Viral Style is clear and concise in their ordering processTheir customer service is both helpful and prompt, and every one of my questions was answered in the processI will definitely order from them again

I received my original order of a shirt for my husband We both were very pleased with the item He asked if it was possible to order more for family members so I told him I would check I emailed the question and immediately received an answer stating they would let me know Within hours I received another email stating the campaign had been reopened and I could order additional items Unfortunately my husband changed his mind but it had nothing to do with the service and support we received I am very happy with the support and service I received and would not hesitate to order again

As a big fan of the Seinfeld sitcom, I was excited to see a Vandelay tee shirt offered on Facebook I immediately submitted my order However; after thinking about it, I realized that I should also have gotten one for my brother in law who is also a fan of the show I sent an email to the Customer Service Department to see if this was possible I received a email response from Customer Service Representative Danielle Bwho assured me that this would not be a problem This past Saturday (9/24), both tee shirts arrived! I am very satisfied with this entire experience and cannot wait to see my brother in law's face when he sees his tee shirt!

I placed my order on Nov 19th for one Tee shirt My credit card was charged immediately I called to follow up on Dec 12th when I still had not received it and again on Dec 15th and was told it would ship that day CS rep admitted having issues with getting orders out the door I was assured I would receive item BEFORE Christmas as it was a presentItem did not ship until Dec 23rd and I received it on Dec 26th I emailed and asked for a refund of $for shipping charges and the reply was that since I did receive item no refund would be issued I DO NOT recommend doing business with this company!

I ordered a sweatshirt from Viral Style and after realizing it didn't fit, I reached out re: return policies Viral Style was quick to respond and agreeable to a full refund upon receipt of the product I mailed it off and in less than a week I received an email that a full refund would be credited to my account I am very happy with the speediness of their response

I recently had the opportunity to do business with Viralstyle.com My sister had sent me a link to a T-shirt that someone had created that had our family surname on it Now being that we have a very uncommon surname (***), and our family reunion being on June 11th, we thought it would be a perfect opportunity to buy one to wear to the reunion and then a group of us were going to purchase several to be raffle prizes Well when I ordered mine I discovered that their time frame needed to process and print up my shirt wasn't going to meet my time frame so I needed to cancel my ordef I contacted their customer service department via email right away since it was after hours, it was also coming up on memorial day weekend They responded to me promptly on Friday, a gentleman named Steffan M, and he handled the entire thing from start to finish without incident and by Tuesday morning my money was refunded and we were all good I would highly recommend this company I've not seen the finished product so I can't vouch for that, but they're an honest firm and that's very important to me
