Viral Style is so great I ordered a shirt and then had to cancel the orderI email them and I got a responds less than 24hrs and they help me so much I got the order canceled and I had my money refunded in less than once again 24hrI have never delt with a a company that work in a timely matter then Viral Style!! Wanted to take a moment to give out a "GREAT JOB" to Wyatt Hfor the help he has given me on a recent order When I received the product I had ordered (a Gibbs T-shirt), it had a large, what looked like a grease stain, on the front of the shirt I was lucky enough to get Wyatt as my customer service repwhen I called your company Wyatt was courteous, professional, and most importantly very responsive to my concern about the shirt and how it could be replaced for a very special Christmas surprise! He answered my emails in a very timely manner and provided exemplary customer service You are very lucky to have him on your team [redacted]

Great experience I ordered two shirts They sent tracking info and one arrived right away The other didn't arrive after about a month I sent them a note and they immediately re-shipped (they asked if I'd like a refund instead, but I wanted the shirt) It arived a few days later Customer service (specifically Gabrielle) was great!

I ordered a t-shirt on-line with Viral Style and failed to put my apartment number in my address I contacted them immediately upon receiving the shipping notice They provided a few recommendations to try and remedy the situation on the front end When I was unable to update the address on the package it was returned Angel contacted me once she got the package and resent it at no additional cost Angel was great and I appreciated her help every step of the way!!

I recently ordered a hoodie from your company and upon receipt, looked at the lettering and thought it might be a quality issueI immediately contacted Viral Style and was asked to send photos of the hoodie so I didIn talking to the person who was giving me support in the matter, I realized I should have checked the item again on Viral Style's web page because it was printed exactly as shown on their web pageI was truly embarrassed that I hadn't thought to go back and check that site first, but Gabrielle at Viral Style was so nice! I have ordered a couple shirts from them before and I have really liked the shirts What compelled me to write this review was their customer service I accidentally purchased multiples of a shirt when I only wanted one I emailed the customer service expecting either to be ignored or have my order completely cancelled Their customers service contacted me right away They adjusted my order to one shirt and are in the process of refunding me Great shirts Better customer service

Viral Style handles these 'campaign projects' very expeditiously and professionally I have purchased from them several times and on the rare occasion (re: shipping) a question arose it was answered quickly and satisfactorily Wyatt H, and Bryan Dspecifically; Rate 'em all: Two Thumbs UP!

I placed an order w/ ViralStyle on 11/6/ Still have not received my order Received a shipping confirmation on 12/3/stating a shipping label has been created in Tampa, Fl I have communicated via email w/ ViralStyle; I was told on 12/17/that "domestic orders will arrive btwn 10-days"On 1/6/- "due to popularity of your item, it is taking a bit longer than anticipated to print"I have sent them other emails in the past weeks w/ no response! Disgusted with the poor, or lack of communication at this point Very unprofessional Maybe they need to find new printers if they are unable to fulfill their customer's orders as advertised I hope to have my items by Christmas 2015!

I have always had a positive experience with this company and it's representatives Although I am still waiting a week later after I was told my item was shipped, not sure if the company is legit? But happy with the customer relations part of it
