First things first ..This is a Wonderful Company I found them On Facebook Loved the Tee that was Advertised and thought" I want that tee"" So I ordered , Fast Service ,wonderful customer service , They keep you up to date on How things are going I thought that I had a shipping problem and did not get what I ordered I contacted the customer service people and they were on it so fast Turns out I made the mistake and emailed to apologizeThey could not have been more gracious Love this Co and the Products .......First Rate

I am not satisfied with the marketing of the sweater because it is not what you actually are makingThe colors of the characters are brown and yellow and you are marketing them in their full color which I think makes a big differenceThat is a problem and will not make me want to buy from you again in the future but I may still give it one more try if I find something else I like to see However, I did reach out to customer service with this complaint and was offered a 20% return which is better than nothing as all I wanted was a reprint as advertised and my representative was quick with his response timeHis name was Frankie

I received the wrong size shirt on my order Preston assured me he would take care of the error by sending the correct size It was a tense few weeks waiting for the shirt to arrive as it was a Christmas gift I even contacted Preston again as time was getting close and he promptly replied I received my shirt on the 21st in the nick of time and it was perfect Both were given as gifts and loved by the recipients

I order a hoodieI received email that they had a problem with my creditcard denying I tried to use web page that I was given to correct my creditcard info, however I was never able to get into this siteI then called and the rep was unable to help me, he couldn't verify any info I had given them regarding my info and could not fixHis solution was that they will run creditcard againI just now received another email that creditcard failed again and my order was cancelledI again called them and rep was unable to fix because campaign was already order and I could not re-order my itemI did contact my bank and they show no record of this business even trying to run my creditcard info feeling very [redacted] of!
