recommend using Viral Style, and look foward to getting more designs from them
